Our baby Basenji woke up unable to open one of his eyes. We tried irrigated his eye with saline but we’re unlucky. Our vet was out on vacation and the ophthalmologists in my area were all out for a conference. Every other Vet I called gave me an appointment availability starting two weeks out or more. The ER would charge me $375!!!I was told this place had a waiting list for cancellations and thanks to it, they got me right in on the same day. I am so grateful! It’s so scary to see your little one sick and mopping.The office was very pretty and organized, everyone knew their role. Dr. Judd was great and so was Leslie!!! They treated him quick and were kind and loving.Thank you both for your attentions and prescriptions!Cheers to you!

From start to finish this has been the best experience I could have asked for at an animal hospital. I chose this hospital over many others because of how kind and understanding the response I got back from the front office staff. Our first appointment went smoothly and every question I asked was answered patiently and I truly felt they have my and my pups best interest at heart. Despite the fact Im moving away from Greenville soon, this hospital will be my vet of choice, hands down.

They provided excellent and compassionate care while I was grieving the loss of my 17 year old cat. The receptionist was calm and attentive despite the fact it was very busy (full waiting room and a lot of phone calls), which was so appreciated. The tech who took over was kind as well. Excellent service during an emotionally stressful time.

I sadly had to put my dog down with them on Wednesday and it could not have gone any better. The staff was so incredibly compassionate and they managed to make my usually nervous dog feel comfortable and calm for the entire experience. I greatly appreciate their genuine love for all the pets they care for.

I took my kitten in for a small cyst, he had stopped eating and began to limp. I knew he was suffering, I was willing to put him to sleep to give him peace. They flushed the wound, provided some medicines and promised me that he would be perfectly fine. My kitten is now dead and it was only 62 hours difference. Instead of letting me say goodbye and put him down peacefully, they gave me false hope and made him suffer in his last moments. I have never seen death, but I will never forget hearing his poor little screams last night...

My family has used the clinic for around 10 years. We started with one dog and have grown to 5. I appreciate how the doctors and staff are always willing to listen and also treat my pets like their own. I trust my animals in their care whether the need is large or small. Items they have not been able to treat, we have received great referrals for the specialty doctors. 10/10 recommend the office and staff.

Greenville Animal Hospital gave my dog new life! We thought she was getting to the point where we have to say goodbye, but after they took her and handled her problems. Shes as lively as ever and running around playing! Not only did they give my dog a few more years to run and play, but they supplied us with a new collar and dog food!

They’ve always been great with my pup. They get him in quickly and are very thorough, letting me know exactly what they think, possible treatments, cost, etc. It’s nice to have everything laid out in the open. They’re also soo kind and patient with Teddy (who is pretty skittish). And they keep track of his vaccines and needed appointments etc. (I need that cuz I’m so bad at remembering when he needs what). Anyway, I highly recommend!

Today as my son and I contacted the office the lady answering the phones (Sarah) was extremely unprofessional. We were trying to find out the price for the cost to vaccinate two 3 month old puppies. My son was quoted a price last week and made an appointment for today at 2 o’clock. This morning I called to double check the price because it was 50 dollars higher than our previous vet. They gave me a different price. I asked if the 2 o’clock was still available and she said yes but my son would have to call back to reschedule. When he called back she said he couldn’t have the 2 but had to wait until next Wednesday. Then..she said “How did the Farmersville vet work out for you?” This comment was sarcastic because he told her that the other vet wascheaper and we might have to go there. I made the decision to ask for the 2 o’clock back and pay the higher price but not after this treatment. It’s such a shame because my son has taken one of his dogs there and really liked the doctors but we will not be back. There is NO excuse for rude comments to customers. She said it was just a joke. Well we are not laughing. I would have asked to speak to the doctors but feltLike I wouldn’t actually hear back aboutThis situation.

Dr. Judd and Dr. Karri are great people and great vets. Greenville is so fortunate to have them.

