Our new puppy loves going to Camp Bow Wow! He has high energy, but when he goes to day camp, he comes home completely worn out! You can tell that the staff love dogs!!

I brought my one Is one year old puppy in for their evaluation. I was completely shocked when they told me that my dog was showing aggressive traits but when I watched the video and saw 2 other dogs jumping on my puppys face. My dog has been to numerous play care facilities here in Spartanburg and never and I mean never had any issues. Just because one of their employees has a red shirt on does not mean that that person knows anything about dogs. I was completely disappointed I guess they want dogs that curl up in the ball and pee on themselves. Such a waste of time and gas!

Was completely disappointed by their services. I took my 4 year old here to get groomed and I didnt even recognize my baby after picking him up. I asked that they shave his tail due to some matting and instead they shaved him completely. I was so upset and disappointed. He does even look like the same dog. He has red razor type burns all over his body. I am not sure if any of there other services are good, but I personally will not be bringing my baby back here.

We went for the puppy training and each class lasted about 10 minutes with the trainer always starting with this will not take long. She said over and over puppies attention span is short.

I like that I can look at the live web cam and see that my dog is enjoying his day.

I have been to Astro Kennel and failed the six week puppy course with my dog, Penny. I am one day into my six week training course at Camp Bow Wow and I’m super excited and hopeful my dog will succeed with this positive type of training.

We came to this area to visit our son who is at Springbrook, an autism resideNiall facility. I contacted Camp Bow Wow about keeping our dog while we took our son off campus for a couple of hours. I emailed the application and required vaccination records a week prior to our appointment and even checked in with camp bow wow 5 days before our arrival, asking them to assure me that everything was in place. They confirmed that all was set and good to go. Upon our arrival though, the lady at the front desk refused to allow our dog in, stating that the shot records were not complete. I explained that I had double checked this earlier since we were driving in from 6 hours away. She proceeded to blame the incomplete records on myself and the vets office rather than own up to camp bow wow‘s utter failure. We left with our dog in tow and no idea how to rectify our unexpected situation. This facility was an absolute disappointment and at no time did they own up to their lack of accountability.

Amazing service. My dog has boarded here and used daycare. During boarding, we paid for her to have a bath and extra play sessions. She came home super clean and soft, and with cute handwritten reports of how she had done. She is a super shy dog, so its nice to have extra reassurance that she did well while we werent with her. All the staff is so nice. Love this place, and my dog does too.

Our two dogs, Jax and Fionn always look forward to your daycamp, their tails start wagging at the edge of the parking lot. The staff never fail to drain their puppy energy , leaving just enough for them to climb into bed at the end of the day. Highly recommend your services to anyone looking for professional dog care and boarding. The report cards on campers behaviour and surprise photos are always a welcome treat. Ive taken my lab 3 times so far and have been very pleased. The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean. My dog has participated in two play & train sessions and I am very impressed with what shes learn so quickly.

When I called they did not answer I had to leave a message and ask them to call me back before they close I called at 5 something and they close at 7 and she called back at 6 something. She was really nice the low rating is because they cant accommodate for everyone due to the fact they dont have room for kenneling I have to find a new option.

My puppy loves going to Camp Bow Wow. We moved from a house with a yard, to an apartment. Sammy is part Boxer and part Collie and is 76 pounds. He needs to run and play. The staff are so friendly and caring. They take very good care of Sammy and the other puppies/dogs. When Sammy goes to Camp Bow Wow, he has a blast. We can watch him on one of several live video feeds. When Sammy comes home, hes all tuckered out. We love it and more importantly, Sammy loves it!!

Absolutely absurd they said my dog was too “playful” and too “excited” like what the h*ll do you expect from a dog . We gladly took our dog somewhere else , I advise that you do the same !

We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. Otis goes once a week to play with the dogs to get socialized. He also stayed over when we went away for 10 nights in February. It was great being able to check in on him with the web cam. The staff there are all very friendly and caring. When we got back they had a report of every day on how he ate. He attended 5 enrichment while he was there. The counselors that worked with him sent videos of the enrichment and wrote on a card what they did that day.Thanks so much for making us feel so comfortable leaving him with you all.

Got involved in one on one training since they didnt have any group training that fit my availability. On day one I told the instructor that my dog could not have human food as treats (aka hot dogs). Second session she tried to give her the hot dogs, also had to ask me what all we had gone through the previous week. Every time we came in for training, the trainer didnt seem prepared with a plan on how to train my dog. She even pulled out her phone a few times while we were there to text her significant other. On our 3rd session, my dog went into heat, we finished out our session, then I told trainer I would be in touch about scheduling our last session sometime the following week. She followed up with me a couple weeks later to schedule and I told her that my dog had been stressed because of being in heat but we could come next week. Then she tells us we cant because shes in heat... Because she could get impregnated by a dog while in the lobby walking to her session... Okay thats fine, just a little weird she didnt say that during the session that she went into heat.I never did my last session, but the trainer did follow up multiple times. Which I appreciated, I just didnt feel we were getting anything out of the sessions when we were often repeating things my dog had learned and mastered in previous weeks.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very attentive in assessing my dog for daycare and boarding. The facility was spotless and the cameras were high quality. I highly recommend them.

