This was my first visit to this business. I found my previous dentist there, so I went because of Dr. Nina, who is a great dentist and wonderful person, but was very happy with the staff as well. Mimi, the hygienist, was great and very personable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. As a primary care physician, I understand the importance of that first impression and how significant the staff is in setting the tone for the whole visit. They all did a wonderful job!

Service was impeccable. Very friendly professional staff. Everyone answered my questions. Most of all didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Also it was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN in every room I went.

An excellent dentist and staff. I have had fillings, crowns and cleanings and everything and everyone is top notch, and let me tell you, my teeth werent in the best shape when I started, but now I get the quality care I need with a dental professional who will put you on the path to a better smile. Lets not forget Karen, who works with you, your insurance company and gets what needs to be done, covered with a minimum of fuss.

The Chi the dental hygienist was a awesome, very caring and gentle. Dr. Hoang is as always great. Karen is the best if I need any information I know shell have it for me. Overall a great family dentist office with family faces!

Short wait time after check in (less than 5 minutes when I went), theres parking by the side of the building, the entire clinic is very clean, everyone there was professional and friendly, I was very pleased with my cleaning and I will be going back to them from now on. I highly recommend everyone else go there too!

Great place to have your teeth cleaned! I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They are extremely friendly and super quick, which is a plus. If you don’t enjoy going to the dentist, this is the closest thing you can get to a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Even though Geaux Smiles has recently taken over the dental office I have known Karen for over 25 years. She has been absolutely wonderful in helping me with my dental needs. She even remembers to have me take my prescribed antibiotics before a visit since I had a knee replacement and taking those pills is very important. She cares about each and every patient and always makes you feel as though youre the most important person at that moment. Besides that she laughs at my jokes no matter how corny they might be. Karen is professional, knowledgeable of procedures, efficient, and most personable. I look forward to my dental visits cause I know she and everyone else at Geaux Smiles will help me have a good experience.

I’m new to the New Orleans area and I was looking for a new Dentist to go this place was recommended by a co-worker, and the best decision I made was to come. My appointment was yesterday: the service is outstanding, they send you reminders of your appointment, the place looks neat and clean, in conclusion everything perfect :) I usually don’t like dentist appointments but now I definitely am looking forward for my next time to go. 5 Stars Service!

Ive been going to Geaux Smiles since they have opened. Always able to get the appointment time that I want so it fits my schedule. And the appointment is quick and easy, Im in and out in no time. Love the receptionist, Karen as well! She makes it easy to make my appointments and always has a smiling face when I walk in!

Disappointed on last visit. My son was due for a cleaning and the dentist himself gave him just a polishing. The quickest dental visit ever, he was in the chair for about 5 minutes

Everyone at Geaux Smiles deserves recognition for outstanding service. Karen is always happy to hear from me, Mai goes over and beyond to sort out confusing insurance claims, Jade doesnt make me feel like a weirdo that I gag, squirm, and make awful faces the whole time she cleans my teeth. She is gentle and considerate that its something I hate by giving me as many breaks as I need. Dr. Huong treats me like a friend and always remembers things from my last visit about my life and cares about how Im doing. They are always on time and Ive never had to waste part of my day sitting in the waiting room. My husband used to dread going to the dentist until we switched to Geaux Smiles. Now he actually reminds me to make his appointment instead of procrastinating. When we bought a new home 20 miles away, my husband made sure I knew he did not want to switch dentists and had no problem driving a little further. He was involved in a bad car accident a year ago which shifted his teeth and broke his jaw. Dr. Huong actually offered to come visit at the hospital to analyze the damage if that helped us. Im not sure how you can get more sincere and loyal service than that! If we could clone the staff at Geaux Smiles and put them in other businesses in the city, we would be in good shape:)

Hung Hoang is the nicest dentist I have ever met. This office makes sure you are comfortable and feel as little pain as possible. During one of my past visits the dentist had started to work on a cavity and I still felt it, so they really take the time to stop and make sure you cant feel anything while they work to make your smile the best it can be.I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone that might have bad experiences or anxiety about going to the dentist.edit Aug 2018, Once again I will say the best service ive ever had... if you are looking for a great Dentist with some wonderful staff this place is it.
