Our appointment was very punctual. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Dr.Pollard is extremely kind and explains things to her patients in a manner that they can understand. She is very attentive and listens carefully to her patients in order to meet their needs! The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

Im sorry I dont know her last name) was AMAZING! My daughter had a very traumatic experience in the past and fears getting blood drawn. Holly took her blood before my daughters fear could even set it. She spoke with her and engaged her in steady conversations to distract her which was exactly what was needed! She has no idea how thankful I am for the caring she showed my daughter! She is an absolute gem and I hope this reaches her superiors!

I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Pollard! I’m glad I found a doctor who pays attention to my concerns. I especially liked that Dr. Pollard was very thorough. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She wanted me to have bloodwork done. When she saw in my chart that I was self pay, she printed out the orders and gave me the info for two locations that can do the bloodwork at a lower cost. She went above and beyond! She didn’t have to inform me of the other locations. She could have easily ordered it in office and I would have been stuck paying a lot more out of pocket. Everyone at the office was great! I’m very happy with my experience and I look forward to building a relationship with a doctor who truly cares for her patients. I haven’t had medical insurance for a few years. It was great to not feel like a paycheck. If you’re looking for a doctor who shows true concern for her patients, you won’t go wrong with Dr. Pollard and her staff!!

Dr Pollard is one of the best doctors I have had. Her knowledge and attentiveness are superb. She recognized a cardiac issue, referred me to a Cardiologist and within a week I was having an angiogram which detected 2 severe blockages. I was destined for a heart attack. This was obviously avoided by her quick diagnosis I am and will be eternally grateful. What an asset to the practice.

My doctor listens, evaluates and reacts in a professional and compassionate way. She takes time and is very thorough. I also appreciated the cleanliness and following of protocol in the office and waiting room areas.

Accommodated my schedule and completed labs while I was already on site for appointment.

Everything went very smoothly. The office got me seen first thing in the morning. I was on my way quickly.

I was in and out of there within an hour and had a thorough hands-on examination, hormone work up, thorough review of my previous lab work, pap smear, and helpful education on diet and exercise. Dr. Pollard was everything I was hoping for in a primary care physician. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a solid doctor to partner with.