This place is terrible in every way. Brought my dogs that got into a fight and they said they would fix the lacerations for over 4 thousand dollars! They capitialize on situations like this ans I would never recoomend them to anyone

Theyve taken great care of my Siberian Husky for all of her needs. Dr. Judd is amazing, and the rest of the staff is very kind and professional. Highly recommend. :)

All I can say is rude, incompetent and over priced! I brought my dog there, that was yelping in pain. He was lethargic and more. I was told he need treatments that cost close to 700 dollars. I was ok with that, I just wanted him helped. Instead after 2 days of treatments,I received no answers or reasons. My dog had similar fits again that morning. The dr said she could not find anything. She just had no answers or what was causing it! She just sent him home! I will NEVER go there again and I strongly suggest you find another Vet as well!

The staff here at Greenville animal Hospital are absolutely wonderful, I have never witnessed a more professional and caring facility. I have a very old lab named Pike, he has been coming here since he was a puppy. The Drs. McCreary do a great job of taking care of him. They always give us all our options and understand how important his quality of life is to us. They are different than the original vet but just as caring and knowledgeable. Try to remember different doesnt mean bad. I like them very much.

Dr Judd was compassionate, understanding and had the best bed side manner for my pup when he was near the end of his life and gave me space and time with him when I had to put him to sleep. I had not experienced having to do that and he made it easier, by making me understand my pups condition and the prognosis etc. It was gut wrenching, but this facility and its staff did an amazing job for me and my pup. I will be taking my dogs there from now on.

Ive been a customer a long time but today they lost my business, they got upset that I didnt wana buy my medications from them any more, so they wanted me to get another exam.. but wouldnt have had a problem with me picking it up from them.... bad business and over priced on medications. So now I have to find new vet... wendsday February 17th theyre price gouging customers with emergency vet time during the snow storms

I wouldnt give them a star, rude receptionist. I moved all 7 fur babies to another clinic. After 10 years or more of price over pricing. I had my fill! Go somewhere else. Pricing was cut in 4!

I love Dr Judd and Dr Karri! They both show so much passion, compassion, and lots caring for their work, their patients, and the patients parents. Even on my first visit they made me feel like an old friend.I dont like it when they arent in though because I dont care for Dr Cox much. He may very well be a nice guy, but he doesnt show as if he even cares about you or your fur baby. Acts like hes just trying to hurry you out so he can go home or something. He needs to learn a better bed side manner.

I have loved working with this vet! My husband and I foster often so we are always showing up here with some sickly new kitten/pup etc. and they have been great about working with our budget and our (admittedly) badly behaved dogs. I also like that they are willing to work with pretty much any animal, we had an impossible time finding a vet that was willing to work with our potbelly but the staff here have been great with her too.

Dr. Jud and his staff are great..we had to leave our Edward in their care this weekend as Edward has been ill..while we are worried about him being scared and feeling alone without us there we trust that Edward is getting the very best careAnd has received alot of love from the staff. I took my puppy here just for vacations and boosters. Everything was great and I thought the techs and everyone there was great and very professional. When getting her nails clipped the tech noticed some blood on the table and it was not my dogs blood. Three to four days later we take her back because of diarrhea and she now has parvovirus and may not survive. There’s not much I can do and can’t prove anything but my dog hasn’t been around any other dogs besides this vet. I wish I could give a five star review but my heart is hurt.

Im told by the vet that I could get refills on my cattle medication but the person on the phone (not a vet) refused saying they need to see the animal. .Hauling. Cows to the clinic just isnt as simple as bringing your dog in..Then I asked to have the vet call me about my bull. The person on the phone wanted to know what was wrong and after I told her she said that the bill was acting normal.. I did not get a call back. Then I asked if I could schedule a farm call.... No, not making any farm call s because of Covid.Dont believe she is a vet.Now Im looking for a farm vet before my bull dies. Zero recommendation for this clinic.Laura MacdonaldCash, TX

Thank you Greenville Animal Hospital! The staff here is amazing. Dr. Judd and Dr. Karri make sure our animal’s health is a top priority and are always willing to take time to really teach and explain what we need to do. They are also super kid-friendly and have inspired my son to become a vet when he grows up! Way to influence future generations! I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.

