Most drugstores are slow because they have such high volume. Wait times on phone calls are typically (and predictably) long, but the pharmacy staff has always treated me well and spent the time required to solve any problems that come up. Overall, this store does a pretty good job.I DO wish they had a drive thru.

I went to the pharmacy to get some antibiotics I was helped by Alex he rang me up and gave me a $55 dollar discount and was very professional. I greatly appreciate what you did for me and I will most definitely always come to CVS Pharmacy as will my family. Thank you very much Alex

I stay loyal to a business when I get great customer service. I only go to this CVS and I go out of my way to go there because of their service. My favorite pharmacist Tech is Zach. He is always super professional and knowledgeable. 5 ⭐️

Great service, discounts, clean and safe. Staff is very friendly and always offer to help. The manager John, always says hello, and always asks if he could help me find something. If I cant find something Im looking for, he will not only tell me where it is, but will walk me to the item. The pharmacist always takes the time to explain the answers to any questions I may have. I highly recommend CVS over all the other drug stores nationwide.. They have the best store brand merchandise as well. Try it! You wont believe how good it is and how much it will save you. 👍🏻👍🏻😃😎

The people at this pharmacy are incapable of filling the correct prescription. I end up needing to call them a million times to babysit them as they fill my medications because they either forget or fill the wrong prescriptions. Multiple times I’ve gone there when I was supposed to have prescriptions filled and they weren’t available

This location leaves nothing to be desired! Staff is open, friendly, and professional. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care, your meds are dispensed in a timely manner, and they do everything they can, to get you the lowest possible prices. I have used this pharmacy for a number of years, and NEVER had a bad experience!!

This pharmacy has given me nothing but problems. They are never fully staffed, I’m always waiting 20 minutes on the phone and 20 minutes in person to get my medication. You really need to look into hiring more staff because this is ridiculous

As everyone has said the pharmacist don’t care to help. I wanted something for ground bees. I was in pretty good amount of pain. I had been stung 3 times and told him that and he said he didn’t have nothing there for it... There was a lady at front desk and I decided to ask her just to make sure she didn’t know of any home remedies. She took me right to some over the counter cream especially for stinging bites and I was better in 5 minutes. Her name was Kristin she deserves recognition

Almost every department has poor service. The pharmacy has taken prescriptions over the phone only to find out they dont have it in stock when I get there. I dropped a UPS package off and it sat there for 3 days without anyone giving it to the driver. Many incidents like this over and over compelled me to write this review. Manager, please tighten up your ship!

Used to be great when Andrew was here in pharmacy, now it’s wait, wait & wait some more...doesn’t matter if you’ve called ahead or Drs office has called in earlier...this pharmacy now is the WORST I’ve ever seen...husband went yesterday afternoon to pick up prescription called in that morning, still had to wait an hour...and all customers in there were angry about lack of service...willB transfering to somewhere else...

My boyfriend went here to get a prescription but they would not accept his insurance. He decided to get his prescription transferred to Walgreens. CVS told him he had to ask Walgreens to call CVS and request the prescription. Walgreens tried calling CVS and faxing them. We have even asked CVS to transfer the prescription multiple times and they still havent. We ended up waiting over 24 hours and still Walgreens has yet to receive the prescription. Waiting over 24 hours for a prescription is ridiculous. We will not be returning here.

Lost my prescription the first time and then misspelled my last name, causing confusion when I went to pick it up.Kevin, the pharmacist on duty, had attitude after I was upset about not being found in their system (due to their spelling error). In his defense tho, he realized it afterwards and changed his demeanor during checkout. Hopefully it was just an off day for him.John, the manager working up front, was very helpful and polite. Even went out of his way to help me find a good wine opener! 🍷

I waited on hold for just shy of 21 minutes with the pharmacy. I simply need to transfer my prescriptions to them, however, I may not be doing that anymore. After waiting on hold, I was hung up on after nobody picked the line up. Im guessing they were tired of hearing the line beeping or blinking.

Firstly, I love the CVS in my hometown, so this is not against CVS, merely this location. I thought this location would be similar, with comparable costumer service. However, that was not the case. My house is close to this location so I decided to use them to get my prescription filled. The night I went to pick it up it was closing time and I encountered a rude check-out-guy as I entered the store and pharmacist. I was willing to overlook all this because it was closing time on a Friday. I should have planned better- I remember my own complaints as a high school employee working at a restaurant when patrons would arrive around closing. What was bizarre was the pharmacist wouldn’t even give me my prescription, which was already filled, because it would have taken him time to repackage with my insurance information. So I left empty handed. Side note, there was an older gentleman on the floor that was very polite and he was the reason I went back to the pharmacy. He said it would be fine to go back since they had not put up the gate. Again, I was willing to excuse everything because of my late timing. So I went back the next day. The same pharmacist was working and I was shocked by how rude he was again. He should not work with customers, based on my experience with him. He was short with me and seemed irritated. I am a non confrontational person, so I left shaking and wishing I would have said something. (I guess that’s why I’m writing this review.) Pharmacist’s name was either Kevin Crumpler or Brian Fierova (names listed) though I’m pretty sure it was the former. I will never patron this store again. And I hope no one else has the same experience I had.

The pharmacist at this location is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and doesn’t care about clients well-beings. Avoid this location. Good luck Hometown Pharmacy transfers.

Impossible to fill here. First time a transfer took a whole day, today waited for ten minutes without even an acknowledgement. Team was also ignoring the 5 pharmacy calls that the phone system kept repeating. Probably shouldnt have just 1 tech and 1 pharmacist working...
