This ER was amazing! I would come here before I went to GHS! We had to bring our 11 year old son here and nurse Carrie was absolutely amazing at her job and as a person! It was hard to get a vein on my son to give him an IV but Carrie was gentle and informative. She is very caring, attentive, personable and down to earth. She definitely made the visit less stressful and smooth. Thank you so much St Francis ER staff and especially to Carrie!

Sometimes youre there 3hrs and sometimes its 8hrs. But overall the quality of care doesnt change. Staff is super friendly and caring. You receive the best care here. They make sure to due diligence (dot Is, cross Ts) to make sure that nothing is missed. Id highly recommend it.

My wife and I both went in for covid last Saturday and the staff at the ER were all awesome. They took great care of us, gave us some good meds, and we finally feel like we are on the mend. Thanks

Staff friendly. Wait times are not what they say they are posted on the boards in the rooms. Came in to get fluids. Got fluids and still been waiting here 4 hrs and no one has told me nothing. If you are dying, go to a different hospital!!!

They hurt me putting in the catheter, and then kept telling me they did nothing wrong. Even tho I kept telling them it hurt they kept making excuses. Its been over a month and my arm still hurts. Luckily my blood panels came back decent and my ekg was normal. But if someone says hey this hurts. Please listen lol it was discouraging.

I had to visit this emergency department twice in the last two weeks. Both experiences were phenomenal. Wait time was minimal and every staff member I interacted with seemed genuinely concerned for my health and wellbeing. I did not have to wait long for IV fluids or medication. The doctors were very knowledgeable and helpful, my nurse Susan was the best I have ever had. She did a fantastic job calming me down and took the time to stay in my room and talk to me about how I was feeling. I was offered warm blankets, cups of water, anything to make my stay a bit less uncomfortable. Hospital seemed very organized and clean. I will always choose this hospital for any emergency needs I may have.

The staff at Eastside location is rude and totally disrespectful. Nurses Beth and I believe the other to be Holly needs to be working behind the scenes with their non communication skills and needs to work on their integrity. Doing the right thing when no one else is looking. Thank God for the nurses on the 3rd floor.

Doctors are nice enough. The nurses are Ok, at best. Insufficient seating. I had the displeasure of being stuck next to some annoying, coddled 20 year old crying about mild stomach pains who thought she should take priority over all the other patients. There was a baby in the ER was more quiet than her. There was nowhere else to sit, so I was stuck. Improve your waiting area.

Went in after falling down the stairs and hurting my ankle. Was in bad pain to the point I was throwing up. Was treated like a opioid addict and while I’m the room the nurses were sitting right out my door talking saying I was milking my pain. Never felt so judged and attacked in my life. They literally did nothing for me and I owe $440 for them to say 2 words to me. I will never go back. To this day my ankle gives me problems and still sits crooked. Front desk was extremely rude. Do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like a pull addict.

We got here at 5pm Monday afternoon. My father has chronic copd. Doctors did get to work on him pretty quickly however the follow through was undeniably poor. We waiting the the er after being told he would be admitting it is now after 8 am and we are still in the er. The nurses have yet to check the monitor and beeping noise yet my daddy is the only monitor making noise. I truly regret bringing my dad here. We always get better care at GHS. I can honestly see why sick people walk out. It’s just horrible service.
