I went to Dr. Phan for over 15 years my children too. She freakin amazing!! Very patient with me cause I’m a big scary. She helped me with my insurance and with her payments as well. Always waited on me to make her payments and still worked on my horrible teeth. I recommend her to everyone in the Waukegan/Gurnee area. Hell I still wanna go even though I live two states away! She’s awesome and her staff is very helpful too!

I saw Dr. Phan for check up and cleaning. She performed the procedures. Then she tried to upsell me with unneeded cosmetic procedures. Her dental assistant tried to pull out one of my crowns. The sooner they will pull the crown out, the sooner they will tell you that you need another crown. They will tell you that the old crown doesnt fit in and that you will need to buy a new crown from them. They send their dental assistants to do the money making business for them because they know If you will take the matter to court, the judge will tell you that a dental assistant isnt qualified to tell you anything.

They do a great job at what they do and remind you that you have an appointment. The bathroom is the cleanest public bathroom I have ever seen!!! The staff is so friendly! I feel safe when Im over there. They will explain what you have and what you are getting. They arent just our dentist, they are our friends!❤️

My family uses Majestic Dental since 2004. Its a very Professional dental office,using the latest state of the art equipment and technology. Dr Cathy is super gentle and very precise. She truly care’s about her patients and makes sure everyone is satisfied with the work she’s done.Of course we highly recommend Majestic Dental for all our family and friends.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE.Heres why:My girlfriend has had the most difficult dental experience of her life here. From scheduling appointments, to clarifying charges on bills, theyve been unclear and unhelpful.They charge to reserve an appointment, and they schedule separate appointments to tell you information that they couldve told you during one.This office does not provide a positive customer experience, and it doesnt appear that they try to. Otherwise, these things wouldnt happen.Use at your own risk. But hey, its only your teeth right? Its only hundreds of dollars in dental costs, right? Wrong. Make a better choice.

I’ve been going to Majestic Dental for 10 years. Dr Cathy is gentle and explains everything. When I had my child, we discussed the care for my child’s teeth and per her suggestion, we started taking my child since she was 2 to get her use to the equipment. The staff is just as wonderful and friendly.

Dr. Cathy keeps up with people like me. I used to forget to go to the dentist. Also, it’s s so easy to communicate with her staff by text. I love the reminders I get about my appointments. I have never miss an appointment. I haven’t had any problem with my insurance with her. At other places they used to tell me that the insurance was not paying what they promised to pay and then I had to pay the difference.
