Took a long time to get a call back. Had a very hard time getting information in a timely manner. I understand mistakes happen. However I feel like the situation could have been handled with better communication.

After being hit by a drunk driver and having 21 bones broke Dr Shirhard and staff were awesome to me. I still have a way to go but I am confident I am with the right Drs
