Had an allergic reaction a wasp sting..I am highly allergic to sulfur. If it had not been for Walgreens, it would have not been good for me. Turns out someone spelt Sulfar wrong..its inexcusable..it was clearly marked on my paper work.That kind of mistake could have cost me my life..

Doctor did not care about my issue and did not help. All she did did was give me a perscription I did not need that did not help me and rush me out the door.

I had experience of nothing but rudeness with this facility and Im honestly surprised that they even get customers. The front desk and nurse told me false information and and fought with me on this information. I do not recommend this facility as if Im coming in upon rudeness. The young woman who saw a family member on 4/15/21 let her know she had 20 other patients waiting and left my family member in tears by the end of the visit. Lady, you need to leave medicine. What a disgrace.

Checked in and was promptly taken care of by awesome Elizabeth PA-c, Carmen and Ambria. They are the best. Steroid shot really helped and already have first physical therepy appointment! Thank you guys so much! I might have left out Stephanie the awesome x-ray tech. Thanks again!

I want to first inform you that this is the first time Ive ever written an employee complaint. My name is Thomas jones. Im currently a patient at your health care facility, Doctors Care Bereau, located at 6704 Whitehorse Road Greenville, SC 29611. I severely injured my back recently at work, and had to visit your facility today on, March 3, 2020. The employee I was assigned to was Kathleen Mitchell. Im assuming today was one of her worst days. Its the only reason that would explain Ms. Mitchell: saying, You like Youre big and strong youll be okay, or her cutting me and walking AWAY when ever it was my chance to respond, or her telling me Ill be okay carrying weight even after informing her my own body weight is enough pain now, or her saying she wasnt going to keep me out of work for a little back pain. I understand that were human an bad days happen, but Ive never experienced so much disrespect and unprofessionalism from someone, especially in her line of work. Im a working father of a big family, who solely depend on my income & who depends on my back to work, and it isnt. Ms. Mitchell didnt understood that shes letting her day affect my life, I still remained respectful. I say that to say I was having a bad day too, but I treat people with respect because I never know what theyre going through. If you could have someone contact me, I want to make sure that decisions with this much power, and importance are decided by honest people. Thank you for your time. When I went into this urgent care they kept bringing up covid, which is understandable during these times but even after I told them I have not been exposed to anyone with covid and I do not have covid they still kept bringing up the fact that they dont do covid tests there. I didnt come in for a covid test, I explained that to them after they told me they didnt do first time. The doctor misdiagnosed me and then gave me the wrong medication. I was told I just had allergies when I had a sinus infection. Over all my experience was not good, the receptionist was bored and low-key rude, the doctor that came in to diagnose me was dismissive but somewhat nice, and the only person who gave me good service was the lady who took my vitals. Its understandable to be cautious of covid but it isnt an excuse to neglect the people that come in seeking your help👎🏽.

Waited 1.5 hours for a simple 5min pre employment drug test. The receptionist was rude and not costumer friendly at all. The 2 stars are only for the person who took the test, she apologized and was friendly and costumer oriented. The rest of this place deserves 0Stars. Not my first time there always got good, fast service but they changed allot in the wrong direction!

This is not a plush office, but the staff was rich in empathy, and care was A+ — even though I waltzed in near closing on a rainy dark evening. Instead of having to trek to a crowded ER filled with COVID-19 and flu patients or wait until the next day, I was assessed quickly, had blood work done, and was put on a regime of antibiotics immediately. Having just had a total knee replacement, this precaution may have deterred a serious post-surgery complication. And, it most certainly gave me peace of mind. I’ll be following up with my GP and Ortho surgeon, but thank you, Kathleen Mitchell, PA-C and your team for standing in the gap! You are a credit to your profession. Gratefully, S. Woodard

Went in today for a COVID test for my 21 month old, very rude staff and the female doctor was very unprofessional. She was very rude in the way she talked and explained things with me. The test was ran rapid . I did not appreciate the way I was treated and will not be back. Heather Murray

Ridiculous long wait just to get a prescription for the pharmacy. If your looking for a timely manner visit, dont visit this doctors care.

