I definitely recommend the dentistry at Apollo Dental, however the staff should be trained to not hang up on customers when they are placed on hold and to not keep customers on hold for lengthy periods of time!

When I had a tooth ache, Apollo got me in quick, diagnosed my wisdom tooth and set me up with the needed prescription and appointment for yanking out that bad wisdom tooth... They made the process quick and easy. Very professional.

They were great, the receptionist was nice, the dentist was great. She was willing to answer all my questions and was honest with her response. They also have a small room with kid toys and my son stayed there while I was being attended and I can hear the staff checking up on him from time to time so I appreciated it. I really enjoyed them and Im glad I found this office

I had to wait a little bit today but otherwise it was pretty fast and thorough.

The dentist is so kind and tries to work with our five year old who refuses to open her mouth 👄!!!The staff is courteous and helpful as well as friendly and helpful!!!10/12/2021.This year our six year old went with the dental assistant by herself and did everything the dentist asked her to do!!! Finally got all her teeth cleaned!!! Hurray 😊!!! All the dentist’s kindness paid off!!!

I’ve been going here for years with my kids and we all love it. Dentist is kind, gentle, and always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else 😊

It is frustrating that I made an appointment as an emergency for my tooth and they said come in with an ID and insurance. My ID is expired, because of the pandemic I cannot get a new one so they told me when I arrived they cannot see me. If I would’ve been informed that the ID had to be valid even with the DMV closed during the pandemic I would’ve saved my time and money going to this dental office. When other dentist offices had no problem with my ID. I will be going elsewhere.

Great office Great staff. Came in new to take care of some issues with my teeth. After evaluation. Dr made plan of action that was affordable in a reasonable time frame. My kids love it there too.

The dentist made me a beautifully matched front tooth crown and at 1/2 the cost everyone else was wanting to charge. She is gentle and kind and so is her staff

Incredibly frustrating and infuriating. I have been trying to call them and they either 1. answer and put me on hold and then FORGET ABOUT ME (waited on hold for more than 20min) or 2. Deny my call.

After a terrible experience with a childrens dental group we were worried for this experience but our time at the office was great. The dentist and dental assistants were patient and kind. We look forward to more visits with them in the future.

Worst place to go to, their customer service is terrible, I went back and forth with them (whenever I was able to talk to someone) for two months until I got tired of their lack professionalism. Sounds like they either dont want to submit paperwork to the insurance or they dont know how to but I got tired of waiting two months for them to schedule an appointment.

I would NOT recommend this clinic. But keep in mind I didnt even get a chance to sit in the chair! I went because of a coupon. Upon entering the office, smaller than my kitchen, I found the place packed and few chairs. So, guess how long my wait was going to be? I dont have dental insurance and was paying with cash, so I was surprised when the receptionist (who doubles as a nurse) insisted on COPYING my drivers license. I told her I dont allow people to do that, and even the government recommends you NOT give people your SS or DL numbers unless they are your employer, or with the government. So I said I was happy to show her my license, and my other identification (5 credit cards) but I would not allow her to copy them. She went into the one back room and asked the one dentist, who said it was required by them. Really? I am paying with cash upfront, and I can prove who I am, but they MUST copy this sensitive information? Needless to say, I had a bad feeling about the place and refused and she just said, Sorry, I just work here. Seriously. Do yourself a favor, and dont go to this place, or Dental Dreams that has nothing but horrible reviews from patients. You do get what you pay for.

Short wait times, very clean facility.

I got the medical release to have work done then on the day of my appointment I had to get the other dentist to fax my x-rays from the other dentist an hour before I was seen .And besides all this they didnt even have a medical release paper of their own they didnt have one which they should have .I never went back very unorganized.