Our doggo Maybelle has the best time in the world here with her friends. She loves hanging out with the other campers. The employees are friendly and joyful making it a delight to board our pup here. Thank you for keeping up a good atmosphere and taking good care of our pup!

Camp Bow Wow Greenville is amazing! My dog Lilly loves going there and the staff always greet her with lots of love. I know she is well taken care of every time she goes to day care or overnight camp. I love watching her play with her friends on the app too! We’ve also completed three group training classes with Lindsay which were fantastic and great for socialization. Highly recommend!

Camp Bow Wow is amazing! It’s a great place to take your fur baby when you need to go out of town and can’t take them with you. I’ve been using Camp Bow Wow for over a year, first in Atlanta, and then when we moved to Greenville. The staff is caring and treat the dogs like they were their own. I really like that I can pull my phone out and just get on the app to see my boy on the webcams. You can tell from his body language that he’s having a great time! Getting to play and socialize with other dogs rather than being locked up in a cage all day like other boarding services. Now anytime we have to go back my dog barely pays attention to me because he can’t wait to get back there to play! AWESOME SERVICE!

Your facility is spotless and even smells pleasant.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and practice excellent communication skills. You run a top notch facility and I am so excited to have access to Camp Bow Wow as a resource for my sweet fur-friend.

Camp Bow Wow has been a wonderful daycare environment for Lincoln. In addition to the staff loving on him, they have been more than flexible with me as we navigate a very odd schedule. My brothers house has been on the market so when we get a last minute request for a showing, Ive had to call Camp BW asking if I can bring Lincoln in ASAP. They have always been so accommodating and we truly do appreciate all of theyve done for our family. Thank you Camp Bow Wow, Lincoln & I will miss you!

Initial impression was negative from the get go. A phone call was returned to me promptly, however; the message was left in such a hurry I could not understand the staff persons name - even after playing the message back several times. Then when I made the second call, this person also seemed very rushed. She rudely asked me if I had been contacted first about an interview. When I told her yes, she seemed frustrated that she would have to look up my information again. She then proceeded to rattle off the only interview times available - which by the way are only during working hours - because she was so short with me, I didnt even bother to ask about Saturday times. If the staff is that impatient with me, how impatient will they be with my pet?Called Pet Paradise and got INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I could even tell they were busy by all the conversations in the background! Mandy patiently asked me questions, and she even apologized for the noise in the background while repeating back to me answers I had given. I could tell they WANTED my pet to come stay with them. The impression I got from Camp Bow Bow was that I would be so lucky as to have my pet come to their facility. My pet is like a family member, and I want to feel comfortable with where she stays.

I love this place! They have the greatest staff! Everyone I come in they call my little dog by name and make such a fuss over her. It makes me feel a ton better about leaving her. I am completely loyal!! We always feel so guilty going out of town and have to be careful about where we leave her because she is deaf. They make me feel like she won’t miss us and is totally loved!

I started taking my 3 yr old shelter rescue here the day after I got here. She is timid, needs socialization and learn basic commands. They have been wonderful with her. Check in and check out is quick and easy. Staff is friendly and inviting. Trainers are great to talk to, and listen to any personal concerns about your baby. They even text you training session videos. I recommend daycare, boarding and trading at this place. My experience with all has been positive. And you can watch your baby on the camper cam.

Onyxx had a great time. I was able to watch her play throughout the day. The place was very organized and clean! Cant wait to take her back for playtime. No complaints, I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to everyone... as a matter of fact I have already been spreading the word.

I have used Camp Bow Wow for daycare, training, grooming, boarding and pet sitting in my home. I could not be more pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly and caring to the dogs. The training staff did an awesome job helping me with my overly excited puppy. The grooming staff did a great job and also took extra care with my elderly special needs dog. In home pet sitting is great, the staff took extra time to make sure my dogs were loved and taken care of while I was away. I recommend all the services Camp Bow Wow offers. My dog loves to visit and play with his buddies!