This place is horrible, I would recommend going some place else. The PA not a doctor was not thorough, slack, rude, and did not listen. When I tried to explain my daughters allergies to the same medication she wanted to prescribe she insisted on giving her that medication. I had to shut her down and made her give me something different. She was very nasty and spoke with a sarcastic tone as though she was better than the people who come to that office. I really hate that place and only went there because of my daughter sever sinus infection. I know why Ive never gone back and dont plan on it. I ha ve insurance and work hard every day, I as well as others dont deserve that from anyone. Wish I had taken the drive across town but next time Iwill. negative 5 stars

Total bs. My four year old son is sick and needs to be seen and there is nothing on the internet of them requiring mask at visit and they told us we couldn’t be seen unless we had mask on. I asked if they had masks we can get and they said we don’t do that and I said I can’t afford the price of mask and my bills since I lost my job to the covid 19 issue. They said they don’t care. I am now going to talk to a lawyer cause they refused medical treatment of a child and they are a public medical center. So now if my son worsens or catches covid 19 cause now we have to go to the er. It is on the rude and unprofessional staff at this place. They treated us so bad they all need to be fired and hire a new staff

If you are truly sick DO NOT visit this office. My Grandmother was here 3 days ago, was misdiagnosed and is currently admitted to the hospital. Prescriptions were initially never sent, i was told by staff they were sent to the wrong pharmacy, although that pharmacy never received the script. I called and spoke with someone 3 times before receiving them 8 hours after her visit. Asked for a number to complain & was told a message would be forwarded to the office manager. Still havent received a call! Im only rating 1 star because anything less wasnt an option. Disappointed and livid are understatement for the way I feel about this place!!!!

Apparently, you dont have to be a licensed doctor to give medical advice anymore. In all my years of being in the medical field, I have never heard of a medical assistant at the front desk of a urgent care clinic or any other medical facility be able to advise a patient what they should do without seeing a doctor. Patients come to medical facilities to see doctors to diagnosis them not be turned away by a medical assistants. This place use to be an upstanding medical clinic, but now with people like this working there I see a lot of lawsuits in the future.I would not have even put 1 star but had to in order to write this post.

Ive had many bad experiences with doctors care/urgent care type places over the years, and was reluctant to go to this particular office after reading the poor reviews. I am very glad I went, however, as it was one of the best doctors offices Ive been to! I arrived at 8 when they opened, there were three people in front of me, and I was seen within 10 minutes. The waiting room was clean and well lit, as were the restrooms. The staff was incredibly friendly: the people up front, the Dr, the nurses, everyone who talked to me! They were friendly, kind, patient, gentle-yet-efficient with blood draws, explained everything thoroughly, and repeatedly made sure all my questions were answered. I was so surprised and really satisfied by the experience. I paid out of pocket for my tests and saved at least 60%, so if you can afford to, I strongly recommend it! The Dr. took me seriously and didnt disregard any of my symptoms or concerns. The tests I needed were done right away, I got immediate results on the in house tests, and the rest will take a few days, but the Dr. is all set to give me an immediate referral if necessary. Im very glad I went to this office, despite the bad reviews a few people gave, it was as good an experience as one can get at a doctors office.My *only* complaint (and the doctor kept complaining too, but the girls up front said they couldnt fix it,) was that it was FREEZING once I got back to the exam room. 85 degrees outside and the office was like an icebox. They left the door open for me to attempt to circulate the air a bit, but it didnt help. So if you do go, take a sweater!

I was really pleased with my experience with Dr Care Hearing Service.Tom Chiarello was thorough and knowledgeable about his product. I highly recommend getting your hearing aid from him. I also save a great deal of money and got a superior hearing aid.

Pathetic!!! When I arrived I was the only person in the waiting. I was taken back to a room relatively quickly. However, after waiting for the doctor for nearly an hour I finally had to leave so I could get back to work. There is obviously little concern for seeing a patient in a somewhat timely manner.

