Very pleasant Company, Very caring they have really been great to our Mom

Compassionate Hands is a great place of business to work for. The atmosphere is calming and the staff is welcoming with their respect and understanding of clients need. Overall, the services rendered is satisfactory.

I would not refer any one to this company. We were using them for our Mom/dad..grandparents.. they were left ALONE many times -no calls to let the family know ! No shows seem to be the game here.Management was poor as well. The patients to be cared for are in their 80s one is mostly bed ridden and one is legally blind. Would never allow this company to work with our family again. Several complaints were made to management to try to work out the issues but we do not believe they even care. Compassionate hands simply is not a good name for this company.
