Tried calling the store. Whoever answers the phones, hung up on me twice. When I actually got someone, I had another question to ask but they hung up on me before I could ask. 10 minute wait time each time I called. Finally drove to the store. Was not too busy or short staffed. Not happy. Only reason I am giving it 2 starts versus 1 star, is the fact that the people on the inside were nice.

Pharmacist who was working today, 07/27/2021 at 10pm is rude! He conveniently had his name covered while talking to me. I was trying to get a medicine my doctor told me to get in addition to a prescription. I trust my doctor and her directions far more than this man! This isn’t the only Walgreens pharmacy I can use! Will not be returning! They apparently allow people to harass customers too! I couldn’t hardly leave without people begging for money or rides! I didn’t feel like going to the cops when it should be the store’s responsibility for this! Do better and re-evaluate the employees here! None of them seem to know anything!

It was nice but visiting the pharmacy takes a lot of time whether you go in to purchase medication or use the drive through. People must be getting sicker because this place stay busy when medication is needed. Man they stay too busy!

If I could give this place a 0 in efficiency and customer service I would. I had a prescription sent here for my son, only to be told it was out of stock. Three days later, the prescription STILL wasn’t ready even I called several times and was told it would be ready within an hour. I WILL NEVER get another prescription filled here ever again.

The wait time for the pharmacy is outrageous. They have one staff member working for in store pickup and drive-thru. This has been on multiple occasions not just today.

The 5 stars is for the FEMALE PHARMACIST ONLY!! The Make Pharmacist is Rude, aggressive and seems to Hate his job! However,…No matter How busy they are, the Female pharmacist is Always polite and helpful!

THEY ARE THE WORST !! They are slow and it’s pathetic how the drive thru like wraps around the building. It’s just ridiculous! Also the inside line be long too, goes all down the isle. It’ll take me close to 2 hours to get my medicine from here and usually they have 1 person working. All these employees they have back there but it’s only one. Go to another store!

The pharmacy is absolutely unorganized. I have been called up four times,waiting in line twice, and waited four hours for a perscription to be filled from the ER. I qould of been better off traveling an hour away to the next Walgreens to have my child perscription filled.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would! Christina the pharmacist has horrible customer service skills and should probably reconsider her career choice. Minutes after witnessing her stand in the aisle helping another customer, she told me to “pick up something natural off that aisle right there”. I specially drove 20 minutes across town at 10:30 at night to talk to a pharmacist.This lack of service is why I moved my monthly prescriptions to a fabulous pharmacy, where the pharmacists are always (so far, 6 months in) so helpful!Save yourself some money and frustration, don’t shop Walgreens!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was on hold twice of a prescriptions status and the Pharmacy refused to pick up the phone. Was on hold the first time over 30 min and when i called back and tried again it was over forty minutes then the line just rang and rang and rang constantly. Had to call my doctors office just to have them send my prescriptions to a CVS instead. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Started at CVS, but they open at 10am??? So I go to the open Walgreens. No one greeted me, okay. No carts at entrance, had to walk around and look for them while the staff just watched me.Got my items, cooler was not working. No drinks for me.I said hello to the male cashier, no response. I said thank you, I got a uh hun.No customer service at all.

The worst pharmacy in town. They are the SLOWEST pharmacy— absolutely zero sense of urgency— none at all. Do yourself a favor and choose a different Walgreens in town. This one’s a joke.

I enjoy coming to this pharmacy. Me and my wife have been customers for 3 years now on memorial. We love to be helped by Adam, a pharmacy tech there. He always greets us with a big smile and is always willing to take time and help us old people. We appreciate this and his patients.

Terrible Customer Service. I sent in three photos for them to print and when I received them, they didn’t even cut off the remaining white portion of the photos. She did a very sloppy job and she was rude. I called and the lady at the Photo section and she told me to come in and talk to the manager. On top of that, the lady at the photo lab didn’t allow me to pay for my photos at the Photo section; she sent me to the register. The cashier was polite and so was the manager but the other girl was trash. Definitely my last time coming here.

Stood at the register with no acknowledgment for a good while. The trash lady outside decided to stick her head in the door and say the registers don’t work. There was another associate in there but I guess she was ready to go home cause she didn’t say nothing. Poor customer service altogether. They are lucky I’m not their boss.... but anyway, I’ll just wait until CVS opens like I’ve been doing. And I’ll make sure to let others know CVS is the better option.

This pharmacy really needs some help or revamping I do not know. I went there to ask for my inhaler to be transferred over to them at 8:30am, there were no customers in line besides at the drive thru and they were getting taken care of. The tech was very sweet she got the information she needed and passed it on to the pharmacist, i felt like he could have just went on ahead and did the transfer because he did not seem too busy for something that was literally going to take 2 minutes because i had just left the other pharmacy and they were waiting. I was told that i would get a text or call when my prescription was ready i got none of that and mind you the other pharmacy closes at 12 pm on Saturdays, so when I did not hear anything at 11:30 i called and the same pharmacist stated that he will get it done right away and he promised after i told him the pharmacy closes at 12 and guess what? It’s 2:18 pm no prescription and of course the other pharmacy is closed now I’m without an inhaler 😒

Had my prescription sent here.wanted to start using them .they did not fill my prescription after 3 days,then told me 15 min.then told me they dont carry it and go elsewhere.not a nice tone of voice used to me either.

