This place is a hidden diamond!!! I have been going to a similar massage place in woodruff road for years and always wished that I had something closer to home. I spotted this place one night a week ago and decided to try it out with the hope that it would be as good as the other place. Well, let me tell you, this place is so much better! It completely blew my expectations out of the water!The couple that did our massages was fantastic! You get so much more than just a foot rub too! The place is very clean, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the massage therapists are so friendly and nice!These guys have gained a couple of new regulars! I am just so happy we found this place. I only wish I had found them much sooner!

I love Helen and Glen! I have been going to Good Feet for years now and they are awesome! The are very professional and their studio is always clean. I never arrive or leave without a great massage and smile on their face! Prices are fair and the massages are great! Great place to get pampered!

I made an appt over the phone a day in advance. When I arrive The man at the front desk speaks next to no English, which would be fine, but he lets me know they are only taking cash. The person I talked to when I made my appt didnt say anything about that. I see a card scanner on the counter and the door advertises them taking cards, but since the front desk guy speaks no English I cant ask him what the exact situation is. I brought cash for the tip but didnt bring enough for the full amount. I spend about 5 minutes asking the guy where the closest ATM is. Its a five minute drive away at a bank.I drive to the bank, get the cash, pay the ludicrous ATM service fee, and get back to Good Feet within 10 minutes. The front desk man says I now have to wait 30 minutes. Why? Who knows, since, once again, we cant communicate with each other. My guess is that as soon as I left the store he thought I was gone for good and told my masseuse to take a 30 minute break. Why he did that after giving me ATM instructions and me saying Id be right back is a mystery. Needless to say, I didnt stick around.I recommend saving your 40 dollars plus tip and going somewhere more professional and organized.edit: within an hour of posting this review Ive received 4+ calls and a dozen texts from Good Feet urging me to come back and review the security footage about when I was there. Its making me very uncomfortable and feels gross for them to hassle me over my review. I stand by what I said. I can give exact times and dates down to the minute, and having someone try and tell me Im lying is insulting. Im not driving all the way to Good Feet just to have someone yell at me for not liking their business.

Horrible location too ever try to book an appointment if your employees dont speak one word of English why do you hire them. Learn to run a buisness correctly before you try to keep this buisness open

That was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and so so reasonably priced. I’ll be making this a weekly trip. Can’t say enough good things. I didn’t even have to tell her what pressure I wanted. She somehow knew. And my friend said the same of her masseuse. She didn’t have to say a thing. They are on the money. So freaking relaxing! This is a must go!

Carl and Helen are the best! I have been coming here regularly since shortly after they opened. They are extremely professional and give consistently excellent massages. Anyone of good will would say the same. I dont believe the reviews saying they asked for a 20% tip; that has never been my experience. I feel welcomed always and I know when my body says, massage! that I can count on them for great service. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Good Feet Massage on Wade Hampton for two years and have filled up two punch cards. Not once have they added on a tip automatically to my service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Very professional and they do excellent work and are very kind, and the best value for the type of service in Greenville, in my opinion. In fact, I am going again today and taking my future daughter in law.

I just visited for my first time and got a foot massage. Environment was so pleasant and the massage was so relaxing. By far the best Ive had I Greenville! Also the price was very reasonable!

I have been a few times for the hour long foot massages. The facility is always sparkling clean and has a calming atmosphere and the massage is very thorough and relaxing and I feel like it’s helping with my plantar fasciitis pain.

This place is great, very friendly and courteous. I have been to 4 or 5 massage therapists in Greenville, and Helen at Good Feet is the best one, no questions asked. They go over and above - it was raining after my last massage and they walked me to my car with an umbrella. I will suprise my wife with a couples foot massage every once and a while and it is always great! A true gem.

I have been to Good Feet several times before and have had great experiences. My last visit was unpleasant. My massage therapist used so much pressure I have bruises across the bottom of my back. It is painful to lye down, bend over, etc.I also was flabbergasted that when I included my tip and paid , the therapist said 20%! I was shocked! I am an esthetician and work in the service industry. It is awful to demand someone pay you a tip! Although we appreciate tips, it is not something someone can force you to do. I did pay extra, but never again! This was totally unprofessional!Also, the therapist left the room to answer phone calls, wait on other people and left the door open during my massage! I never have had that happen before! Very unprofessional! Not returning.

I am very disappointed. My boyfriend and I stepped in today for a head, shoulder, and hand massage. The experience was lovely but at the end I paid wrote out a small tip on the receipt and then was reaching in my bag for more of a tip with cash and the woman who gave the massage to my boyfriend and was taking my card. Said where’s your tip and then said oh I wrote the price there and then as I was about to say I’m getting the cash out she said I turned me to say “massage is 20% tip”... I am flabbergasted. I was about to hand her more cash for a tip. But even if I hadn’t planned on doing so it’s still ridiculous to impose a tip onto a customer. If that is the price they are expecting that should be the sticker price and I should tip on top of that out gratitude for good service. I left her 20% less than I had planned on leaving. I will not return due to poor customer service.

Great foot and back massage. Im 35 weeks pregnant and they were very accommodating. Language barrier was a little challenging at times, but they try very hard to understand and make you comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice too. My back and feet our very thankful. I will be back!

If your hours say you are open till 10 pm and I pull in your parking lot at 9:25 and it says you are closed is bad business and I won’t be back. Happy Feet on Woodruff Road is open till 10 and are always there till 10 or later if customer base is needed!

Had made an appointment for a 10:00 massage and was asked to make it 9:30 to which I agreed to. Business says it opens at 9:30. I show up at 9:20 and wait till 9:50 and no one ever shows up. No text or phone call to explain. Very unprofessional

My wife and I have been coming to this place since they opened. This is a very friendly, warm and inviting atmosphere. The workers here are all very friendly and accomodating. There is sometimes a slight language barrier ;but its nothing that a little patience and Google... LOL cant resolve.Sresolve.Seriously the best massage at the best prices.
