I received excellent care! I went in for the first time at my 20 week anatomy scan. My ultrasound tech was wonderful. She was very friendly, on time, and made me feel comfortable. They even allowed your spouse or 1 visitor over 18 in. After the 1 hour scan the tech leaves the room and discusses the results with one of the doctors then the doctor and tech come back into the room and tell you the results and next steps. The room was large and the lights were dimmed to help make you feel comfortable. I liked that you never had to leave the ultrasound room. The receptionist was nice too and upon arrival they asked the usual covid screening questions.

Horrible experience!! I wouldn’t go back . My husband and I looked at traveling 2 hours to an appointment if I had to be seen by a high risk doctor .

This office is a joke to what it was 8 years ago. From discussions with our sonographer, new management has set a ‘production’ number for scans. So you get billed high risk for a high production scan. Really? Phones vibrating every few minutes, it has changed. I’m sure I will get a ‘concerned’ response - don’t waste my time or yours, we went back to Bob Secours, and are very happy.

Long wait times. The women at the front desk make the time spent in the waiting room feel even longer.

The wait times are ridiculously long. I have never gotten taken back right away. Today I wait for 45 minutes, it was hot and humid, I took myMask off because I was the ONLY person in the waiting room and I’m 8 months pregnant with twins and couldn’t breath and got scolded to put it back on. Also it’s impossible to even book an appointment the doctor suggested you needed and god for bid you change an appointment around there’s no way that’s possible. I cannot wait to be finished with this place.

The staff was pleasant to the expectant mother and supportive of her adoption plan. They never made her feel guilty and always used positive adoption language. We are so thankful for offices that go above and beyond to encourage, lift up, and empower mamas to make the best decision for their baby and support them on their adoption journey.

I left I’m tears and am anxiety attack today. This was my 2nd visit, and I am extremely high-risk due to my 1st pregnancy being Pre-Term and my age. The Sonographers both told me that they do not do 3D/4D scans, even after I told them my OB at Piedmont said that they could easily do it with the push of a button. It also says it on their website, and even after mentioning that they both refused. This is heartbreaking for me as I want those memories like I have from my Son.Also, to be an office working with High-Risk cases, they have done nothing other than an UltraSound. And very poor quality Ultrasounds at that. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when the doctor came in. She didn’t do ANYTHING, except leave me with extra worries that no pregnant woman should have. I went to Dr. Greig for my last pregnancy and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m taking Makena to prevent another Pre-Term birth and this doctor acted like she didn’t know anything about it, or the massive pain I’ve been having. She just told me to take some Tums and that it was probably acid reflux. It is definitely NOT acid reflux and I take Protonix already. She didn’t even examine me to try to find out what’s causing this extreme pain. I am not impressed at all with this place and I’ll be asking my OB next Tues about changing to another practice because at the very end she left me with saying that at 36 weeks I have to come every week to check for a Stillborn due to my age. My OB has been telling me how healthy and great everything is going, so this shocked and frightened me. I held back the tears until I got out to my car. I’m still trying to process all of that because my OB has never even mentioned anything of the sort.Additionally, we have met our family deductible, my personal deductible, and our out-of-pocket maximum for the year, AND, my health insurance pays 100% on all OB care and PP. we don’t even have a co-pay due, yet they’re trying to tell me that I owe money and that we haven’t met our deductible. I tried to show her on my BCBS website, but she was insistent that she was right. My Dad owned an insurance company for years and I worked for him as a licensed agent and also at RBC/Liberty Life so it’s ingrained in my being.I’m probably going to look at changing because it feels disorganized and I don’t feel I’m getting the proper care I need. It’s a shame because they aren’t doing their jobs correctly.

This place was awful. The doctor had incorrect medical information, made up medical tests that another doctor had run (I had read my record backwards and forwards), and used awful scare tactics to cover up for other GHS wrong doings. The doctor that I was placed with literally victim blames me for almost dying after the birth of my son. I left in tears thinking I could never have another baby. Then they coded it wrong so my insurance denied it and I had to spend hours on the phone fixing it! Thank God I listened to two friends who had used another hospital system MFM after they had high risk pregnancies and encountered much better care. Please go elsewhere if you can!!!!

It is impossible to find and it takes 5-10 minutes to get an answer when you call. The office is very unwelcoming and the employees are not very kind. Wasn’t what I expected when walking into a visit to find out if the baby I’m carrying is healthy or not.

The wait times are rediculous. Also I never seen just one Dr it was a different one each time and one Dr would tell u one thing and the next time another would tell u a whole different thing. They also sent me to labor and delivery to meet on call Dr to be delivered and when I got there I never seen the Dr and didnt get delivered got sent home with an extremely low blood pressure and noone was concerned.

I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve had to wait an hour or more for my appointment and I even showed up 15 minutes early, like they said to. My appointment was at 10:30, I got here at 10:15 like I was supposed to and it is now 11:26 and I’ve been waiting over an hour.

Every time we come to this office we have to at least wait an hour before we are seen. It’s ridiculous when they require you to show up *15 MINUTES before a scheduled appointment and you’ve got to wait an hour. Pregnant women are NOT patient. We are uncomfortable sitting in these office chairs for hours waiting for an appointment.