Every month it is the biggest ordeal to get my child’s prescription. They either don’t have it, give me the generic when I need the name brand or they seem like they just can’t do their jobs. My husband drops off a prescription at 3am and they are surprised 4 hours later that they are out of it? “Well I can’t create it”....no shit, how about you tell him at 3 so he can go somewhere that does. Now I have to scramble with my child. It’s exhausting. Go elsewhere or do your job.

The technicians are nice I never had a problem with them. What i do have a problem with is a specific guy i think he said his name was Rick and he does the call center but I will call back and find out, that man is so arrogant and rude every time i call to verify a medication for a patient. The last straw was today, i called and i was verifying 4 medications I went through two and he stopped me and said “How many are we verifying here!?” I said “I have two more.” This man literally put me on hold and sent me to someone else. First off your call center so you supposed to do your job to help the 24 hour pharmacy. But i know one thing he always answers the phone, so when I call back I will get his name and I will be reporting to corporate how rude he is because that was disrespectful all you had to do was verify two more medications.

This is the only 24 hr Pharmacy in town. The location is not the best but I can understand how difficult it is to find people willing to work here. I am happy to have this place at least. Pharmacy stays busy but I can see why.

Pharmacy was the worst I guess they dont have a prioritized system for waiting customers. I was told the wait is 15-30 minutes more like an hour and thirty minutes. The cashier was sort of nice but the pharmacist were slow and didnt fill the prescriptions in the right order I saw them fill at 15 orders for non-waiting customers. I spent all day in the hospital then spend all night at a pharmacy they recommended!

You can say a lot about this place but the pharmacy staff really know their stuff and willing to go out of the way to make sure you have your medication

Yesterday I placed my 3rd photo order from this location. Received my email they were ready to be picked up at 2:35pm. When I get to the location they cant seem to find my photos. I show the cashier my confirmation email. She seemed disinterested and continued to search for them. After about 10 min,and 3 times telling her what my order included she decided to reprint them. I spent 30 min uploading, sizing and cropping my photos to fit a collage frame. She reprinted them all the same size and didnt cut ANY of the photos edges. The price was also more than my confirmation email and when I asked about it she acted as if she didnt hear me. Very aggravating and disappointing experience as these photos were to be used for our upcoming wedding display.

Called twice to advise my script needed to be filled as a 90day supply. Second time I called I sat on hold for 8 mins and 36 seconds. The woman comes back and says it is squared away and will be ready in 15 minutes. When I go the next morning they still only have 30day ready. They are completely incompetent and unreliable. Then the ridiculous woman at the window try’s to argue the situation with me! So customer service is a joke there as well. I advise spending your money with a nicer establishment as this one makes a mockery of respectable pharmacies everywhere.

BY FAR THE WORST WALGREENS IN TOWN. I would rather drive all the way to Winterville! They are always slow even when they dont have lots of customers. They are also EXTREMELY unorganized. My doctor always has to send prescriptions multiple times before they finally say they have it. I dont know who is managing this place but they clearly need NEW MANAGEMENT!

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy department I have ever visited. Ty in particular. Yes her name was TY she went in a word for word argument with me until I just stopped talking! Pharmacy Customer service is the WORST! They are unprofessional and RUDE! Not just one encounter but several encounters with several different associates. Even the drive thru and phone service are horrible! I would not recommend this Walgreens Pharmacy to my worst enemy.

Dont waste your time!! Go across the street to CVS!! Walgreens is dangerous, dirty and the Rx staff is nasty and by far the worst! CVS knows how to treat you right! They are courteous, friendly and your in and out. The store is clean, secure and well lit up at night.

Christmas Eve, 12/24/2015 only pharmacy open after I left Vidant Minor ED around 10:30 p.m. and needed my Antibiotic Rx filled. I was feeling lousy. Taylor the Pharmacy Tech and the Pharmacist (DKHN) were awesome! While waiting for Rx met nice folks from Tarboro over in Greenville to go to MN Mass at St Peters.

Almost every time I have a prescription filled at this location it is never ready when the say it will be. I am not sure how they can stay in business with service like this but I will for sure not be returning to this location.

I want to give a public Thanks to this Store and its employeesI was there on Friday (8/28/15) and left my wallet behind.They recovered it and had it waiting for me to pick up

They lied to me and told me my medicine wasnt there and I call a nurse who told me the medicine was sent nearly 2 weeks ago. The lady at the counter got smart with me over her mistake and they refused to give me my medicine even though I had my card out. She was also trying to imply I couldnt afford my medication, when in fact I had more than enough to cover it. I will never visit any walgreens again!!!
