Wow! What an incredible spa experience! We booked last minute while in town for vacation and every moment was absolutely relaxing. Highly recommend, especially for pregnant mamas! She has a custom made table that makes the massage so incredibly comfy and relaxing!!!

If you want to be treated like royalty during your spa experience, this is the place for you. Tatiana has perfected customer service. I took my daughter for a spa day as a surprise for her birthday and after seating us in the salt room in huge comfortable rocker/recliners, she opened a bottle of champagne for a toast. We both received massages with hot stones and facials and both were fantastic. We were very impressed with Tatianas expertise in both. The massage table is extra large and the massage room has an electric fireplace. The atmosphere of her entire spa was very relaxing, cozy, and quiet. We cant wait to go back!

My sister and I got a session for my mom’s birthday and this is her take away from her experience.“ I was greeted at the door by a bubbly svelte woman with an amazing accent that seemed to float across the floor as I toured the facility. I asked if she was a dancer, she giggled and said no but I have to disagree. The “ballet” her hands did on my body was second to none. Her flawless timing and pressure was so healing it, literally, brought me to tears. The spa was hip and clean and I can’t wait until I visit Greenville again so I can go back to her for an encore performance! Bravo! And thank you.

My appointment was everything and more. A friend sent me a gift certificate for being an essential worker through covid-19 because he saw how stressed and tired I was. I finally took advantage of it and it was so peaceful. I opted for the deep tissue massage and it was PERFECT! Not too much pressure but just enough to get all those tense spots. The spa itself is quaint, immaculate, and comfortable. We were able to experience the different rooms. My massage was simply amazing. Overall experience was great. From I particularly liked the chairs that are in the relaxation room. I would like to have one in my home.

Took my mom here for her birthday. Tetiana give us locker, bath robe and slippers. Showers and sauna are also available. We got massage and facial. Tetiana were very good and very knowledgeable and very respectful of our bodies. My skin felt so buttery after the massage and facial. I almost fell asleep and I usually dont sleep during massages - it was THAT good. All place was very clean, and perfect aura for relaxation while inside the facility.

Just in....Being short and working with a tall therapist isnt always easy because the table needs to be higher for them. But Wintergreen has a new adjustable table! She can adjust the height when she leaves the room, so I dont feel like Alice caught in Wonderland, trying to figure how how to get off the table.Wonderful experience every time! Tetiana is amazing. Wow! My words do not do justice to Tetiana and Wintergreen SPA. This may be the first positive google review that I’ve written. I think I have provided some reviews when things were terrible at a place I visited but never have I been more inclined to share a positive experience.I couldn’t wait to write a review. I am currently sitting in one of the salt rooms, about to relax and sip on an herbal tea. This place is the real deal! From the peaceful music, to the complimentary drinks, chocolates, and amenities in the changing room, the entire experience is magical.Tetiana went above and beyond. She was more than I could have hoped for! Everything I look for in a massage was provided. It was so amazing that I find myself not even bothering to get into too many of the details of the actual massage (which was phenomenal and on a top of the line table, designed with space for women’s breast so they are not smooshed, and included hot stones for no extra charge!). It was everything above and beyond the massage that made this a truly remarkable experience! (Though the massage alone warrants 5 stars)I am not an easy person to get to relaxe. I say this to highlight how extremely wonderful Tetiana is. She was patient and made me feel at ease and cared for at all times, even with my incessant chattering. She ended up taking longer than anticipated on my massage and facial (because I kept talking.... sorry Tetiana), yet, she never made me feel judged or rushed!Tetiana’s positive, calm demeanor is intoxicating, as is the delicious champagne she provided! I need to go ahead and start planning my next trip to Greenville, because I definitely want to see Tetiana again!I can be difficult to please, and I am genuinely in awe of Tetiana and what an amazing place she has built.
