This gym has a good atmosphere - lots of machines and weights! decently clean (could be better with floors & cleaning the mirrors). The reason I’m giving 4 stars because often times no body re-racks their weights (leaving 305 on the squat rack or deadlift), and this is my biggest pet peeve of a gym.

After Golds Gym in Cherrydale closed permanently, I determined to find a new gym home that was 24/7 and fully equipped! A friend of mine from Golds told me about Catalyst and I immediately scheduled a visit. Bobo (awesome guy, btw!!) gave me a tour and I was impressed with the atmosphere and the relatively new equipment! He told me to contact Charles if I wanted to join and I immediately did so! I even got my chiropractor on board (he too was displaced with Golds closing)! I love the 24/7, 365 code access! I work long hours so I love the convenience of coming late at night or very early in the morning! This place is awesome!!!👍👍👍

Catalyst is always clean, the trainers are wiping down equipment between clients, the music is great. It’s a nice atmosphere:)

This gym has a good variety of weights and machines. It has high energy with the music and lighting. If you want a good training session go here! They keep it clean as well.

Had the honor to install the TVs, service, and video surveillance system at Catalyst Gym. Catalyst has a large selection of equipment and weights. Gym is 24hr, well-kept and clean. The owners, Jake and Charles are good people!

This gym is one of Greenvilles best kept secrets. It is very clean, all the equipment is in great working order and the trainers are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend a membership there! One of the best decisions my significant other and I made was to join Catalyst!

Pretty good gym. Private. Not many members so you don’t have to wait on machines. You can play your own music on the speaker.Con - not much space for stretch, yoga mats, etc.

Very clean gym and not intimidating. The big plus for me is that its a 24hr gym.

Beware, if you decide to cancel your membership be prepared for a struggle. I asked two weeks before the next month payment was due to cancel my membership and sure enough the next months membership was taken out! They do not get back with you right away when asking to cancel your membership!!

Super basic gym, clean, good equipment

This place is great! Its gotten busier than it used to be but thats because its a great gym that people want to go to. Im anti-social so I dont know the trainers or anyone but the facilities are great, there are remotes for the TVs laying around and they have a bluetooth boombox for the trainers to play their own music, which is generally very good and (I think) Bobos disco mixes are great. The only thing I would say is that people need to get better at re-racking the plates when they are done but that is like the only problem with this gym.
