This is probably the best dentist Ive had in my 37 years. Everyone there is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. I really appreciate Emily. She is amazing with my daughter, (who also feels comfortable there. What 8 year old likes going to the dentist???) Im just impressed all the way around. Theyre a great clinic. I would refer anyone and everyone there.

Love everyone here! This is a great office, my dentist is not only friendly but really good! I had a few cavities to take care of and he went right to work and I didnt feel a thing! The front desk was nice enough to look up my dental insurance since I didnt have all the details. They are all amazing here and so nice!

Going to the dentist has become anxiety inducing for me as an adult due to prior traumas elsewhere. The staff and faculty are very kind even when I’m emotional, upset or nervous. They’ve been able to schedule my appointments within a very reasonable time. I certainly recommend Restoration Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.Note: I haven’t completed my dental procedures yet so I cannot speak on the finished results. As far as general dentistry and consultations; I’ve been very satisfied.

Dr. Drechsler and his staff are amazing! Always going above and beyond to make my experience the best possible. I especially like that if they’re running early they call to ask if I can come sooner than my appointment. LOVE THIS! Besides being a nice dentist, at the top of his game as far as I’m concerned. Honest, and straight with you about what needs to be done, his staff of hygienists and office personnel couldn’t be kinder more helpful or nice! All in all the best place to be with your teeth!

I have to say my first impression was surprising....I would say my luck with finding the right dentist/ dental office has not been successful..... I sent my husband, first, as the guinea pig and his experience was great. I did work in a dental office years ago so I know a bit about how an office should be.....so I went in with my expectations at a minimum. However, the office was very clean and neat. I felt very comfortable. The level of professionalism far exceeded my expectations. My hygienist was and is now my favorite.... my teeth feel amazing! The front desk was (again surprisingly) very welcoming and even went an extra step..... I think we have finally found our forever dentist!

Dr. Ben fixed my chipped tooth within a few minutes! He and his staff have always been professional, friendly, and thorough in any treatment that they provided for me. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Over my life time going to dentists, I have had a lot of uncomfortable experiences! I have now been coming to this dentist approximately 4 years and I have not at any time been uncomfortable. You walk into the door and are greeted as if you are dear friends. All of my contact there treat me as if I am a long time personal friend! The lady who cleans my teeth is very thorough and no pain. This office has the latest equipment and a very friendly and knowledgeable dentist!

So I have been in recovery for 2 years. I let my teeth suffer so bad through that time. Being a retired 74 year old Dentist from Alabama who moved to the Greer area chasing granddaughters , I know the protocol in a dental office. This Dentist is talented, never hurt at all, has a magnificent office with all state of the art equipment , explains his procedures well as he works and most important to me; he took his time and never got in a rush!!! I highly recommend this Dentist!

Friendly staff and great service!

This is not the place to go! A beautiful building covers poor work and failure of accountability. I have made numerous contacts to the owner about poor work preformed on a crown and the pain associated with it, as well as it falling out twice, all contacts with no resolve. I provided xrays of the work to prove this and now, I am paying out of pocket for work poorly done to have it redone. I can only help this review saved someone, anyone from spending money there. Please go somewhere else. Anywhere.

I chipped my tooth over Labor Day weekend. I called Restoration dentistry Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment for Wednesday. After checking in I was called back right on time for my appointment and tooth was repaired within an hour. Dr. Ben talked through what he was doing the whole time with no pain at all. I highly recommend Restoration Dentistry.

Dr. Ben takes his time and make sure you are completely taken care of. Minimal to no wait for your appointment times. His staff are kind and caring. Worth the drive even if you live far away!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Restoration Dentistry! Everyone is so nice, easy to work with, and efficient. Most of all -- I appreciate the honesty of Dr. Ben as a dentist. He never tries to upsell you or do unnecessary dental work, and he tries to address any issues when they are small so they dont become bigger issues later. All in all, they are a fabulous dental practice that our entire family appreciates!

I travel two and a half hours to see Dr. Ben at Restoration Dentistry in Greer SC. I meet them in 2017 when I took my son. I had been waiting on getting a bridge made. It took a while to get the insurances to get the things going from dentist. Finally was able to get things done this year. After that they fixed my front teeth. This week I went to my local dentist. I had an emergency with minor problems in my back tooth. I had a hairline crack from wear and tear. I was told I would need a crown. This worried me. Because last time we could not save the tooth. I called on Tuesday and they took me in Thursday afternoon. They tested the tooth and took pictures. It did have a crack but they were able to seal it and fill it. It is not hurting anymore. I am smiling even more today.They are reasonable as far as cost. It is not always about the money. They have a great team. They go above and beyond to make sure you are ok and things are done right. Dr. Ben and his team have my smiles! It is worth driving there and back! Thanks for giving me another reason to smile and being part of my team! Debra-Ann

Dr. Ben is BY FAR the BEST dentist I have ever been to! He is knowledgable, quick, precise, and all around very polite! He is the only dentist that has called me back on a Sunday when I was having a lot of pain - and a holiday weekend at that! I have never been more satisfied with a staff and dentist like Dr. Bens! I have recommended him to all of my friends and will continue to do so!

