Humana offered a service with a company called Heal, that was supposed to provide a home health exam. Sounded interesting, so I thought I would try it.I have now had 2 appointments scheduled with Heal that have not worked out. The first one was scheduled for the 12-2 slot. I then got a message that the doctor was running late and asking if I could change to the 2-4 slot. I told the agent I could, if I could see the doctor closer to 2:00 because I have a 5:00 appointment. By 4:30, the doctor had not shown up so I had to cancel and reschedule for today.Again, today I was scheduled for the 12-2 slot and again I got a call saying the doctor is running late and can I change to the 2-4 slot. Today I could not, I have a 2:30 appointment. The other times available this week would not work for me.I am so frustrated with this lack of service and on-time commitment, that I told the agent to take me off the list and I never would use Heal. I am in severe pain and have been looking forward to seeing the provider. I have not been able to schedule an appointment with a new primary care doctor until November. I am extremely disappointed with Heal and will be letting everyone and anyone I know that you are unreliable and to not sign up.You have got to do better than this!
