I met with Stephanie today and she took excellent care of me. She explained the entire cpap process and shared her recommendations with me. I am excited to work with her and would recommend anyone call her and schedule a consultation.

Horrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone scheduled a time for pick up. After waiting thirty minutes we called and was told well we never schedule exact times. Umm, yes you did. If you would have said to begin with a timeframe of an hour, then we would have known. She could have cared less. Don’t waste your time with this company. If they don’t care about how they do service, then what if your loved one had an issue with medical equipment? Find a reliable company. I see where owner responds sometimes, don’t bother. Spend your time training your administrative people.

If you want the best info, attention, and quality care this is the place to go! All the things I was not told by my ‘insurance approved’ C-Pap provider, I was made fully aware of by Carolina Homecare. I only wish I started with them; but thankful I found them! Stephanie went over things I should have been told in the beginning. She REALLY cares about what she does and takes the time to listen and help. She also has many years experience in the field of medical equipment, especially C-Pap machines and supplies. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants professional and knowledgeable people to assist you with any medical needs.

I met Stephanie Turner at a Better Breathers lunch and took her info. I went to see her about a C-PAP machine. I recently had a sleep study done. I was not looking forward to using c-pap again. Ive had horrible experience with them. Stephanie is a very very smart person. She pays attention to the details. That is how you become great at anything you do. She has a recliner in her office. You get in it and recline back to simulate laying down. GENIUS!! She fits you with a variety of masks until one that feels good on you. Then she has a machine for you to try. She has more than one to make the c-pap experience as comfortable as it can be. I have always had a very hard time falling asleep with them. Then have the urge to smash it during the night. I had a mask from the sleep study that was good. Then I bought a machine from her. I have been sleeping through the night ever since that day!! If you told me I would, I would have called you Pinocchio!! Stop Lying!! If you need a C-PAP and/or supplies for one, do yourself a favor and go see Stephanie at Carolina Home Care!! NOW!! She will get you set for a good night sleep again!!I give 10 Stars and 2 Thumbs Way Up!!

I recently moved from NC and brought with me a prescription for a bipap machine. After searching the Internet for where to go near my new home, I was getting discouraged with reading poor reviews and phone calls not being answered. I finally found the listing for Carolina Homecare and was happy to see such good ratings. Let me assure anyone reading this that the good ratings are not fluff. From speaking to Stephanie several times on the phone and going to the store, I feel confident I made the right decision in doing business here. She explained insurance in detail, went over exactly what to do with my equipment, then patiently answered questions after Id been using the machine. She doesnt just gloss over issues with simple answers, but does a thorough explanation so you understand. It makes me feel like she/they really care about how you are doing!

After having terrible experiences with other home health care companies, I am so pleased with Carolina Homecare. They answer phone calls promptly, keep me informed of my insurance coverage, and answer all my questions. Stephanie was awesome helping me get set up with all my CPAP needs and she continues to be a great resource and help. I highly recommend this company.

Spoiler alert: We did not use the services from this company in the end--because travel plans were canceled. However, the initial customer service and friendliness was so genuine (Dee, who helped me over the phone, went above and beyond helping me procure a wheelchair and make it convenient to get that wheelchair) that I would take a trip JUST to use their equipment! In the end using this company would have been easy, convenient and very affordable to rent a wheelchair.

I wish there was a rating for ZERO stars. Horrible customer service. I have a prescription for an oxygen tank that is to be used for ozone therapy that a doctor prescribed me and because the woman I spoke with has zero knowledge on ozone therapy she point blank told me that she refuses to fill that for me. This is equivalent to walking into a pharmacy and asking for the pharmacist to fill your prescription for an antibiotic and because they don’t understand the need for it, they deny it. The employees should do some research and educate themselves because not only are they rude but clearly uneducated as well. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was visiting my brother in Mauldin when preparing for bed I discovered that I was missing a small but necessary part of my cpap mask. I live 3 hours away in North Carolina. After a not so restful night, I began an internet search for help. After several fruitless attempts, I reached Carolina Homecare Medical Equipment and was directed to Nancy. A few hours after my initial call Nancy called me back and told me she had located the part I needed. I was able to secure the part at a reasonable price and enjoy a then restful visit with my brother. It is so reassuring to find a company with personnel who are willing to go out of their way to assist a stranger in need. Thank you and God bless you.

Purchased a new CPAP and CPAP sanitizer from Carolina Homecare. Wonderful experience, very helpful and friendly staff to work with. Stephanie was especially helpful in making sure that I had the right equipment.

I was desperate to get a CPAP machine after mine was stolen while on vacation. Please know that you do need a prescription to get a CPAP machine, so if yours is stolen, the first thing you need to do is get a prescription. I was able to get a prescription from my sleep disorder doctor, however, the doctors office was unable to sell me a CPAP machine, even though I was willing to pay out of pocket. They told me it would probably be a week before I could get one. Out of desperation I went to Carolina Homecare and they were able to get me the CPAP machine that I needed in about an hour. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about CPAP machines and overall the process to get the CPAP at Carolina Homecare was very easy and pleasant. I dont know why the doctors office makes it so difficult to get a CPAP quickly, but they do. If you are ever in this type of situation, Carolina Homecare is the place to go for quick CPAP service. What a great find! A family member fell and broken a bone in her back, making getting up and down from the bed very difficult and painful. I found Carolina Homecare online, emailed a request around midnight for info about a couple of different bed rails to install between box spring and mattress. Got a personal reply by 9 am! Dee was wonderful- reserved the rails in my name, and we stopped in after the doctors office on our way home and picked up just what we needed in less than 5 minutes. We really appreciated this as the doctors visit had worn us all out!In a time when you often feel theres no personal touch in customer service, Dees cheerfulness and efficiency made a difficult day brighter and solved a much-needed mobility problem! I highly recommend Carolina Homecare Medical Equipment Center for any and all medical equipment needs👍
