Lab explained in detail even a double check before Prescription was giving.... I felt very much cared for when Wallace decided to do a double check. My Prior authorization was done and noted to Protect my life.I felt over all like I Was appreciated and treated like family.

The doctor provided the treatment for my condition in a manner that reduced pain from the treatment. This was a better experience than the last treatment I recieved from an Orthopedic of a like treatment.

The check in lady was wonderful. The check out process was so simple! I was in and out in my lunch break! The nurse that met with me before the doctor was very attentive. Dr. Wallace made sure that I understood everything before I walked out the door.

Able to stay in car until ready for us. Check in online. Doctor spent considerable time with us and presented a calming, open atmosphere. He seemed concerned for us and listened to our concerns. He answered all our concerns frankly.