First couple of visits were okay, pretty expensive m. Recently took my pup in and was only recommended surgery for him which was quoted $1000 He had an infection. No medications were given for it or advice. Called around for that surgery and was quoted $300-400 for the same surgery ! Reason for my 1 rating! Not very helpful and expensive.Another vet told me to bring him in that surgery should be the last option for him. Now he’s on medicine and feeling much better.

Needed a vet ASAP on a Saturday and was pleased to find that they were open. Staff was kind and gentle to our aging dog and the doc was very knowledgeable and gave us the right treatment to get our dog feeling better. Would definitely recommend this vet to others.

We have 11 animals and all have been treated by the McCrearys in their office or on farm calls, plus many more pets that have lived their golden years with us. One of our dogs was recently hospitalized here for 3 days after an emergency injury and we feel that besides just great medical care and state of the art technology, hes known them his whole life and loves the caring staff so much plus we had round the clock access to visit him this is what helped him emotionally pull through and this team saved his life. The entire staff of GAH is highly skilled and trained, they treat all of our pets as lovingly as we do ourselves and are sure we understand the whole treatment process.

**Updated Review**Wendy, the sweet practice manager gave me a call this morning to discuss our visit with Dr. Cox. She also spoke with my sister and made things right with her as well. Wendy thoroughly apologized and was totally mortified of our experience. Our files have been moved so that in the future we will only visit with Dr. Karri or Dr. Judd which is such a relief. I have 100% confidence in the well being of my pets in the standard of care given by Dr. McCreary. I recently took one of my cats here for emergency care and I want to take the time to give my opinion on the services provided to my animal.First and foremost, I would like to say that I was very impressed with the vet as she had a plan of action and shared that with me. I truly believe that they did their best with her and again, I appreciate that. However, the next day when I picked her up I did not get to speak to the vet, and the assistant did not know any of the recommended follow up procedures that should be taken. She said the vet was in a meeting and would call me later, but that did not happen and unfortunately that was the second time I was to receive a call back but did not.A week later I did not see any improvement in her and decided to get a second opinion. This vet noticed that her nerves were detached from the sacrum and gave me a more detailed analysis of what the possible outcomes were. I did not get this information from GAH. I suppose they just overlooked this when they read her X-rays or didn’t see it. In any case, what’s done is done.

I took my puppy here because she has bad allergies. The Doctor was in and out and they charged 500 dollars to run tests and that is paid up front. The doc was nice but staff is rude. Maybe they were having a bad day. I will never go back here again. If over pricing, rude staff and waiting is what your looking for then this place is PERFECT for you. I gave it a one star only because -5 star was unavailabe. Go anywhere else.

Love the work Dr. Karri does/shows on Vet Ranch. I watch the YouTube videos almost daily. I work reception at a Vet in Michigan and I wish we could do the things that you guys do. Its amazing to see the great outcomes though I am sure not all are so happy. Thank you for the content and knowledge!

Dr. Judd and Dr. Karri are some of the most compassionate vets Ive met! They go above and beyond to deliver top veterinary care to all patients and do an amazing job of ensuring the best possible outcome for all animals whether it be something small like routine vaccines or lifesaving surgery or treatments. On top of running their business they spend countless hours assisting rescues groups by offering rescue discounts and take in animals the rescues may otherwise not be able to afford through their involvement with Vet Ranch and partnership with Abandoned Pet Project. They, along with their staff, have always been personable, professional, and passionate about their work and the animals best interest are always at heart.