Wish I could give a review of the actual care of our pup, but all I have is the ridiculous experience of attempting to interview our pup. I was called about 3pm on Wednesday for a 7.30 or 8am interview time on the following day (Thursday). As I wasnt sure if that was possible, I declined opting to call back the following week. Fast forward to Thursday morning around 7am I called to verify if the 8am time was still available (we were having our house sprayed for bugs and didnt want the pup there). It was so I said wed take it. I explained that I didnt have the vaccinations and was told to come on in, they could get them via phone. I arrived with completed paperwork in hand and completed only to find out that they had NOT called for vaccinations and that since our vet wasnt open until 9 I was out of luck. They did attempt to call and left a vm on the vets phone, but I had already made the drive over under the assumption everything would be fine. They did verify that the rabies shot was up to date from the groomer, but that was all they had recorded. After politely expressing the frustration of the staff member giving the wrong information, I was just given a sorry, I didnt know they werent open and told they would do nothing. They would not even start the process of interviewing (it was 8.40) by this time because they didnt have the records. I more than understand and agree with the policy of needing the vaccines, what I dont agree with nor appreciate is the staff giving out incorrect information and being unwilling to even begin to work with a new client. Adding to the frustration the manager didnt bother to even speak with me, she walked out front to have a smoke with another employee, leaving the other staff to continue talking with me while checking in another guest.

I like being able to check on my dog through the cams. I like that she doesnt seem traumatized when I pick her up! And she does not freak out when I drop her off - that tells me that she is treated well and watched and not upset to go to camp/boarding!

Staff is very friendly and always shows great customer care when it comes to taking care of Miles. I feel very safe leaving him there all day and it helps that Im able to watch him on their live video feed. Couldnt think of a better place to take my dog!

Camp Bow Wow is fantastic! Our dog, Duke, loves running around with all of the other dogs and I love using the cameras to check in on him every now and then. They allow us to bring in his own food so we can keep it consistent and the staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for Day Care, Boarding, or anything dog-care related!

Our dog has been in daycare for two weeks, most of the staff are friendly but not all. Our dog was attacked and bit by another dog today, the manager seemed very sincere with an apology. During pick up this evening was told that there was a balance on the account that was supposedly paid in full for the entire week on Monday. The lady at the front desk couldn’t seem to remember what prices she quoted earlier in the week.

Everyone at Camp bow wow is very friendly. They greet my dog by name and appreciate his nature. We have also taken group and private training classes. I cant say enough good things about the instructors we have had. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They offer helpful critiques for both me and my dog.

I would most definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for daycare/boarding for their dog! Weve taken our pup there for the past couple of years and she absolutely loves it! She gets so excited when we get out of the car to walk in and when we pick her up go home she is SO TIRED, but in a great way! I also love the fact that they have camper cams set up so you can watch your dog play at any time, which for me, gives me peace of mind to see her playing and having fun. In addition, the staff have always been so helpful and kind to us. Im grateful for this place and that my dog has an opportunity to get all of her energy out in a safe, fun environment when we are away instead of being cooped up in a crate most of the day at a vets office. We love CBW!

I highly recommended this place for any size dog. I have a black lab and she goes to day care twice a week. Every time we pull up she cries with joy and can’t get out of my car fast enough! She always comes home exhausted and the staff takes great care of her!

When I first took my puppy, he was very new to other dogs and socializing. By day 2 at Camp Bow Wow he already is better at playing with others and when I drop him off now, he rushes to the entrance. This place is incredible and they have chosen a great staff!

Love this place...weve never left Jack anywhere else and potentially never will. Even though it is quite the trek from where we live, Jack always comes home clean, happy and healthy and those are the things we look for. Cant go wrong at Camp Bow Wow, IMHO!

Our dog loves Camp Bow Wow.I love that we can check cameras for live feeds throughout the day.The staff is very friendly.We even took him to behavior buddies for some obedience training.He always comes home pooped from playing with friends all day.We love how they seperate dogs based off of size and temper.

Our experience was great. As we were dropping our pet off everything was explained well and easily coached through. We were made sure we understood everything about the pup and her day before we left and it was great that we could check-in online and watch the cams to see her play. I would give them a 9 out of 10 only because when I came back to pick up the staff in the afternoon didnt seem quite as helpful and encouraging or as knowledgeable as the am staff, but it wasnt worth holding back a star. No big deal, we will be back, we loved it and so did she! When we left we were barely out of the parking lot and our pup was passed out!

Goldie LOVES Camp Bow Wow and Im a big fan, too! She gets super excited on her camp days and then sleeps SO well when she comes home...which works out well for everyone. I love that the staff seems genuinely excited to see us each time we visit. We went through three levels of training with Lindsay and it made an enormous difference in Goldies behavior, and in my confidence as the alpha. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for training, day camp and boarding.

Camp Bow Wow is a wonderful place to take your pup. I went in for the interview with our mini dachshund, and they were wonderful with him. Theyre really helping him with his separation anxiety, and weve noticed a big difference in the short time that hes been going there. I think my favorite part of this experience, is every time we walk in they always greet us by name!

