One of my absolute favorite places! We always feel at home. Not only do we feel at home but a sense of refreshment. The uplifting smell as you walk in and the treats they give to the kids every time is something we look forward too. Also, often times there are refreshments to try. Love it. The staff will go out of there way to research and provide you with advice on how to manage whatever youre bringing their way. The options here are endless. The rewards club is a major advantage of being a frequent shopper. Discounts and points add up and are very helpful. Clean and lovely environment. Highly recommend! Theyll always have our business.

Zero stars ! Was in there looking at Elderberry on my own not offered assistance at all. Then this old lady named Susan came and stood right in front of me ( between me and the shelf) to help another man. Didnt say excuse me or even acknowledge I was standing there and stood right directly in front of me helping him until she was finished and walked away. Her face wasnt fully covered by her mask either and they have a sign on the door that all who enter must have a face covering. I will take my business to the Vitamin Shoppe. Susan needs a course in etiquettecy and customer service 101.

This store has gone over and beyond! Their two stores in Greenville work so effectively TOGETHER to help the customer!!I needed a product and couldn’t drive to Woodruff Road location when Pleasant ITV location was out. The Woodruff Rd Manager (within 1 hr of opening the next day when O called at 5 pm the day before) , personally brought the products I needed and even put them in the fridge with my first name on the just like I Asked! Wow!You will not be getting the products, service amd return guarantees ANYWHERE else in the upstate Than Garners! HUGE THANK YOU! .. C

I cant understand why the button at the alkaline water station is located 6ft off of the ground. Its almost impossible for seniors to expense a gallon of water before experiencing fatigue. For this to be a health store, I would consider that as a primary concern to be rectified immediately!

Havent been to this store until today got information about this store from the other Garners store.Didnt go in but a family member did said it was nice.

Wonderful staff. Theyre always super friendly to me which is unusual for health food stores. The prices are decent and the stores are always clean. One final note... The bathrooms are always and I mean always spotless. How a stores bathroom is kept tells the whole story about how said business is run

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a big selection of products and as I said, they are knowledgeable about those products. They also have a loyalty program and I think, a more than fair return policy.

What I have liked about my visits to Garners Natural Life on Woodruff Road are the helpful and friendly staff and variety of options available. Today, when the manager came out to help me locate some items I was in search of, his relation toward me was genuine. There were probably bigger concerns on his mind than my almond flour, but he took it has his main concern at the moment. Not what I was expecting. But I was thankful for his attention.

Large selection of herbs, cbd oils, aromatherapy, and natural products. More expensive than other natural stores. The staff is overwhelmingly annoying, I am a person who just likes to browse but every 5 seconds someone was asking what they can help me find. I was not a fan of the store, if you like buying over priced items from annoying staff then this is your place.

I have found my new natural health store after three visits with informative staff that were so helpful the moment I walked in their door each time. Always clean and Friendly.

Its convenient for me to go to this location because its the closest to where I live. However, Im referred to go to the S. Pleasantburg location because they do not carry certain products for chronic back pain. I was told the Woodruff location is SUPPOSED to carry ALL products just as the other stores on S. Pleasantburg and in Columbia. I wont waste my time or gas going back to Woodruff location since they choose not to stock their store.

I went to this store on a Wednesday afternoon with my mom to look for a product that she was recommend for foot pain. Walking in the store we were never greeted by neither one of the two employees. They constantly talked amongst themselves never acknowledging we were there. We walked around the store for almost ten minutes and neither of the two young female employees asked if we needed any help. Then an older white gentleman walked in and they greeted him and asked him how could they help and showed him where he could find his product. After ringing him up they went right back to talking, still never acknowledging that we were there. After that we left and decided to go back to the Garners off Laurens Rd. Ive always experience great customer service there. I will NEVER come back to this store.

Garners is pretty much the only place around here that you can buy natural, organic and homeopathic remedies, as well as just high quality home and health products. Helpful staff and pleasant environment.
