This was my first visit here -bought a Groupon. I dont know if I would call this business a spa. Michelle was dressed in jeans,t shirt, & a hoodie. She had some weird music playing on her phone. The room was about 6x8 with a pedicure chair and a nail table squeezed in. I received a very nice pedicure, her skill is very good.

I had a reiki session with Donna and it was a wonderful experience. A very healing experience, I have a been in pain with a shoulder issue for quite sometime. I felt so much better after the session, it was just what I needed, I slept great that night. Donna has great energy and is very sweet.I will definitely be going to see her again.

Today I went for a cupping massage I had purchased on Groupon - Donna and all the staff were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! Im looking forward to going in again and highly recommend it to everyone!PS: I feel amazing.

Trilogy Salon and Spa in Greenville, SC offered a living social deal for the Keratin hair treatment. When the treatment was completed, my hair was flat ironed and was very straight. I waited 72 hours before washing my hair, as instructed, and the outcome was very disappointing. My hair looked exactly the same as before the treatment - very frizzy. I contacted Living Social for a refund and it was declined because I was outside the refund policy time period and I had already redeemed the deal. I called Michelle at the salon and although she had previously told me that I would be receiving a refund if I contacted Living Social, she would now Not be able to offer a refund since it was declined through Living Social. I dont think anyone wants to pay for something they did not receive. I asked if she would be willing to provide a refund, even if it was just for the amount I paid minus the cost of the solution she used on my hair and she said absolutely not. She said if I would have purchased the shampoo and conditioner after care kit then she might be able to request a refund. I mentioned that she never told me about a kit or anything else that I would need to purchase and she stated the disclaimer is posted on her wall. If there was a disclaimer, 1. this should have been mentioned in the Fine Print of the Living Social deal, 2. She should have mentioned the disclaimer and not assumed that I saw it hanging on the wall, 3. the Keratin treatment should have still worked without special shampoo and conditioner - it just wouldnt have lasted the entire 12 weeks. And by the way, I washed my hair with Sulfate free shampoo after the treatment because I know sulfate based shampoos will shorten the length of the treatment. I DO NOT recommend this salon and especially not the Keratin treatment at this salon as they were not willing to do anything to refund me for the service that I did not receive. I did go to a professional salon recently and the owner states he has never seen a Keratin treatment that did not work and the only reason that I would not work is if the solution was not applied correctly, not left on long enough at the salon, or the stylist was inexperienced and did not know what they were doing.

I went to this place on a whim because a Groupon for a mani/pedi was available. I unfortunately dont have much positive to say - the staff was kind, thats about it.The outside doesnt look like much, it apparently used to be a doctors office. The room I was in used to be a room for x-rays, so there are magnets in the wall (?) and the radio wont play in there / clocks cant be on the wall. Everything insid was decorated within a range of brown, which made it seem old and not really nice or relaxing. There was a large waiting area adjacent to the open salon room, then I was taken to a back room on my own for my mani/pedi appointment. In other Greenville salons Ive been to, that one-on-one interaction/attention made for a better experience, but here it felt off - I didnt get a sense of professionalism or that anyone was concerned about the experience of their customer from multiple aspects. I was unclear if my technician even used sterilized tools, like Ive seen unpackaged from other nail salons. Then theres the fact that my simple manicure nail polish honestly looks worse than if I had just done it myself. I pointed it out and she painted over them again, but as soon as I left the room they reverted back to being rough. There was also nothing there to assist in drying them - she let me go when it was dry to the touch but I had to just sit in my car with my hands at the vent to try to get the polish to dry enough that I could drive home.Overall it just felt like a mess. The building isnt nice, the atmosphere isnt nice, and after going I wish I hadnt. I certainly dont anticipate returning or recommending it to anyone else.

I don’t remember ever leaving a bad review on any service before… my name is Carol and my appointment was this past Saturday 2-16-19My daughter bought me a Mani-pedi for my birthday from Groupon, I was so excited to go I had not had a manicure or a pedicure for a very long time! The lady was nice, But her service was terrible!My pedicure, she didn’t touch the bottom of my feet she said they looked fine, They are still rough…my mani, she didn’t even put lotion on my hands or anything....that was not a manicure, all she did was clip the cuticles, file and paint them.My daughter even gave me $10 to tip her with, when she was finished he only reason why I gave her the $10 was because my daughter told me too!Maybe it was because I was a Groupon customer, I don’t know, but I won’t go back.

Very unprofessional! After 2 rescheduled appointments, Donna and I finally came up with a date and time we both were good with just for me to find out SHE GAVE MY APPOINTMENT AWAY. This is what happened: Yesterday, I get a text from her asking if an evening appointment would be better, I respond saying Id rather stick with the agreed AM appointment. SHE THEN SAYS SHE GAVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE! How does a professional business give your appointment time to someone else before asking if youre okay with the time they ASSUMED youd be good with. And then she had the nerve to say let me see if I can flip flop the appointments...so now the person who scheduled that day has priority over the massage I had scheduled for a week? NEVER will recommend Donna or Trilogy Spa to anyone. Got my refund and will never turn back.

I called to inquire about their groupon special for me and my friends birthday. Were birthday twins so we wanted to do something together. Well, contrary to groupon, they only have one person that honors the service, (owner stated they were supposed to change this but groupon hasnt). After I called that nail technician concerning her availability, I found out they had only one chair , which wouldnt work for us so I said ok, thank you. A few minutes later, I received a call back from the technician saying not only to get a refund of the groupon but to not call to schedule anything for them again since I had a problem with them having one chair, in an irate manner. Before they hung up, they also stated f***n D****k and then hung up.Thankfully, I called before buying a groupon, but dont worry, I will comply with their request.

Shocked to see someone doesnt know the difference between massage and reiki. That being said, i have had both with Donna. She hrlped me through a broken humerus and showed me ways to lie for some pain relief. I refer all my friends to her. Yes, shes THAT good. Love the whole place. Professional and friendly.

I went to see Donna for a Reiki session. She was absolutely amazing and spot on with many things that there are no possible way she could have known or found out about me except through her Reiki skills and by reading my Chakras. I was extremely impressed by her knowledge, skill and willingness to take as much time as I needed to discuss and understand what she has seen and felt during the session. I will definitely be back.

The worst massage session I have ever experienced.. purchased off of Groupon which said a 1 hr reiki massage treatment with Donna Got there 10 min early to fill out paperwork. I learned what reiki was and just lay there to have her just waving her arms around over my body.. did not feel any different at all. Obviously a bogus service .. i told her this .. after about 30 min of laying there feeling stupid she said we were done and she tried to tell me a bunch of nonsense about my energy. I asked her if it had been an hr and she told me yes. It had been about 38 minutes.. I do not recommend booking with her.. save your time and money
