Helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. Theyve got a huge selection in the store and a lot of high quality supplements. Im a bit of health nerd myself, and its great to be able to go in and chat with their staff about different health issues and get other perspectives on approaches for optimizing health.Whatever is ailing you, you will most likely be able to find some relief here.

Garners is top notch! Vanessa Rampey and Susan Ledbetter are truly first class and keep it tip top in there. I love them for the quality and trustworthiness of every product in the store. Not to mention the reading materials section! The prices are on average with market standards but it is made up for when you ask a question to any of the staff. When you request information, they either have the knowledge or will find out. Overall, great store!

I always get greeted when I walk in the door, and someone is always ready to help me with any questions. Walked in to just browse but left with a couple different items because Sherry knew exactly what I needed. Not only do I have a growing family, they also have a section for your fur baby. Which assures me all of my loved one are staying healthy.

Not sure what some of these reviews about horrible customer service is about. Every time I have gone to Garners, I have had nothing but excellent customer service by an extremely knowledgeable staff who care deeply about natural health and wellness. They have an incredible selection, and their prices are comparable to other similar stores in the area. I have never once been treated with anything but respect and kindness and a willingness to help me find what I need and some extra advice along the way. Perhaps these people who were treated rudely are reflecting more of themselves than the actual store employees. No place is perfect all the time, but I can say every experience at Garners was always pleasant with helpful staff.

The beautiful people who work at Garners are a blessing. They are always knowledgeable about the products/supplements they provide and are extremely helpful when I have questions. Well stocked store with large variety of health products. But, the best thing about Garners is the knowledgable and very helpful staff. Each of them must have an old fashioned card catalog for a brain, because they are always able to direct you to the correct placement for any product, no matter how unusual it may be. It always smells nice in there, but not with an overpowering scent. They are very sensitive to customers with environmental allergies. If you are looking for an unusual gift for someone who has everything, they have lovely hand made soaps, jewelry, metal sculptures and pottery. They also dont discourage browsers.

I highly recommend this place! I wanted to know more about the CBD oil that I was hearing about every time I turned around, so I decided to visit Garner’s Natural Life on S. Pleasantburg in Greenville, SC. I was so impressed the knowledge of their products and how they are best used that I decided to buy some CBD oil. I use it every day and love it! The staff here are so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Dealing with concerns surrounding health must be challenging, and mine have always been listened to with compassion by the people who work here, and my questions answered so thoroughly. I find so much joy in shopping here. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. And their knowledge is vast. Any question you have, they will go out of their way to get you an answer. Very friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Lots of wonderful herbs and spices to choose from, and their stock is constantly growing. I love their organic products, and often buy essential-oils, shampoos and conditioners, etc. from this location.Its also handy because its next door to the Fresh Market (another favourite), so I can visit both shops easily when necessary! I have been shopping here for many years and most days I know what I need, so I just run in and out with ease. But when I do need some assistance I am able to get help by asking a knowledgeable store associate. They are friendly and guide me to the products I am looking for.

Years ago I enjoyed shopping at Garners.I recently visted and was surprised to find employees who are plain rude.In addition I was surprised by how expensive everything is.I was looking at some earrings and asked if they were locally made, which is important to me. No. I was told.Garners used to be warm and inviting, not so anymore.

Garners natural life is by far one of the friendliest places Ive been too in Greenville. Wonderful aromas and very helpful staff! They answered all my questions with very helpful information. Would absolutely come back and shop when the occasion arises. GARNERS IS THE BEST!

Atir expertly advised me on what natural makeup would work best for my skin. They have the best supplement brands, I love their huge salt lamps and affordable essential oils, bulk herbs, winter remedies, and daily vitamineral greens. I always walk out feeling like it was money well spent (money spent to stay healthy). This is a Greenville gem that has led the way in health food and wellness and has adapted to stay current. Came in on Saturday morning. Four employees were standing at the register talking. No one greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. We walked around about 5 minutes. Not once did anyone offer to help us. As we walked out the door one of the employees said “have a nice day” . It was very odd since they had not spoken before.There are too many place like this in Greenville, we will not be back.

Staff has broad knowledge base and many of them have very specialized knowledge in certain areas. They have highest quality brands and very good prices and a handful of things you cannot find anywhere else.

While I miss the Grocery part, it seems the partner perfectly with The Fresh Market & they continue to have an excellent selection of herbs, spices, teas, health supplements and it is a must see whether visiting or living in the Upstate.

Ill counter the previous post. Ive found the staff very helpful. The selection is terrific and theyll order things for you if they dont have them in stock. Id much rather shop at a local place than a megachain (even if Whole Foods is a pretty decent megachain) and Im happy Garners is as close to me as they are.

Hey yall. Youve done it again. Yall suggested i take red clover, bitter apricot and chaparral. I took these three months and my precancer cells shrank drasticlly in size. (my precancer cells) 2 years the docs kept an eye on it.. And it made it to precancer. Three months i take this stuff and the precancer cells finally shrink in size tremendously. Thanks to you all so much. Yall are angels.. And always so eager to help.

Ok. My history with this wonderful store goes back many years. Ive healed myself of hyperthyroidism and hepititis c with life style changes as well. No treatment from doctors needed. Now tothe wonderful staff all of whos faces i know but names i havent familirized myself thankyou so much for your professionalism , understanding and empathetic attitudes. For everything you do. If it werent for you i would never have truly understood that thete are so many little things you can do daily that can improove your health and well being. Without the medicines on market. .. I guess you all saved my life in a way... I did the work but you showed me the way. May the higher powers bless you all for all you do.
