This is my fourth time back here at Washington Dental Excellence and I am not planning to go anywhere else any time soon. Washington Dental did a fabulous job fixing my 3 front chipped teeth!! I had planned to start as a new patient with just a cleaning when I returned from vacation. During my trip, I had an accident and badly damaged my front teeth. Washington Dental was amazing and was able to squeeze me in the day I returned to return me smile to like it never happened. I am so grateful to have such knowledgeable and talented doctors and professionals on my side in such a difficult time. I will be a patient for life!

I cant recommend this place enough—convinced there is no better dental office than here. Most of my treatments at the office included the removal of cavities. Since I was about 14, I started to get several cavities. I remember coming into the office frightened and panicked at my first cavity removal. But Dr. Bezouska made the experience pain free, comforting, and supporting. He even took the time to explain everything he was during during the procedure! After than appointment, the rest of my journey of fillings was much better with hardly zero nerves. As I got older, cavities started to appear on my front (visible) teeth. This discovery made me very nervous as I though that when I got them filled that would leave a stain, blemish, unevenness visible to other when I smile. I didnt need to be insecure about opening my mouth on a day to day basis. But Dr. Bezouska once again worked his magic and acts like he speaks. He reaffirmed that they will make the fillings as natural and unnoticeable as possible. They went beyond that. My front tooth fillings are done so well that nobody, not even another dentist could tell that some places in my front teeth are fillings. When I look into the mirror every night when I brush my teeth, I always try to see if I could notice a difference in my teeth from before to after the filling, and I can never find anything! The color, the shape matches perfectly. This place really works miracles. Smiling should never feel insecure, and at this place I know I can keep smiling because of the great work done at this office. In addition, the front desk ladies and hygienists are the most welcoming, friendly, and hardworking individuals. They always made the experience pleasant and always make sure to take care of my concerns. Thank you!

Had a filing in my molar that fell out last year right when the Covid lockdowns started. Frankly, I just forget about it to a few months ago. Went in to Washington Dental and they immediately had me fixed up and the tooth looking good as new. No pain or discomfort the next day. Staff very Friendly and every attempt to make the visit as comfortable as possible was made.

Such a nice experience after leaving a PTSD experience just prior to COVID. Dr. Bezouska was aware that I was anxious and everyone was so welcoming and calming; I left with a totally different outlook on having my dental procedures completed. Dr. Rhie was the best!! I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I was greeted so kindly and their COVID preventative procedure made me feel even safer. My teeth were left squeaky clean and they even fit me in for a fixing on a molar. My treatment plan was thoroughly explained and their prices are ideal. I am very, very happy to have came here. I can truely say I have found my forever home for my teeth care.

Dr Bezouska is a very thorough dentist. After he’s taken time to look at all the scans, x-rays and medical history, then he comes up with a plan and discusses with us and he or his assistant will explain the process. They also make sure that I’m comfortable during treatment with pain management. I also appreciate how they can fit me in when I have an emergency.On the other hand, I would like to see moreconsistency with the office staff regarding my balance and payments and communication between them. I think having 1 bookkeeper/accountant would be beneficial for all of us.

I’ve been going to Washington Dental Excellence since I was in high school (I’m 25 now). My dad and I used to go together. To this day, when I arrive for my appointment I am asked how my dad is doing. He also prepares talking points for our favorite hygienist, Melissa. Dr. B is fantastic, and he always ensures that his patients are comfortable. I walk out with a sparkling smile, not only because they are excellent at what they do, but because the experience is lovely. Dr. B and his team took out my wisdom teeth, too! I give this practice the highest recommendation. My friends think I’m weird because I love going to the dentist, but I think that’s only because they don’t go to mine.

After I moved to Illinois, I needed a new dentist, but I had no idea how to find a good one. Id been going to the same dentist regularly since I was a little kid. To start all over with someone new was difficult. As a result, I kept putting it off and putting it off, until years had passed. I knew I needed to get back to regular checkups and take care of my teeth and gums but by that point it had been so long that I was scared to go back to the dentist. I very hesitantly contacted Washington Dental Excellence, letting them know how long it had been and that I was nervous. I could not have been in better hands. From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted like an old family friend they were delighted to see. They made me feel very comfortable, they talked me through everything they were doing so that I wouldnt be freaked out -- they even made me laugh! -- they took excellent care of my teeth, and they gave me all the information I needed not only for future dental care but also for details like insurance and (if needed) helpful payment plans and options. These are good people who are skilled at what they do, not only with the technical stuff but with taking excellent care of their patients and making them feel safe. I highly recommend Washington Dental Excellence.

My experience at Washington Dental was very pleasing. I was treated like I was the most important potential patient they had. Dr.B and all of his assistants were pleasant and welcomed me warmly. My first visits to his office they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and took the time to work with me to make sure I was well informed and knew exactly what had to be done. They always explained all the procedures to me and always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I am happy to say that I no longer have a fear of dentists and on a scale of 1 to 10 -- I would give Dr. B and his staff a 10+. He is a top notch dentist who goes the extra mile --- not many out there like him. His staff is also helpful, friendly and very skilled. I can go on and on --- just wanted to let everyone know that if you are looking for a GREAT dentist then he is the one. I now can say I have great checkups and no longer fear the dentist chair.
