Well, they made several appointments for me, however, they neglected to inform me of said appointments.....and these people think that im going to allow them to cut my spine, when they have yet to master telephonic communication...Go elsewhere pleaseUpdate:5 weeks later and no one will answer phone at all.....hustlers for 150 a visitShame

I have had multiple surgeries through here. Dr McHenry was awesome! He seems a little cold sometimes but always came in and checked on me personally. That being said after my last surgery I started having the same issues as before and tried to make an appointment. No one ever answered and my calls were not returned. Ended up getting a referral from my primary doctor and still no call back to my doctor or myself. Ended up going else where and I am now having to have a spinal fusion. 2 years I tried to get in for an appointment and never heard back from them.

This place is a joke for $150 per visit. Just for Dr. Olynger to sit there and talk over you the whole time and just agree with everything you try to say! This doctor was very arrogant and unprofessional! Save yourself your money and go somewhere else!

Ive been a patient of Dr Michael Lynn for a while now. He is always super friendly and always makes me feel at ease. He has treated my degenerative disc disease of the cervical spine and acute cervical radiculopathy..... my pain is almost completely gone. I feel confident that I will continue to improve with Dr Lynn in charge of my care.

Never been here and don’t think I’ll be going.. looked on my chart to see I have an appointment on the 11th @9:30 so I called because 1 I wasn’t aware I thought they was gonna call me to set up the appointment and 2 I live in Laurens I never make my appointments that early called to reschedule the appointment and I was telling the lady where I live and was unaware of the appointment until I looked at mychart the lady was rude when I told her where I live and she said u ain’t gotta tell me that I know where Laurens is and just having a nasty way of communicating I really needed to be seen but no thanks i will continue to hurt the doctors my be great there but the receptionist sure wasn’t

This place is terrible. They dont care if youre hurting. They just want your money and thats it. Dude tried to send me for a discogram that would have done more damage than good. Avoid this place at all costs.

I waited 2 weeks for a call to get in..... finally called my PCM and they gave me the office number. Tried for 2 days to call and get a appt. Tried all options when I called to talk to someone.... no one ever answered. And anytime you press 2 for appt it says Good Bye and hangs up. So I checked google to make sure this was the only number...then I saw the reviews. This office seems to be terrible. When you cant even get an appy due to seemingly laziness that is a huge red flag.

Seen Dr. Kanos, if you need a evaluation for workers compensation dont see him because its a joke.

I am thankful for the care I received from Dr. Stephen Gardner. He is a wonderful physician, and an amazing surgeon.

Wow. Complete incompetence. Absolute no regard for patient care. Had an urgent referral for treatment and reply was we see nothing significant on the MRI, maybe we can see you next Wednesday. (A grade schooler could see a bulging disk)Wife has been suffering and bedridden for 16 days at this point.

I thought Dr Gardner was very good. The only disappointment was no local anaesthesia for back injections. Ouch!! But once the steroids took effect it was so much better.

If i could give zero stars I would, had one appointment with Dr . Hodge he literally made me wait 1 hour before he seen me for 5 minutes recommended a procedure that isn’t even approved by the FDA and proceeded to ignore my phone calls or schedule me anything for weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I moved on happily to a new Neurologist.

Charles Kanos was awesome! He throughly went over chiari with me and my husband and answered all of my questions. He is getting me the proper treatment I need! Thank you Dr Kano’s!

Im a part of a business that works with this business and I will say this office has some very rude people that work among it. Was only here for 5 minutes and never have I been more uncomfortable or mistreated from any GHS/Prisma office Ive visited

To all who read this post. Dr. Hodge is a blessing from God. He has performed 1 spinal surgery on me with no problems or issues. And now I have to have another. And I trust him and his medical opion. This doctor takes his time and listens to what his patients feels, and thinks then he gives his medical opion. I wish all doctors was blessed with the gift of god such as him. I am truly thankful I had the opportunity to have him as my doctor and my surgeon because praise to God first, without it I wouldnt have a good functional life. But with his skill this doctor almost had me at 100%. Thanks to Dr. Hodge and his team. I can truly say his patients care really does come first.

OMG! I only wish I read the reviews before going to see Dr O’Lynnger at Southeastern Neuro.Let’s start first with the staff, I was referred by my PCP after having my MRI that showed I had multiple nerve impingements. I received a voicemail stating to call the office and schedule an appointment. When calling back I was told that Deanna was handling my authorization and she would be calling me back. After several hours I called back and spoke with same staff member, Alicia and was told that she didn’t call me and I told her I needed to schedule an appointment. In my chart I had an appointment and then it was cancelled that is why I called back. First of all you do NOT treat patients the way I was talked to. At today’s appointment guess who called me back to go to the room? You guessed it...Alicia in all her glory (mouth and all). But that’s not the whole reason I’m writing.Dr O’Lynnger comesIn the room and glances through the MRI disk (just a couple of slides not the 50+ images on the disk) wants to do an x-ray showing standing up. I told him that the MRI was weight-bearing and lying down. He opened it back up and scrolled back through some more images. He said, “ it could be PARS (which is something to do with a fracture), it could be arthritis, the back is very complicated to diagnosis” he then says “you know radiologists don’t know how to read MRIs that’s why I went for all these years to school, radiologists gets paid for putting more stuff on the report” WHAT?States that he can schedule physical therapy or pain management. There is nothing more he can do.Are you kidding me? Rude staff member and now a doctor that went to school for several years with no empathy or answer to help with the pain. MRI is showing multiple impingements per my PCP and he is stating it shows nothing. As stated in other comments RUN!!!!! Do not use this group.

Dont go see Dr. Eric Lenehan. He and his staff are horrible. They ordered a bunch of tests/procedures that my insurance didnt cover, then wouldnt treat me and totally left hanging. I still have back issues.

Absolutely horrible doctors office. I was referred here for pain management however Dr Mullinax does not care about her patients whatsoever and treats you like just another number. I was not given any pain management assistance whatsoever for my severe and chronic pain which was verified via problems with an MRI nerve conduction study and x-rays. Do not go here they do not care about their patients they do not care about you they do not care about me I am NOT going back.

Everyone from the referral staff, to the doctor I saw (Dr.Hodge), have been extremely lazy and unprofessional. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Run from the practice. They order a lot of tests but when you question treatment options or have pain in a different area, they write you off and tell you to deal with your pain through pain management.
