Chelsea has a great knowledge on physical health. How to correctly lift weights and move your body so there is no injuries. Shes got a great personality and loves to help people reach their goals!

Great Experience Downtown. The trainers are excellent and always willing to help with technique. The gym has everything needed for a full body workout without the clutter of a bunch of machines. The atmosphere is friendly and non judgmental with a range of skill levels working together and around each other. The workouts have been challenging and can be modified for weaknesses or injuries.

Great, helpful and knowledgeable staff- they know their stuff! Very different than your regular gym. Its the best place to train in Greenville hands down! Not an intimidating gym either. All levels are welcome, they have group classes and one-on-one training. They are accommodating to any type of training and fitness.

Very professional staff. My trainer there has been a big part of my weight loss/getting healthy journey which started last year. She witnessed me loosing 118 lbs thanks to her training techniques. Im being pushed a little more now which is a good thing. Also, very clean facility, easy parking.

This is an air-conditioned Fitness Studio on Main Street specializing in personal fitness, wellness, and sports performance. Pete and Chelsi are available to coach and lead you toward your fitness and performance goals! Fitness and yoga classes are available. They also offer personal training for individuals and teams.

Pete and chelsi are amazing. Proper mechanics of lifting was a key component of me choosing a gym and UPP has proven that to be their foundation. The UPP principles and structured workouts have changed how I move anaerobically and aerobically. They know their stuff. Also competitive pricing for sure.

Wonderful workout environment. UPP is a fantastic gym with trainers that take the time to get to know their clients. If youre tired of working out the same muscle groups, the same way, every day then UPP is what youve been looking for. And if that isnt enough stop by and say hi to Sadie (dog), shes always up to make new friends.

This is the by far the best gym I have ever joined. It has all the amenities that I need for a great workout, plus an excellent management team and staff that is accessible, knowledgable and friendly. I joined in October of 2016. In the short time, Ive gotten into the best shape of my life. The best part is that this gym has the personal interactions like CrossFit or OrangeTheory that keep you going, but it feels like youre a member of a community rather than a cult.

Great space with various equipment to get in a challenging workout. Owners/trainers Pete and Chelsi are friendly, motivating, and encouraging. I have done personal training with Chelsi and have taken Petes Weightlifting 101 class. Pete and Chelsi are instructional and emphasize form and proper movement to help you improve and avoid injury. Tastey healthy meals are available on-site for purchase if you need a quick mea. Highly recommend.
