I was discharged after having to take a different type drug test and I wasnt weaned off the meds I was taking. I was given something non narcotic to help but it hasnt and I feel awful. I truly liked coming to this office until this incident. Everyone was always is so nice.

Ive been going to this pain clinic sense 2015 and Ive never had any bad experiences. The staff is excellent the environment and the atmosphere has been very professional but kind everybody is shown the best level of care. From my first visit until the last appointment nothing but courtesy. Im an patient that has a appointment every 3 months. Each visit has been the same. The physician Dr. Nunez is a beautiful, compassionate individual. She has a very soothing spirit and always words of comfort and grace.

Im not even a patient here. I brought my mother-in-law to her appointment. I had to bring my children with us. A nice lady by the name of Alice saw that I had children and she took us to the other side of the waiting room so the kids could watch Sesame Street and be kids without disturbing anyone. After about 20 minutes, some lady comes out of a door and says Those children are loud. This is an office. Can you take them outside to play? If you know this area, then you know that there is NOWHERE outside for the kids to play. You, also, know that there is a busy street (Arlington Blvd) right in front of the building. So, basically, she out told me to take my kids to play in traffic. The ONLY reason they got 1 star is because of Mrs Alice and her hospitality. I plan to find out the name of the person who kicked us out.

Ive had two spinal leaks and had to get blood patches. The staff here was amazing both times!!! I am so thankful for them! I cannot Express enough how much I appreciate the staff!

I took a neighbor of mine very rude PA and was short to her and she is an elderly patient. Needing more compassion and understanding..

Very disappointed. I use to be satisfied with their service. This last visit left me unable to barely move my left leg. This has never happened before. My upper left thigh have pain it never had before and I have to drag my left leg. I had a spinal epidermal procedure done and now that I am complaining I am being lied to about getting a call back, but no one returns my call. Thanks for your lack of concern for a patient thats been going to your clinic going on two years and never had a complaint till now.Thanks for nothing!!!The clinic is Vidant Pain Management, on Arlington Blvd. in Greenville,NC.

Was very nice to my mom when she has her treatment

Dr. Nunez was who I saw and she is nothing but a glorified pill pusher. She did nothing to treat the source of my pain. She also prescribed oxycontin for me when I told her that Norco was sufficient to manage my pain. Ive NEVER heard of a pain management doctor prescribing something stronger than you need! Before I became an oxy addict I found a good doctor in Morehead City who practices real medicine and he has been a life saver. He gives me facet joint injections and has done two radiofrequency ablations (sp?) that have worked wonders. Im very lucky to have him and to be away from Dr. Nunez.

This and all other Pain Clinics are a farce. Dont waste your time!

Dr.annIs the most amazing dr. And person ever she is always there to help me when im in need and always listens and gives excellent advice. She also cares for my family as well and they are not even patients we need more MDs like her 5 stars and lots of love and happiness

The only thing they want get give me is shots. Still in pain
