These people are not to be trusted. Their nurse turned us in to Adult Protective Services because I want to keep my mom at home. I’ve been her caregiver for 21 years. I give her meds in the morning and at night. These people don’t respect your privacy or your rights. Now we’ve got a whole new set of problems courtesy of this agency. You get some unelected bureaucrat with control issues that gets to meddle in your life.

This home health company is deplorable. The unorganized office staff is at the top of the list. The Office manager Megan is very uncooperative, inexperienced and has no clue what she is doing. When patients ask for services she has been known to say no absolutely no and even go as far as to cuss at them. The inconsistency of nurses and lack of continuity of care of the nurses that see patients is inexcusable and should not be tolerated. They fail as a home health service in every way possible. DO NOT choose this home health care as a provider.
