No wait time if you make an appointment on their website ahead of time. Clean facility. Lab technicians are caring, friendly people. Have been there several times and have never had an issue. Highly recommend this facility and the lovely ladies there to help you.

Had a great experience at Quest this morning. Only had to wait about 20 minutes in a safe distance waiting room. I was called in by a wonderful technician named TI. I believe that was her nickname. She was very professional and found my vain easily and took my blood fast! She was also very cordial to me as a patient. The bathroom was very clean. Everyone I observed on the staff was wearing protective gear including face shields. I felt very safeThank you Quest.

Rude staff and long wait times.

Without an appointment, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I am not usually an easy stick. Robin expertly inserted the needle without a problem. Labs drawn and out of the chair with a have a good day. And I might add, as I was leaving I observed the temperature taker (sorry didn’t get your name blonde dreads) disinfecting the chairs. Very friendly staff. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Was skeptical about coming here because of the reviews! I signed in and sat down and was called in less than 30 seconds and Kenya was very professional and explained everything my Dr wanted done. I dont like needles and didnt want to let it out the bag I was nervous, she was talking to me I felt little sting and it was over very quickly of course I was looking the other way lol!

Usually I don’t review places wether it be a negative or positive experience, but after visiting this place and reading some of the other reviews I would have to agree with what’s been said about the professionalism or lack there of. The wait time at this location was amazing❗️❗️Basically you’re in and out; however the personnel at this location were unfriendly and unprofessional you don’t threaten customers.

Went in for a employer drug screening. The woman I was stuck with was rude and unprofessional. She literally yelled at me like a child the whole time. I couldnt produce a sample so she sent me back to the waiting room and basically ignored me for a hour. When I finally went back, she said she would make me wait another 3 hours if I didnt go. Her and the rest of the staff treated me like a joke. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I can see from the rest of the reviews that this is nothing new and corporate wont do anything to change the staff so do yourself a favor and avoid this location like the plague!

Wait times are relatively short but the staff(the two I interacted with) were not friendly and mildly rude. If I can help it, I will never go back to this facility again. I dont like writing reviews like this but sometimes you are compelled to do so. Corporate, please fix this. This was my first negative experience at a quest facility.

In and out quick. They always work with you and make phone calls to your Dr. If need to plus theyre open on Saturdays. +++

Good thing is that I hardly wait for too long before being attended to.Bad thing is that the ladies Ive always met there are so unfriendly. They hardly even smile or try to be nice even when they are dealing with a little kid.So cold and seem so impatient like they just want to finish and get on to the next person.I know its a blood draw but a little warmth from them wont hurt.

Staff was courteous, warm and friendly. Took me right on time and a good blood draw. Would come here again.

Robin is fantastic, she is so gentle you don’t even know she is drawing your blood. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Terrible service and attitude towards patients. Racist African American nurses that show unprofessional manners. Would report to Quest directly on this location and its staffs.

I waited for 20 minutes and one employee stated that the one that runs the test left for lunch 1.5 hours ago. Its rather unprofessional. I work as well, they can at least let me know when the employee will return.

I have been to several Quest labs in CT and NY. This is the only one that is awful. They sent me away, unable to find a requisition that was in their system (easily found the next day at a different Quest). When I did go the next week for a blood draw the phlebotomist had to stick me 4 times (which I think is against the Standard of Practice for a single clinician) and then caused nerve damage. There is no reason Quest cant staff this place with the same good quality of employee as they have at other Quest locations.

Sometimes you will find some nice folks there but other times.....just dont expect it!

This was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I have been to other quest diagnostics and I was absolutely surprised by the staffs behavior. One staff member must have known a woman named Michelle in the waiting room, because she was yelling across the room about to text her on her new number, I think her exact words were text me and you know how we do. This is a staff member! Then 15 minutes later that same staff member poked came into the waiting room and yelled a womans name and started shaking the urine collection cup in the air.... the woman was mortified and I felt mortified watching. There should be some sense of privacy and discretion used. The wait was also long, around 40minutes. And usually I wouldnt mind, but I was so worried about the professionalism of these people, that we left and went to the quest diagnostics in Wallingford.

Was good service for me. I and out in less than 15 minutes for blood work.

I waited 3 hours with my 3 year old daughter just to be told that they couldnt draw the required amount of blood that the test required. It took 4 staff members to figure this out. All they had to do was check the lab requisition and I would have been out of there in 5 minutes. I will NEVER come here again. Totally unprofessional and rude.

Went for a 3 hour glucose test. robin took very good care of me especially when I didn’t feel well at all during the first hour.
