This place always does an excellent job. The receptionists are always so warm and welcoming, catering to your every comfort. I just had a cleaning and the lovely young lady, who had recently started was meticulous and very gentle. Doctor Rhoden is a wealth of knowledge and you can be assured that you are in excellent professional care here!

Friendliest staff I have ever come across! The office is clean and the staff is very courteous and professional! They even have a comfort menu for patient comfort; how awesome is that!!!

The staff are very friendly, and offer comfort items to help make the experience soothing. I appreciate the dentist showing me the areas of concern on the screen in color photo vs just being told, taking the extra step in detail. The hygienist is supper gentle, compassionate, and helpful.

My recent visit with Dr Rhoden and staff could not have gone better. Office atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly. Staff is courteous, thorough and they take the time to listen to the patient. They always provide a thorough exam and offer tips on how to preserve good dental health. Happy I found this practice.

I came to Greer three years ago and was recommended to this office. Being a retired health professional, I have high standards for my health care and I do not hesitate to go elsewhere if they are not met. The cleanliness and attention to detail is praiseworthy. Patient comfort is addressed at check in with a variety of comfort measures. I like a blanket because I like to be warm. I give this office my highest recommendation.

Dr Rhoden did an awesome job repairing a broken front tooth. Looks excellent! I am extremely pleased with his work. He is very good at explaining dental options and procedures. I had all my questions answered , did not feel rushed.Easy to get an appointment, all of the staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I consulted ProGrin specifically for TMJ treatment. After completing X-Rays, my dentist assured me that a night guard would be the solution to my discomfort. Trusting him as the professional, I complied and spent around $500 on a night guard. I wore the guard every night, as instructed, for 3 weeks. After getting no relief, I called the office to express my concern and they scheduled an appointment for me to come in to get my guard looked at. I told the dentist that since wearing the guard, I had experienced even more tightness in my jaw than before and he looked at the guard and told me its doing what its supposed to do and prescribed me muscle relaxers as an additional fix for the TMJ. I continued to wear the guard every night as well as taking the muscle relaxers before bed, but still no relief. I called the office yet again and expressed my concern. I left a message with the receptionist telling her to let the dentist know that my TMJ was worse than when we started this process and to please have him call me back to re-evaluate my treatment plan. I never received a call back and I decided to go elsewhere. After ONE consultation with Palmers Distinctive Dentistry, the dentist was able to tell me the root of the issue with my TMJ. I brought my night guard with me and he told me to no longer wear it because it was doing more harm than good, since grinding was not the cause of my TMJ. Bottom line, if you are looking for TMJ relief, look elsewhere.

Dr. Rhoden is the best! I have one crown that previous dentists have replaced and it’s given me trouble for YEARS. I finally switched to ProGrin at the advice of a friend. Dr. Rhoden replaced the crown and I haven’t had any trouble with it for two years now.I was nervous about an oral surgery my son was going to have to have. He took the time to talk with me about it and knew the oral surgeon personally. It made me feel much more confident about having the procedure completed. It meant a lot to me that he took the time to hear my concerns.I drive across town to see him because he’s a fantastic dentist and worth the drive!

First and best experience i have had, i have to admit. Felt like homely but procedures; extremely professional to my satisfaction. Dr. Rhoden is one of his kind and supporting people are like ring of gold holding that diamond. Extremely helpful and explained all doubts and whatever questions.

So I had a crown come off on a Friday morning at work and really didnt know what to do.I called Pro Grin where I have been going and asked if I could get the crown glued back on and they said sure come on in.In about an hour and a half from the time the crown came off I was patched up good and headed back to work.If you have an emergency like that dont hesitate they may be able to work you in.Very friendly staff and Doctor always make me feel welcome every time.