The first time I went there at 2 pm through the week, I recieved excellent service and care. I went there yesterday at 4:20 and I asked the lady at the front desk if they had time to see my 8 year old grandson because he had started running a fever and had abdominal pain. The lady at the desk completed the singn in information quickly. As soon as we were finished a rude nurse came out for us (there were no other patients there) and told him to get on the scale and looked at me and said do you realize we are about to close. I told her I asked when I got there if there was time for him to be seen and the lady said yes because they were not busy. She told me I should have came in earlier. She was not empathetic at all and upset because he was crying. She then put us in a room. Two minutes later the doctor walked in and told me to take him to the Pediatric ER. Never touched him and that was it. The weekend staff is pathetic. I will never go back there on the weekend. If they dont want to work on Saturday then they need to go to work elsewhere and not take it out on patients especially a child! If you go there dont go on Saturday!

I have never in my life dealt with a worse set of doctors. My son was seen twice by these doctors, both times taken by his father, whom of which withholds information from me about these visits so I wanted to speak with a doctor both times to go over diagnosis and treatment. both times the doctors refused to call me back even though I am listed to get information. (I have full legal custody). I was told both times the doctors are too busy to call anyone back so I am left with a sick child with no information. this is completely unacceptable.I was finally faxed his records (after 2 weeks of requesting this information and finally threatening legal action) and with the last visit, all tests came back negative, all signs point to a healthy 5 year old child with no diagnosis and he was still given a steroid. so of course I have questions of why he was given this and why a doctor would draw blood for what was listed as a visit for a cough and I cant get a doctor to call me back to get answers. never ever will I allow my child to be seen by these people. and the sad thing about it, is when i told them that if they ever see my child that we would have legal issues, they didnt even care, they wouldnt even put it in his record to not see him anymore. hopefully for their sake, they listen.

I typically try to avoid Urgent Care facilities if at all possible b/c I have found them to be unfriendly and unaccommodating until now. Double ear infections on a Saturday left me no choice. I could not be more pleased with the care I was provided last Saturday. Not only was the office staff friendly, the lobby was impeccably clean and Dr. Mitchell was approachable and informative. I even received a follow up call on my progress. I would highly recommend this facility.

This place is terrible and a waste of time and money ! They barely looked at me then misdiagnosed what I had going on , then I called to say the antibiotics aren’t working and can I speak to the doctor again. They’re response was , I can’t cause she’s at another location so I said can u tell me which location so I can call there . They said we can’t give that information out ! Then they said my only next step that I should do is go to the emergency room or come and be seen by a different doctor again . Pathetic! The wait there is terrible as well . I will never go back again . I had problems with them the first time I went , I should’ve never went backs I have never been treated so badly . This is a sad excuse for a doctors office

The doctor was very compassionate and genuinely cared about my husbands conditions and went above and beyond her duties to get him the care he needed.

Had a really good experience, after some doubt before going. I went online & set an appointment(which is a great feature & I love it) so I hopefully wouldnt have to sit in the waiting room, which is aggravating! But, to my surprise I was in the waiting room all of 20 mins.(paperwork, insurance, signing my life away...🙄) & 5 mins after paperwork I was being called back for vitals & then to a room. I only waited another 15 mins for a Dr. He was in the room all of another 15 mins. & I was headed out the door with a prescription being called in to my local pharmacy. My ear which I thought was an ear infection turned out to be allergies, but it hurt soooo badly so I was glad to get something for it. The nurse was SUPER nice, quick, & informative!! Ill be back when my own personal physician wont/cant see. Thanks Doctors Care on White Horse in Berea!! & Keep up the good work!😁

