I love Dr. Faile - he is always honest about what he is thinking, what medications he feels you should or should not take and gives you room to make decisions for yourself. I live in Spartanburg County now and still drive 45 minutes from my home just to see him. I cannot imagine anyone else as my PCP.

Dr Faile has given my grandmother TERRIBLE care over the years, most recently administering a pneumonia vaccine the day after my grandfather passed away. Not only is a vaccine a **terrible ** idea during a time of the kind of stress she was already under, she had already had a poor reaction to a previous vaccine (her Td booster). Needless to say, she began to have a reaction within hours.My grandmother has never been at risk for pneumonia. It is July. There was no reason to administer this vaccine at this time especially when adverse reactions are a well-documented risk to the elderly.So unimpressed with this doctor.
