Violations!!!! No star NOT EVEN 1 star!!! As the nearest next of kin I was refused to visit with my relative despite this being a MEDICARE REGULATION VIOLATION, for which I will be reporting this to the OMBUDSMAN. The Administrator, Jason Vaughn (sp?), personally turned me away on May, 18. 2021. Then when I requested (as the Federal law allows) a copy of the facilitys Visitation Policies I was denied that by Cheryl who rudely told me If I knew it was you I would have hung up on you!. Not before telling me Jason Vaughn was busy and could not take my call nor his assistant either who was in a meeting! My brother wants out now!!! When he gets out I will update this review and release the truly shocking things they did to him!!!

I would not recommend sending your loved ones to this place. The office staff as well as all nursing employees are very rude and unprofessional. I’ve had nothing but issues with this place since my grandmother has been there. No visits and I totally understand that due to the pandemic but it’s real bad when you can’t even get a phone call through to your loved one. I would rate this place with 0 stars and not even a thought of one. This place is terribly ran.

Greenville Health & Rehab has a phenomenal team that provides top notch care! I highly recommend them to care for your loved one!!

My sister is on hospice care at this facility.. She has been treated with great lovin care and much dignity. They have also been very caring and helpful to her family.

I have recently had family who lived at this facility. It is decent at best. Client services are subpar; the staff seem to be apathetic to their residents. I would not allow for a loved one to live here. Consider other options in the area.

Last evening we arrived at the facility after a drive from Junction City/Fort Riley, Kansas. We visited with our cousin and staff for two hours. It was a joyous visit! Greenville Health and Rehab...The best kept secret in Greenville, Texas!

There are not enough words that I can say to describe the care that my Mom received while she was at Greenville nursing home and rehab! The entire staff was friendly, caringand devoted to the care my Mom! I do not think she couldve had a better doctor or nursing team than what she had there

The therapy team is outstanding! They truely go above and beyond to care for the residents.

Worst place in the world... they dont care about their patients what so ever.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD!Greenville Health and Rehab is absolutely pathetic in the way they treat their patients. An elderly patients colostomy bag bursts and the employees are putting it off on echother on who will clean her... And then to say their whole bed doesnt need to be changed?! Sick! They werent giving my grandmother the pain medication that was listed on her discharge papers. The bathroom door had old dried blood on it, and the bed table had not been cleaned in a while. They spilled my grandmothers roommates urine on the floor and only wiped it up with paper towels. When urine spilled in the bathroom, they mopped it up and left towels all over the floor. My grandma will NEVER be going back there!