Asked for a Dr note for the day I was seen and they told me they could not give me a note for the day I was seen in the office because it appears I was feeling some what better never in my life have I ever heard such crap! I have gone here twice about the Same thing. The first time I went the doctor did not even stay in the room longer than 5 minutes! Well that was $125.00 down the toilet for nothing but antibiotics that he himself said if they dont work come back. Well a week after the antibiotics were finished I waited to see if everything was better or if they helped. Nope, a week latter the same thing started to happen. I went 2 weeks ago the doctors different one. Told me she would give me some test I did them never got a call. Or email from anything or nothing told to me. After atleast little over 2 months. Im still the same. This place really doesnt know what they are practicing. Sad thing is Ive paid 2 visits so that $250 adding the coast of the medicen. And now the lab test 141.! I could of used that money and have gone to a better Doctor where Im sure I wouldnt be dealing with the same. Im honestly even thinking about filing a complaint with the company. And even if I have to get a lawyer to get my stuff taken care of even my money back so I can go somewhere where they can actually help me. So I really would NOT! Recommend this place.

None of the problems cited in the negative reviews were there - people were respectful. This site does not take appointments at this time, so any problems with late appointments wont apply. Waiting room was clean and quiet, all good.But. I looked up primary care doctors thru my health insurance, was directed by Castlight to try this office. Filled out forms, waited an hour, and the first words out the doctors mouth? I understand you are new to town and looking for a new primary care doctor? This is not a doctors office with primary care physicians. It is Urgent Care only. What a waste of time and money!So If your health insurance or that dang Castlight directory (useless!) gives you any doctors at this address, disregard the entries and keep on looking. This is not the doctors office you are looking for.

I checked in online . I checked in when I got there . The screen said I was next in line. Well the black female at the desk was checking a young black male after me. Needless to say he got in to see the doctor before me.

I went at the end of the week of March 17 and was told I had a sinus infection, double ear infections and strep throat. They gave me a Zpak which has never helped me. I got sick again at the end of the next week and hoped she could just call in additional antibiotic. Ive called four (4) times now. Each time I was told I would get a return call from them. Im still waiting for that call as I sit at CVS Minute Clinic for hours. If Doctors Care wanted me to come in all they needed to do was to say so and now they arent open on Easter. Ive never been given such bad care anywhere nor been treated more like someone who just does no matter. They dont have real doctors anyway. They are supposedly PAs but I wouldnt bet on it.

I went to the Doctors Care on White Horse Road at 10 am on Saturday. I had checked on the internet to be sure that they would be open. It said that it would be open at 9 am on Saturdays. The door said that it opened at 9 am on Saturdays. It was closed, doors locked, no lights on, no cars in parking lot. Needless to say I was not pleased.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!! Mr. Chilli or whatever his name is (and I refuse to call him Doctor) is the worst representative for your company. I went in there with mouth pain and had been to another doctors care in Easley a couple of weeks prior for same issue as I am waiting to get into dentist since new patient. At Easley location they prescribed the miracle mouth wash that has helped with the pain. I live closer to the Berea location but would drive to Easley so I didnt have to see that man. He didnt even come within a foot of me to even look at my mouth and when I asked about getting mouth wash he had no clue what it was and repeatedly told me he knew nothing about the mouth and really couldnt help me. If I ever have to use your services again I will never go to the Berea location and will tell everyone else not to as well. This isnt the first time this man has not helped. I ended up hospitalized with the flu when I went to his office twice in a 3 day period and he misdiagnosed me and never checked for flu till I asked him and by that time I was so sick and had been 5 days straight vomitting and he still would not get within 3 ft. His bedside manner is the worst I have ever witnessed. I personally would hate to have someone like that representing my company especially in the healthcare field.

The doctors there have no bedside manner what so ever. They make you wait forever, then rush with you so they can stand out there and talk amongst themselves. Horrible.

We were there at 8am for a athlete physical. The dr did not show up till 8:52 to work. I guess the Dr. shows up when they want to.Also every where in the office it was stated $20 for physical and even online it also stated this. They told me the special went off today. The advertisement didnt have a date as to when the special ended. It just said limited time. Why still advertise if you arent charging that price.