Love this practice. Called them late on Saturday night with a recently adopted country stray who appeared to have a severely infected ear. They were so very compassionate....and examined and treated this extremely terrified dog, going as far as meeting us in the parking lot in the rain to help get him into the clinic. Dr McCreary must be very proud of his grandson and the extraordinary service he is providing to the community.

This vet office has an excellent and friendly staff. They always have clean facilities, and are great with animals of all sizes!

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin as to how wonderful I think this place is. Everyone here is extremely caring and knowledgeable. I was lucky enough to find this place about two years ago. During this time, Dr. Judd diagnosed my precious Yorkie Tanner with diabetes. I began his journey with insulin injections twice a day. Dr. Judd did an excellent job in determining the amount of insulin he would need to maintain his quality of life.Anytime I needed to go out of town I knew I could board Tanner at the Greenville Animal Hospital and be 100% certain his insulin was done correctly, all his needs were met, and he was loved on.This wonderful care continued right up until the moment my sweet doggie took his last breath last Wednesday. Dr. Karri helped me to come to a realization with what I already knew in my heart and she and her amazing tech Kelly demonstrated immense compassion to me and Tanner as they helped my little guy pass with dignity.I will forever be grateful for the care that Greenville Animal Hospital provided and would recommend this place with no reservations to anyone who is looking for someone to great care of their babies!

Great place, awesome staff. Anyone complaining about price probably shouldn’t have their pet. I have not seen an increase in price since this clinic changed hands and my family has been coming here since 1991. I witnessed one person’s 1 star review complaining about price. It is a complete lie and did not happen as depicted. The staff was very nice during the encounter, but YES pets cost money!!! And that is the owners responibility not the vets!!!

These folks are great... Took my 3 year old heeler in for an ear infection. They were very knowledgeable and fixed her right up. Now was the part i really dreaded : The Bill . Turns out I was worried for nothing, and it was less expensive than my last vet. Better care was what she needed, and what she got. Thanks you guys.

Best place Ive ever visited I was hesitant at first but one of my friends recommended it to me and Ive gone here for the past few years and its has a lovely staff and great customer services.

I have been taking my animals here for 6 months and Ive never had such great service! Dr. Juddsen and Dr. Karri are the absolute best. I highly recommend Greenville Animal Hospital to treat and take care of your fur babies.

I used this vets office for the past 11 years. The original vet that owned the practice was the best! When he passed and his grandson took over it has changed...and not for the better. Incidents of misdiagnosis as well as price gouging (a huge price jump on services as well as them attempting to preform services that they were not asked to do while charging overinflated prices to do so). So, if your looking for a vet that has exsperiance, knowledge, as well as compassion I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We took both of our dogs in because one had become terminally infected with heartworms and we wanted to get them both checked and treated if possible. They worked with us and laid out every possible option. The veterinarian was absolutely wonderful. You could tell he actually cared about not only our pets but cared about us as well. Both of our dogs ended up passing away and it was extremely difficult, however this office showed us so much compassion! Even after our dogs passed away they sent us a card wishing us well and expressing their deepest sympathies. I will definitely be using this office from now on! Thank you so much!

I wouldnt even give them 1 star but I want this seen. I have used this vet for over 20 years, when doc was there I wouldnt have dreamed of going anywhere else! I spent the last week taking my dog which happened to be a member of the family, back and forth to this vet. After x-rays and blood work and a +$600 bill we went to a different vet because we couldnt get any answers from Greenville Animal Hospital! My baby passed away this morning due to extensive damage to his intestines because of a foreign body, which was never caught by Greenville Animal Hospital. Also when we requested my dogs records to be sent over they couldnt even do as much as send everything over. we ended up paying for x-rays and blood work again. Had I switched vets first thing he would still be here. We take our cattle, horses, dogs, and cats here.... well took them here. Not anymore. I would not even take a bird from the side of the road here. Do yourself a favor and find a vet that has compassion and cares about you and your pet. One of the days we took my dog up here we called to get a price and we were told $80 and then after hes dropped off and hooked up to IV they call and tell me its now $136! This is not how you do business!! I hope that I help someone out with this. We miss and loved our baby so much.

