I love this place and the people who work here. They gave me and my spouse our lives back.

Was referred by the Neurosurgeon on call at Vident Er on monday to call this office. 1st day only answering machine, i left 3 messages. No call back. Called today, receptionist advised me they didnt take walk-ins. I told her i was at Vident Greenville ER where the on call Neurosurgeon gave me paperwork advising me to call for appointment. She said hold on transfered me to the answering machine. No call back again.! Hope you dont perform procedures like you treat a patient.

The staff are great and Dr. Hoppenot is the best!

Do not go see Connie Cerne. I saw her for severe back and leg pain. I told her I couldnt sleep at night at all because of pain. She didnt seem to care what I was explaining to her. She even said she was going to send me to another specialist, that was a month ago and still havent heard anything and Im getting worse. Never again

Dr. Hoppenot has taken care of me since February of 2017. He is a tremendously skilled neurosurgeon with a deep sense of caring for his patients. His office team has always gone far and above with any and everything I have needed. They are friendly and thorough and always a pleasure to work with . I highly recommend this team.

I cannot say enough good things about Vidant Neurology. Dr. Tucci performed life saving brain surgery on my son in 2014. We will forever be grateful to him and his staff. After years of back and leg pain Vidant Neurology performed an MRI on me this year and I was diagnosed with a tumor in my spinal canal. Dr. Lee without hesistation set me up for surgery and removed the tumor. I am pain free now. Thank You Dr. Lee & staff.

Horrible.... hard to get appointment always have medical assistant call me back mine as well talk to the receptionist

Initially I spoke with someone who said that the doctor will not schedule appointments until they have seen the imaging notes, so I faxed them. After a week with no response, I called back to see what the next step was. I have now been attempting to speak with anyone in the office for over a week, but no one will answer the phone. It is a circular automated system that asks me to press 2 to make an appointment. So I honestly cant say whether the staff is good or not, because I quit trying after calling for over a week with no one answer. Very unprofessional at best!

I am so blessed to have found Dr Wilson who has truly given me a miracle from constant pain for seventeen years.I had a trip level neck infusion seventeen years ago for several issues in my neck one being a pinched nerve.I have bern going to a pain clinic and have been on opioids for all these years with only minimal relief.Dr Wilson started giving me trigger point injections with Lidocaine and I immediately got relief. I have prayed for so many years for God to heal me.My family has loved and suffered and supported me believing with me for healing.Today after so many years in constant pain God blessed me with Dr Wilson. My prayer is for all that suffer God will heal you whatever way he choses.I am so thankful he sent me to Vidant Neurosurgery in Greenville NC.

Doctor lenwood Smith saved our little girl! He removed a brain tumor from her brain last year and she had absolutely no side effects and she has healed completely well . Thank you for the amazing service you provided and care ! For ever thankful ! God bless

Dr. Kanaan is great he explained everything to me and what the next step will be to remove the tumor in have in the front of my brain.. Wish more doctors took the time to explain things like he did.. Thank you Dr. kanaan..I had to spend 5 days in the hospital cause I had to have gamma knife radiation done the helmet hurt like hell but Dr. Kanaan was there every day holding my hand that made me feel safe on my last day when they took the helmet off Dr. Kanaan surprised me with a cup of Starbucks✨☕ coffee there are no words to express how happy he made me feel he is the best neurosurgeon out Im so glad he is the one treating me for this tumor.. Thank you Dr. Kanaan so much for being you... 😃😄😃😄 (っ⌒‿⌒)っ.. If you need a neurosurgeon call him also his bedside manner is awesome...

Another displeased patient.MRI had been read and evaluated before going here. Her evaluation was exact opposite. Moderate to severe things from other MRI reading went to nothing but aging that everyone has. Was diagnosed with degenerative spine disease 12yrs ago. Somebody didnt do there home work. But she knew it all . God complex I guess.

Im suppose to have surgery soon.waiting on insurance spproval.had to change doctors in mid care.(surgery was suppose to be 5/7,5/11 with dr.Lee.i need my surgery immediately on my back to keep functioning.i feel like a number and not a person.no one seems to care to get things done

I was seen by Connie Cerne and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered!!!! Do not see her if you are overweight! it doesnt matter what other issues you have her only concern is the weight!! She said all I needed was gastric bypass and she was going to let my primary dr know this. And that I wouldnt be a candidate for surgery because I was overweight I left in tears and downhearted She didnt know I had lost 30 pounds and continuing to lose because she didnt care enough to get to know me at all DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!also she is not a registered dietitian!!!

Dr. Hoppernot was very caring and concerned. Only Dr Ive ever been to in 30 yrs of back problems that took me serious !! Did surgery and got me answers to my condition !!!
