I had a great experience at both locations with Dr. Ferguson and his staff. They were so polite and funny. I am a pregnant woman that needed two of wisdom teeth removed. I was so scared, but Dr a Ferguson reminded me that he was there and I would be just fine. We all know how getting your teeth pulled can be scary but it was all worth it. I went on two different dates. The offices were clean, quick and Dr. Ferguson and his staff is hilarious and I loved it. He made my experience less painful and I was very happy walking out that door. I appreciate them for taking care of me especially while I am carrying my baby boy. Thank you so much and I appreciate the entire team.

Dr Smith and his entire team at the Gretna location are the best. I have used Dr Smith for several complicated procedures over the years and know I am in highly skilled hands. My experience with Dr. Smith was phenomenal. I received oral surgery with Dr. Smith on June 25th for an dental implant and I will admit I was very nervous but let me tell you the procedure was absolutely painless. I was totally shocked by the aftermath as well. I was thinking to myself maybe day 1 isn’t so bad because of the sedation I received but day 2 ,3 and so forth was the same. I was given a prescription for pain but didn’t have to use them at all🙌🏽☺️. I would totally recommend Dr. Smith and his awesome staff. They also made my experience very comforting. Sincerely, a very pleased and happy patient🙂

My husband and I found OSS on google and gave them a try for some extractions. We receive absolutely wonderful service every time we come here!! The staff is super friendly and welcoming and Dr. Ferguson is AWESOME!! He is open, honest, gets straight to the point, and makes you feel very comfortable. Dental work can be nerve racking but he walks you through his processes and is very personable at the same time. We really love this office and will always choose them first for extractions and other work like this. I recommend them 100%

Dr Smith and his staff are so caring and professional giving me every detail I need to take care of my teeth needs. They make you comfortable with their up to date surgery machines and each of his assistants take time to listen to your needs and give clear answers. The book keeper also uses their services and actually used no sedation like me and said her experience de was comfortable. Love all of them !!!!

Dr. Ferguson has the magic touch for surgery. I had four wisdom teeth taken out, I decided to use the Exparel, and experienced manageable pain that ibuprofen would subside. I was extremely worried about getting them taken out, but Oral Surgery Services is definitely the only place I’d go if I had to do it again. If you’re searching for an oral surgeon, choose Dr Ferguson!!!!

His whole demeanor will change and he might try and persuade you to give him a better rating on your follow up appointment like he did to me. Not impressed.

I had oral surgery. The staff and Dr. Ferguson was courteous and professional. The physician and staff were caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I was both informed and comfortable with the procedure.

I was frantically searching for a dentist who could see my daughter for a tooth that had broken of in the gum. She was in excruciating pain, so time was of the essence. We were able to get in to see our dentist who referred us to Oral Surgery Services. They didn’t have any availability, but upon hearing from our dentist how dire the situation was, OSS fit us in and successfully removed all pieces of the tooth with minimal pain. The were a real God-send.

Dr. Ferguson and the entire office staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and sympathetic to this overly panicky dental patient. I was well-educated by them regarding the oral surgical processes and, despite my fears and apprehension, all went as smoothly as promised. 1 OTC Tylenol was all I needed for pain and healing was almost overnight. Save your time, money, and teeth! Went there for an assessment that only lasted about 5 minutes, but ended up costing me an arm and a leg! They scheduled me to have a procedure done the next day, lucky I had another appointment right before that with a dentist that figured out that the surgeon from Oral Surgery Services was actually going to remove teeth that were completely healthy with absolutely nothing wrong with them, only to leave in the actual tooth that needed to be removed! Im still upset that Im out the ridiculous amount of money they charged for the bogus assessment, but Im grateful that I didnt go back just to be swindled out of more money and to have my mouth ruined.
