Dr. Ayers is so personable. He treats you like his own daughter. He makes nice conversation with you and really cares about your needs! The staff are all so welcoming. Stephanie is an amazing hygienist, she is nice, kind and easy to talk to. To be honest, the dentist is not somewhere I enjoy going, but since going to ProGrin, it’s been a place I don’t mind entering!

I always have a great visit at ProGrin of Greenville! They are professional and friendly and caring! My visit this past Wednesday was for a routine six month checkup (x-rays and cleaning). Chelsea was wonderful! She was very gentle, she made me laugh, and she did a great job! This was my first time with her and it was such a pleasure to get to know her! Dr. Ayers checked everything at the end of my visit and I was good to go! He is more than simply an excellent dentist, he is a kind (and funny) friend, and brother in the Lord! I give my experience a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 and also five stars!

I wanted to change dentist and Pro Grin of Greenville is in my network. Researched it online and liked what I saw but you never know. I called to make an appointment thinking it would be weeks or months like some dentist. The pleasant voice said we could see you tomorrow, in shock I said okay. From the time I walked in until the time I left nothing could have been better. Everyone so friendly and pleasant the facility is clean and bright. The hygienist,Tanya, is the greatest. She made a trip to the dentist enjoyable. Everyone was just fantastic the dentist went over all my existing issues and explained everything and was so attentive ,not hurrying like most do. I hate going to the dentist. I actually only go once every few years because I hate it so much. It has been 4 years since my last visit when I was living in a different state. I figured it was time, and I found ProGrin Dental because they take my insurance and have good reviews.The whole visit went great. I would never say I enjoy going to the dentist, but this was hands down the most pleasant dentist trip of my life. Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. They take time to talk to you and get to know you. The cleaning was easy and pretty quick considering I haven’t had my teeth cleaned professionally for years. We are moving abroad in a few months and I am actually kind of sad not to go to ProGrin dental again. This is the first dentist I have ever been to that I would willingly return to. If we were going to stay here I would definitely go regularly to ProGrin Dental.

Clean facility, top notch equipment and the know how to get the job done. I was assisted by a newer doctor who even called my cell to check up on me after and Dr. Ayers personally came out while wrapping up the billing to check up on me and my care. I had an unfortunate, clumsy accident at home one evening that broke one of my teeth in half. Dr. Ayers was able to work me into his schedule the next day and spent several hours preparing the base of the existing tooth for a temporary repair that allowed me to reuse the tooth and to take impressions for the permanent fix a few weeks later. Dr. Ayers personally kept in touch with me after I left to ensure I didnt have any complications from the initial repair. This is one fantastic person, and professional !!

I had a great experience during my last visit. My hygienist was Kennedy who is new to the practice. She has only been out of school a few months but the job she did it seemed like she had been doing this for 20 years. Very impressed.

I had postponed all dental work for at least 10 years because of some unpleasant dental experiences in the past. A family member convinced me to give Progrin a try, specifically because of Dr Ayers and his team. I was skeptical ESPECIALLY when Dr Ayers said “I will be your best friend when this is over”. Well friends, they are the best friends anyone looking for a dentist could have! It took nearly a year to complete my treatment plan, but every visit gave me more confidence and made the next visit less stressful. I can now see myself showing up for cleanings twice a year and scheduling appointments as necessary to maintain my dental health. None of this was possible before coming to Dr. Ayers‘s office and so I encourage anyone who has a fear of the dentist, or just doesn’t think there’s someone out there that understands why they put their work off so long, to give Dr Ayers a try. If you could see the smile that I arrived to his office with over a year ago and a smile that I left with this week, you wouldn’t hesitate to make that first appointment. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt it I would’ve been selfish to not share my experience and that, in doing so, gives someone the courage to make that first appt. Not only are they my regular cleaning office of choice but I also recently received a cosmetic veneers treatment for small teeth as a result of grinding. The final outcome is truly amazing. They look real and have fulfilled my every desire to restore the enamel that was lost. During my experience there was a small miscommunication about billing but the office and staff (shoutout to Annie) did everything they could to honor their contract, even labeling on the payment credit “make it right”. If your looking for an honest, reputable and talented doctor with a great staff, look no further. Had my first visit today. Stephanie my hygienist was awesome and very thorough and gentle. Met with Dr Ayers after my cleaning and can not sing enough praises. I cannot say enough about them. Maria was outstanding. I had a dental emergency and honestly I was in tears about the experience I had there. Happy tears. The whole staff is absolutely the most caring people I have ever encountered in my 64 years. Dr. Ayers is by far the best dentist Ever. I was told by another dentist that I would have to spend 4k for new front bridge. Nope, he put it back in with a lot of work on his part. Truly the best experience. Jeepers, the bridge wasnt even my emergency. I had to have a tooth pulled which had already had a root canal performed on along with a crown. If you need dental work I absolutely would recommend them. There is no way you will be disappointed. They are a truly a blessing to me. Heck, I just LOVE THEM.