Nice folks here. I still have all my teeth, partially because of the work they do here.

Firstly, I gave this place lots of business (from fillings/cleanings). I had fillings done to top and bottom back teeth on same day. Dentist suggested old silver filling be replaced in bottom molar with white filling instead and I agreed (big mistake - no issue just cosmetic). We took a bite test AFTER top and bottom fillings and dentist decided to grind off my natural tooth on the bottom molar (not filling) but the problem really was the top molar filling - it was too high/tall causing contact with bite test (a rush to bad decision was made here by dentist). I communicated about this on every visits and even made a appointment specifically to check on this bottom molar and pain on it and he briefly looked at it brushed it off. Well that tooth has now CRACKED from bad filing, unnecessary grinding off contact on wrong tooth, and ignoring the patients constant complaints. I given every opportunity for them to correct this (multiple visits/cleanings) and now they want me to pay for their mistake. To add salt to injury, they told me a price to pay as my previous insurance wont cover it which was $95.91 then I was told $121.60 (after I told them I had a different insurance). How is it higher with insurance...price gouge much? Then they told me that I might need a crown...which initially was just replacing a silver filling to a white filling. You get different prices, different stories, different appointment times (I literally was told on same phone call dentist was booked up then it really wasnt). Im nice. Some people take one being nice for being stupid/weak. I dont take lightly on giving bad reviews as it can have a negative impact on ones business but this had to be stated. Im now looking for another dentist to fix their mistake which ultimately damaged the integrity of my tooth. Restoration Dentistry more like Destruction Dentistry.UPDATE: I went to another dentist and he was able to put a metal filling but caution to me it was a big filling. NOW, another filling that Dr. Drechsler did has broken! Its on the other side of my mouth and another molar. This is crazy. The doctor who corrected my filling with the metal one told me that Dr. Drechsler improperly did the filling as which it could have been wet when he placed it...I now have two fillings that broke and they werent done that long ago.UPDATE AGAIN: Another filling went bad from Dr. Dreschsler....thats total of 3 horrible fillings from him I had to get repaired. STAY AWAY. The cleaning done by his hygienist was great but not him and his fillings! I had several fillings from this place hopefully those will be okay. I regret going here.

Very nice Receptionist I think Tiffany, Dentist was nice but very blunt and serious to my son who has autism which is not full blown which is called Asbergers. Telling him that Im sure that your parents love you but you gotta start taking care of yourself sometime. He never asked why my son could not stand to floss his teeth when I told him, he just said well we just have to get over somethings when we grow up. My son will talk to you almost like a grown up but will also clam up and look at me like he doesnt understand because he is still communicating with his brain how to communicate back in a nice manner instead of just throwing words out there. I really like the Dentist other wise because he seems to be very knowledgeable and office and equipment were or seemed in good condition(not like Dr. Ouchley steel bit or whatever part came loose in my sons throat and they kept on working on the drying of the filling cause it had to harden or they will have to do it all over again. I was getting up to go over and pick the piece out of his throat myself when she grabbed it and said oh Im sorry that is being ordered). They were nice the first 6 times I called to reschedule late but then told me they couldnt see him anymore because of his missed appointments when she is not open but 2 or 3 days a week. There dental assistants were the nicest Ive ever seen though. I really have no problem with Dentist per say but when your child comes out scared to death you know something aint right. Kool Smiles, more like we will do whatever it takes (terrorizing the heck out of the child and then say show your mom your new smile. They had put a squirrel mask on him and I could see the terror in his eyes so I took off the mask and he had a cut mark on his lip and they said he was fighting them. This was his first time to dentist and you do major surgery on him the first time because his 2 front teeth are too close together to get floss in between and you decide to give my 3 yr old shots and drill at his teeth so you can fill it in with white fillings then decide to put enamel fake tooth over his real tooth and you tell me he freaked out on you? There policy is there first time they go back by themselves to get to know the staff and feel like its their office and there very own personal dentist, I too was shown the office and then told to sit in waiting room while they get to know my son wht they show him what cleaning teeth involve, well no its not its so they can threaten them with a jacket that if they dont behave they will strap them down and torcher them their first visit, yes my son told me everythng. I had the old Dr. Davis in greer and never felt scared or hurt at all and did feel like it was my dentist because whenever you needed to stop he didnt say Oh you can wait a few more minutes while your being suffocated by the suction thing that is now stuck to your cheek now and not even trying to get the water that is blocking your airway lol. We actually controled the suction tube ourselves. I only had 4 cavities when I went there and was taught a nice and understanding way not threats and belittling. Children are little humans treat them as such, I have told my son that if you feel forced on anything where you feel uncomfortable stop them then because Im not going to suffer because John is in waiting room and needs to hurry up and be seen or the office scheduled too many in one day or have a quota to meet everyday,, I am your patient while Im in front of you and I will be comfortable. My son is very humble and sweet but not very trusting because they terrorized him at 3 yrs old I knew nothing about it until I seen tears in his eyes because he didnt know how to express himself or understand what was going on and fighting back was threaten or told we will have to put him down as a fighter. If you tell my son everything your doing he doesnt freak out he excepts it and deals as best as he can but will be comfortable.
