I am pleased with the services of SILVERcare. Communication is timely with good followup of concerns. I am pleased with the professionalism of the caregivers including initiative, dependability, interpersonal skills and compassion.

10/10 would not recommend SILVERcare for homecare nursing service for seniors care living alone in the Pitt County/Greenville area. After one visit the nurse refused to return to my family member’s home because she thought it smelled. I wish she had had a little more compassion and stopped to think that maybe there was a smell because my family member was struggling to care for himself and his home because of failing health and needing some help that they were paid to provide.Also personally as a registered nurse I can say that refusing to care for a pt because of bad smells is NOT part of the oath we take. VERY disappointed and would not recommend.

Ive worked with clients under the agency of Heritage Home Health Care out of Tarboro, NC at 119 E. St. James Street for approximately 4 years. Ive also worked with Action Health Staffing on 214 E. Arlington Blvd. Greenville, NC and also At Cedar Grove Rest Home Snow, Hill NC. Im actually going to school at Pitt Community College to earn an Associate Degree in Human Services. My work recently have been in assisting daily living serving as a Cook for the residents and a Dietary Aide at present for the last 3 years.

Not thrilled with the trainning of there sitters or CNAs. To many it seems are being hired off the street with no training. They do not know how to empty catheters or how to do anything medicail. At least the sitters do not. Dang one employee was sent and they had not even done any new hire paperwork.