We brought our baby girl here after a dog fight and they fixed her up. She is all healed and we love the staff.

Greenville animal hospital is AMAZING! ive been to many vet offices over the years, but have never found one as stellar as this place. we have 2 older dogs who have had multiple health issues in the past few years. every time we take them in, the doctors take the time to understand whats going on and give us insight into our treatment options. everything is always clean, everyone is friendly, and their prices are reasonable. i cant imagine going anywhere else - they truly care about my pups!!

The McCrearys are two of the most passionate and knowledgeable veterinarians I have ever met. The care they give to their animals and clients is to a higher standard. They never stop working for their clients and patients. I reccomend then to everyone I know in the area. Greenville Animal Hospital is truly an amazing clinic with an exceptional and caring staff.

Took my puppy in with breathing problems. Was charged 700 dollars before vet would even look at the puppy. Had to call another vet to figure out what to do. My puppy died there and was given morphine. If you love your animal dont take them here. Not even a real emergency clinic.

I went in just past 5:30 with my Dog which I thought had a stroke. They called the vet who had just left. The vet stated they where not available and I need to go elsewhere. This proved this vet does not care about pets who may be in an emergency situation. I just moved to Greenville and was looking for a Vet. I will never return or recommend this vet office.

Dr. Karri specifically has been a driving force for awareness and necessary changes at our local animal shelter, and has been the voice for those who cannot speak. They most definitely aren’t an emergency clinic like they advertise. I called after hours and they sent me all the way to mesquite with my severely bleeding dog.

My furbabies have always received the best care from both doctors on numerous occasions. Dr. Karri has also done some amazing medical procedures through Vet Ranch, and saved animals that would have otherwise been euthanized probably. I brought my 11 year old chihuahua in for a cough and was told she had a heart murmur and was coughing due to heart failure and we needed to spend $500 on tests. When they found out we didn’t have the money they sent us home with more questions than answers. Was told well she’s 11 and fat so this is normal they were VERY insensitive and rude. Well thank God I decided to get a second opinion from a different vet and it turned out she’s having issues with her trachea... totally not as bad as congestive heart failure! Received different meds and now she’s a lot better. Point blank this veterinarian office was HORRIBLE, the vet was literally in the room for two minutes didn’t even look my dog over and sent the tech in to talk to me about tests and she had no idea what was wrong with my dog. Unprofessional and insensitive. Will not be back and several friends that usually take their dogs here will not be back either.

Found these guys when we moved here!!!! Our little Maggie was very sick from nervousness of our move!! Called on a Sunday and they met me there!!! Dr. was great and price as more than reasonable!! They are now Maggies Vet and Hotel!!!!!

Took my dog in and was not sure what was wrong. He was completely missed diagnosed. Back injury is what it ended up being. After a ran up 468. bill and mis-diagnosis I went to another vet and paid 115. including x-rays and meds, my dog is on the way to being healed. This vet and his other vet both told me when I first took my dog in they would call to check on him.. NOPE never happened just took my money without a care in the world. I used Old Doc McCreary for over 15 years but his practice that was taken over by family has gone to a money grabbing, piss poor vets for sure.. I would suggest any other vet in Greenville then using these.. They will smile and be polite all while running up your bill and stealing your money!!!

My dog was real sick when itook him in to see the vet i was told with the test he needed to run witch was a blood test and a x-ray was going to cost me just over 600 but when i went to pay the bill it was just over 800 i did not no the house and car payment were late. Dont go here without your banker you will need him

My horse went down 5 times , I called Greenville Animal Hospital in a panic , they said they would be there in three hours and would call me back , they called me back three hours later and said they didnt have time to come out , they could not have cared less about my horse , I would not recommend them to anyone I would find a vet that actually cares about animals 👎