My family and I love this office! The staff is friendly and professional and my Phelicia is the best. Dr. Roden so kind and professional.The only thing we would say we dislike is the pressure for extra services, such as getting braces at my age or coming in every 4 months instead of 6. I know my teeth are extra work but if the hygenists concentrate and talk less it would not take as long. My son does not want his wisdom teeth pulled if he is not having any issues. When we come in to have our teeth cleaned, we would like this done as quickly and painless as possible.We are sure all the staff is doing their job be it is a little frustrating to have to deal with this every visit. We are hoping our future visits will be just cleaning our teeth and no sales. :-)

Dr Kong was amazing as well as all of the assistants and staff. They made my procedure feel so calming to the point it seemed to go by so quickly. I can say this office makes each and every visit one of the best.I just thank the staff for the professionalism and caring nature, my daughter was also so comfortable for her fillings and became so relaxed as the visit continued. Dr King is definitely a winner for her.

I have been going to this practice for over 20 years, and Yes it has changed locations, names and even dentists, but the feeling of family and great care hasnt changed! I although I miss the original doctor Dr. Lance Masters, and the Dr. Bagwell, I feel like Dr. Rhoden has taken on the same quality of care and great treatment of their patients. We we’re on our way here for vacation when a filling in my front tooth broke off. Progrin was recommended by a realtor I am working with. They were able to see me the next morning at 9am. I was on my way by 10. Dr Rhodes was great. Zero pain and the tooth feels exactly as it did before. If we decide to move here, Progrin-Riverside will be my place for dental work.

Best dental experience ever! I went in for an emergency extraction that Dr. Rhonden prepared me for realistically. I had the same procedure done a few years ago by a different dentist, and it was painful and took a long time. Dr. Rhoden and his assistant were amazing! Everything from the front desk, to the office manager giving a prompt insurance coverage quote...it was amazing! I’d let them pull my teeth any day 😉

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a dentist . They were friendly, welcoming, professional, had Covid restrictions in place, and a very clean establishment. Dr. Scott was very informative and gave me some advice that I needed and that we put in place. And Pam was a angel that I bragged to all my coworkers about . The first time I met her she was a jewel. On my second visit she gave me a deep cleaning and made it all seem so easy. She’s the best Dental Hygienist I’ve ever met . And if couldn’t get any better . On my way out to pay my bill, Mrs Kierston was phenomenal. She helped me understand my bill while giving me advice . She made paying my bill more easier to hand the money over . Lol!! Great service, the dental assistant Tony did a great job. My only complaint is that I wasn’t informed that my regular dental assistant wasn’t going to be there today, nor was my regular dentist. The dentist that was there ( I don’t know her name) didn’t check under my tongue for signs of an abnormality as my regular dentist always does. Since this office was sold to pro grin a few years ago it’s become less of a personal office. However, they are very much abiding by the CDC rules as far as safety and cleanliness goes.

The staff did so well with myself and my 3 year old! Would recommend them to anyone!

I still like the place, they are doing a great job but the spirit has changed when they became ProGrin. I prefer not have any blanket or coffee but not feeling harassed for buying a extra dental care. I had not been to the dentist for several years(mainly economic factors), so I was very apprehensive. I should not have been.The covid precautions were handled well. The staff was uniformly warm and accommodated accommodated my wheelchair. Dr Rhoden was professional, warm and direct. He suggested a treatment plan and was sensitive to my concerns about finances. It was hands down my favorite dental experience ever!I

Great customer service! As soon as I walked in, there was a coffee bar with fresh cookies and a comfort menu for whatever youd like during your visit (pillow, blanket, headphones, lip balm). The only thing I had issues with was my insurance coverage. They werent able to call me promptly to let me know if it was approved. However, Sheila, the receptionist, was very patient and welcoming and Phelicia, my hygienist, was so kind and informative!

From the first minute I walked in to when I left I was welcomed with a warm and inviting experience. Excellent staff who was friendly, prompt and most of all dedicated to giving their patients the care they need. They also have something I have not seen before which is something called a “comfort menu”, you can fill out the card to get a little luxury with your dental experience. Which is not common. The dentist is typically a place where you dread going, however, it’s not the case for this place. I would recommend coming here for great care and a open environment.
