My Mother is 73 years old. I do not know what kind of people they hire. I do know since June my Mother has been through six aides. They work Mon, Thursday and Friday 9am till 1pm and it kills them because they are lazy, and with a company that allows them to be! Within a week or two they do not show up again with no reason or phone call telling the patient this, they dont have gas for her appts that she has to keep rescheduling them for their convenience. If these people they hire are professionals, they sure do not act like it! We are constantly calling to find out where the aide is, and Its always theyll send someone else out but to no prevail. The Company itself makes excuses for their employers and lies to the patients that depend on these aides! They are very unprofessional and wouldnt want them to take care of my DOG!!! They are the sorriest, uncaring, deceitful people weve have ever dealt with, and should be SHUT DOWN! Taking tax payers dollars to pay their employees they cover and lie for is un called for and its very ridiculous to those who pay taxes for a place like this for care of their elderly parents! I rated a one star because there is no 0 star because that is what they would have got. I do not recommend anyone having this place for their elderly parents AT ALL!

This place needs to be shut down. My PCA has not been paid since she started. I have to give her money out of my own pocket just to get her to keep helping me. The owner is a ghetto uneducated cna. There is no one working there with a bit of healthcare knowledge. Every time I call I get the run around. And every time I call there is someone new in the office. The turn around is worse than anything in this world. A female Nurse came out months ago named Chrissy I think who was very uneducated and wearing dirty scrubs. She smelled. I have recently talked to a male staff member who was beyond caring and eager on the phone. I hope I they can retain him. He is the only one that seems to have knowledge or professionalism.

I would advise as many people as possible not to work for this agency, as they will not pay you accordingly. Ive been owed a full hour shift for 2 months & have yet to have been paid. So if you want to be paid for your work then DO NOT WORK FOR THEM......

I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. The owner is condescending and unprofessional. I have never worked in an environment where you are not trained and expect to know the policy of the office from day 1.
