I would love to tell everyone how professional Dr.Ardalan is. He is one of the best out here, great patient skills. Mrs.Tina his assistant is also a very kind and sweet lady. This place is the best! I was dealing with tooth pain for months and Dr. Ardalan did an amazing job! I didn’t even feel a thing while getting work done staff was very nice and really made sure I was good throughout the procedure and even in recovery.

Went in for a 2 root canals and was surprised they were able to do them both in one appointment. Im normally not a dentist person but these guys were amazing! They offered me gas to help relax during the procedure which Ive never been offered before but it helped alot. It was over quick and I never felt a thing. Ill be sure to recommend them to anyone that might be in need. 10/10

I had to have two very old root canals redone and was very apprehensive at first. Dr. A got them fixed very fast and painless. Staff was great and you can tell they use up to date technology to make the whole process fast.

Everyone was so nice and made sure I was okay during the procedure. I was definitely treated with concern and compassion for my comfort. They made sure I was not in any pain and frequently asked if I was doing okay. The couple of times I had discomfort they quickly responded and resolved the issue. I cannot thank them enough!

My visit was for an infected tooth needing a root canal. The team was extremely professional. The Dr’s numbing technique is the best I ever had .

The office staff was helpful and compassionate. Dr. A and his assistant were thorough in explaining everything and followed up in person by text.

As soon as you walk in the receptionist greets you with a big friendly smile and puts you at ease right away. After they take you in the back the assistant to the doctor talks to you like she had known you for years. The doctor comes in and tells you everything you need to know about the procedure. They made something very stressful into a wonderful experience.

Friendly staff. Great doctor which translate to No Pain. I love that I was able to complete paperwork on line prior to arrival. I was even able to submit my copay through the patient portal.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I have always heard horror stories about having root canals done but they were very professional and put you and ease and I am in no pain.

The office is very efficient and clean. Dr. Ardalan is very good at what he does; minimum to no pain. He also is very thorough and does an xray after each procedure to make sure all roots are filled. I would go back if necessary but hopefully never need a root canal again.

I leave Crescent City Endo feeling a thousand times better than I did when walking in.When I have a dental issue, Im usually pretty angry and stressed about it happening. In the past, going to a dentist/ endodontist meant spending big money, waiting forever for an appointment, and hating my time there. My experience with Dr. Ardalan and his team (my girl Jackie!) was the opposite. They explain whats going to happen in a way that makes me feel comfortable and calm. The place is clean, they get to you quickly, and the process is not painful - no tears involved!

I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Ardaland and the staff at Crescent City Endodontics. Everybody there was so friendly and helpful. I had a root canal done and it was actually a pleasant experience. Later that evening my wife called, after hours, to ask about something that I was experiencing. She was able to speak with Dr. Ardaland instantly to get an answer. He also texted me later in the evening to check on me as well as the next day. This is something that he didn’t have to do but it shows that he cares about his patients. That means a lot these days.I live about 30 minutes away from the office and went to Crescent City because of the referral from my dentist. While there a other Endodontist much closer to me I will never go anywhere else. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience there.

Dr. Ardalan & his staff are very professional & AMAZING! I had excruciating pain that not only caused me to lose sleep, but also had sensitivity to cold & sweet foods. I was able to not only get an appointment the same day (new patient during Covid), but was able to extract my wisdom tooth & re-do my root canal. Sounds like a lot of work & pain for one visit, but Dr. Ardalan had me out of there in no time & I didn’t feel a thing surprisingly! I use to hate going to the dentist, but now...I recommend him to any & everyone!!!

This is a long review, but important. I live in Metairie and wanted to stay close to home due to my excrutiating pain. I called 7 other endodontists and every one said that they could not see me until closer to the end of July. I needed a root canal, and of course time was of the essence, because I wanted to keep my tooth. The last number on my list of available offices that accepted Humana was made to Dr. Ardalans office in Gretna, a little too far, but now I am desperate, regardless of the distance. Veronica answered the phone and just like the others, stated that they were booked solid. HOWEVER, she did not end the conversation at that point, like all of the others. She asked me what was happening and heard me crying in pain. She asked questions about my tooth that I did not know the answer to. She felt my pain, and offered to call my dentist to get the information. She called me back after discussing the situation with my dentist and Dr. Ardalan. One hour later from the original call to Dr. Ardalans office, I was in his chair getting x-rays, and the care I needed. I am terrified of all dentists, and have severe anxiety from a past root canal in VA. I was crying while in the chair waiting for the numbing medicine to kick in and his assistant spent time with me, just making sure that I was comfortable. She has a very calming personality, and made the process easy. I promise to you that they are using the latest and greatest at Dr. Ardalans office. The tools that he used in my mouth were quieter than I have ever experienced. He kept me updated throughout the process which had me at ease. I certainly do not EVER want another root canal, but if I do, I am absolutely driving ALL THE WAY TO GRETNA to have it done. Veronica, if you read this, you are an ANGEL for making it happen by going above and beyond. This location offers first class service from start to finish.

An excellent, extremely proficient dentist. The office had a very friendly atmosphere and made me feel totally at ease.

I hate going to the dentist...but not to Dr Cyrous Ardalan. From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, the whole team is incredibly skilled, compassionate, and professional. I went in for a root canal after a week of sleepless nights from pain and was very grateful they made room to see me the day after I called. I was admittedly nervous when I walked in but was immediately put at ease by the ladies at the front desk. Jackie got me prepped (she was great too; informative and friendly), and then Dr Cyrous came in. He has the best bedside manner of any dentist I’ve ever had - he explained the procedure well, calmed my fears, and completed the root canal painlessly. My tooth pain was gone hours after my visit. Strongly recommend Dr Cyrous and this practice and will be using them again if I need more work in the future.
