Dr. Rogers is amazing. She definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty. She, Gail, and the rest of her staff are Healthcare Heros. They care about the whole patient and their family. So thankful a great friend told us about her.

I’ve had nothing but negative experiences with SMEG and I’ve only been seen once. The front desk staff, particularly Tamika, is very rude. When I called to inquire about services, she told me I should try to stick it out at my precious psychiatric provider (although I explained why I was switching) and refused to give me an appointment at SMEG until I called multiple times and kept asking. Then, when I asked to switch providers and see Dr. Rodgers, she questioned me as if I didn’t even need to be seen and asked how I even know Dr. Rodgers. I’m not sure if she’s not used to patients being in charge of their own health or if she thinks it should be impossible for new patients to be seen without passing her tests to determine if they really need help, but she is way out of line and makes the entire experience of being at SMEG terrible.

Dr. Rogers & Ms. Gail are truly the greatest! SMEG is not your typical doctor’s office which makes it great! Dr. Rogers has seen me at my absolute lowest & honestly without her there is no way I would be where I am today! I am so thankful to have a mental health provider who knows me just as good (if not better) than I know myself! Dr. Rogers & Ms. Gail both are 2 of the most understanding & patient medical professionals I have ever had! I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rogers & Ms. Gail & SMEG!

Wonderful Doctor she has helped both my children and she is constantly reading and staying up to date on new methods for helping patients. She always is prepared and has several options of treatments to choose when deciding on a plan for her patients. I would recommend Doctor Rogers to everyone wanting a complete and caring treatment plan.

I love this office and the team that supports my mental health there.Sweet Miss Tamika- runs the front end of the office like a CHAMP and with a smile!!Leslie Sexton, PA- takes time to listen to whats going on and develop a comfortable rapport with patients before suggesting options. She has a way of addressing mental and physical health concerns that isnt overbearing or chastising. SHE IS A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL with real compassion for people who need her help.Karen-well----going to see Karen is like visiting with a best friend, only her comments are backed by more knowledge that you can imagine. I can fume, cry, whine, celebrate, smile, laugh, and cry some more...then leave with a plan for the next step!PS: Ive heard there are other awesome people there too!

I have been seeing Dr. Jamie Rogers since 2011. She is an excellent practitioner who is invested and committed to her clients. She constantly seeks new knowledge and practices related to cognitive health. She is earnest and genuine.

The PA was extremely rude. Made several comments about my being over weight in a snide way and talked to me like I was a child. Extremely dissatisfied with the professionalism here with the PA. Receptionist however, is extremely polite and pleasant to work with.

The staff is amazing and Ms. Karen is wonderful! They have snacks in the waiting room and books and paper with crayons to keep kids entertained!

Office is always well kept and staff very friendly and accommodating.
