Dr. Smith and his staff made going to the dentist enjoyable. We just moved to the area, so this was the first visit.. He was honest with my choices, and recommended a course of action that was along the lines of my previous dentist. I was relieved, to find a trust worthy dentist on my very first try! I will recommend everyone to Dr. Smith!

This review is long overdue. Just had my semiannual cleaning and checkup. Unfortunately, have never been blessed with great teeth, and lost four upper front teeth as a teenager in a tire accident.Despite my dental shortcomings, today I came to realize how fortunate am I to have access to Dr. Michael Smith and his staff. He is solid, honest, and very knowledgeable; and, he doesnt push dental procedures unless absolutely necessary. It is obvious that his patients wellbeing is his primary concern.Ashley is a wonderful, conscientious dental hygienist! She is so thorough and dedicated to her profession.Shanna does a great job keeping the office purring as administrator and serving as Dr. Smiths assistant.My wife speaks very highly of the other dental hygienist, Lori!Sara is new to the office, but my observation is that she fits in well in that fine office.One final comment: All us oldsters remember well when the trip to the dentist was a dreaded experience! Those memories are long past when I ponder a visit to Dr. Michael Smiths airy, friendly, and welcoming office!

When I moved to New Orleans I tried a few dentists but I didnt find the right kind of care. Some dentists were high pressure, distracted by boutique cosmetics or seemed inconsiderate.Im very glad to have found Dr. Smiths office after the others that I tried.Dr Smith and his staff are VERY considerate, thoughtful and personable. The cleaning appointments arent filled with high pressure sales. The dental advice/procedures that Ive received have all been fully explained with alternative options considered before proceeding.Ill be a lifetime patient of this practice. I wish all of my Doctor experiences were this good.

Its been a couple years now that Ive been a patient, and I couldnt be happier. Dr. Smith is not only extremely nice but he takes his time explaining different approaches on work that needs to be done. I truly appreciate that they offer evening appointments, I can go after work. That to me, is a big PLUS! His dream team up front is ALWAYS very welcoming and do a great job at following up with me after a filling.

Dr. Michael Smith is the best Dentist ever. He is very attentive, nice and gentle. He really shows the best interest for me as his patient. I see how much he loves his career it definitely show through his work! His staff is the absolute best too! They are always so courteous and do their best to make us feel comfortable .All the ladies are always smiling, friendly and super sweet. My entire family loves them all just like theyre family, because thats how they make us feel everytime we visit. I highly recommend this Dentist to everyone!
