The Relaxation Zone is definitely an appropriate name for Kays spa. The massage was great and would recommend her services to all. Professional and definitely an enjoyable and relaxing massage, dont miss out!

I visited relaxation zone today. The therapist is very professional and does a wonderful job. I will be returning again for another massage and i would definately recommend it to others that are looking for a wonderful professional massage.

Kay was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing from the time you walk in. The massage was amazing. Ill definitely be going back.

I have contacted this spa over a span of 2 months trying to get an appointment and NEVER got a response. I purchased a $30 Groupon for a 60 minute massage and mentioned this in the text message the automated service instructed. They say to make an appointment through texting and there was no way of making it otherwise. When Groupon finally got back to me they said the company isnt honoring the vouchers. Why wouldnt the staff just ignore a customer? All that was required was to reply with a we are not honoring our vouchers that we clearly advertise on groupon instead of ignoring someone who tried to contact them over and over again. Extremely unprofessional and terrible business ethics. Very annoyed that a company puts a groupon out and then suddenly decides not to honor it or reply to a customer. NOT ONE RESPONSE!