The staff members at Camp Bow Wow are absolutely amazing. It is easy to see how much they love dogs, and our dog is always happy to see them. The facility is always clean and we have experienced nothing less than professional and courteous service. The app where you can see your dog throughout the day is also very nice.

Our dog is very social so being able to be active with other dogs all day keeps him busy and active. He also loves his campfire treats every night! Being able to check in him via web cam is also great!

Quincy loves Camp Bow Wow and so do I. I know hes being watched and cared for while there. The Camp Counselors generally care for each dog in their charge. I love this place!

Exceptional hours for a weekend facility! Wonderful, caring staff. I love the webcam, you could really see the dogs. The whole process was explained to me as far as making our dog would fit in in with the day care experience. When we picked him up he was happy and we were told how he did! They truly cared and I could trust them!

Excellent place to take your furry child. You can watch them 24/7 on your phone and i especially like the dog view camera the best.

I highly recommend using Camp Bow Wow. I have had 2 of my dogs enrolled in their training programs trained by Lindsay Plank. She does an amazing job. I also take my dog for a grooming every 4-6 week and have Julie Durham give my big boy a nice bath and hair cut. Their employees are always so personable and caring. I always feel so comfortable dropping off my fur baby and knowing he will be taken care of.

I drop my dog off 5 days a week for doggie daycare and use it frequently for boarding. Excellent experience! It is super easy to drop off and pick up and the staff is very caring. They genuinely care about my dog and treat him like family. Never had a bad experience. Strongly recommend them.

For my sweet little guy Charlie, Camp Bow Wow is the very best possible environment for a home away from home. I travel often and the team at CBW take such good, disciplined and loving care of Charlie. These people are dedicated beyond belief. Thank you again Camp Bow Wow. We love this place and looking forward to boarding our puppy here in November 2017. They did a dog interview to see if your dog gets along with others (since they play all day long). The dog interview is free so we took advantage of it and left him there all day. So he got a lot of play time in. The main thing we love is being able to watch the dogs on camera (an hour later you will still be watching). lol. Doggy day care will be in our future as well as boarding.

Took our puppy here for training classes, did everything as instructed and there has been no change whatsoever. The trainer acted like they didnt know what they were talking about. Total waste of money.

Camp Bow Wow is amazing! I love it for boarding - I always feel like my dogs are well taken care of and are seen as special. I also like the Camper Cam so that I can watch them while they are playing. I love the training classes - Patti is really nice and Lindsay made a huge difference with my two dogs! Lindsay used to train sea lions and dolphins, and I think that has made her even better with dogs.

When your pup comes home tired, happy, and healthy there really isnt anything more you can ask for. Oh, except competent, passionate employees... and they have that too! The interview process is amazing, I wish every day care (people or otherwise) test drove their attendees in this manner. We will be back!

I absolutely LOVE CBW, the facility is always clean and the staff is wonderful. My dog Nova, has gone through the training classes and the trainers are top notch, and she has been around the other dogs as well and LOVES it and the staff takes awesome care of her! Thank you camp bow wow!

What a great place to leave our fury child. I was a little apprehensve. The staff was so kind and took the time to explain the process of day camp with us. With the ability to monitor our puppy (Hedwig) all day via the Camp Bow Wow app I can see he is having a blast and is happy.Thank you!

Our grand-puppy Tori has been coming to Camp Bow Wow in Greenville for over a year now. Tori goes there 2-3 times per week. Its easy drop off and easy pickup. The staff is so professional, sincere and courteous. Most of all, they all enthusiastically love dogs. Tori comes home exhausted from playing all day. Shes not destructive anymore (she had separation anxiety) even on days when shes home for a few hours alone. It has been a Godsend. I wholeheartedly recommend them for care of your dog. Tessa, the groomer there is also wonderful. The ONLY one who successfully bathes Tori, other than Toris mama who is a college student and is away during most weeks.

I rarely plan ahead to make a day camper reservation. That being said, its always nice when I can call at 7am to make a reservation for a spa bath and day camp for the same morning. Duke loves it when I tell him he gets to go!

Patty listened to my concerns about Jacksons fear of meeting new people and gave me a very clear idea on how she would help him work through his issues. She followed up with some great videos showing training she was doing with him. In just 1 session I noticed a difference, he met 2 new people that evening and did not growl or show any fear at all, he was even friendly to them! All of the staff weve met have been friendly and helpful. We also love our weekly training classes with Lindsey!

This place is incredible! My dogs are always so loved and taken care of by an awesome staff. They are so compassionate and accommodating, and the managers lead by example!

While wiping the blood off my seat I knew that we’d never bring our dog back here. Ever.I try to never be a high maintenance pet owner because it’s just not in my nature. We had two requests when we dropped out 6 year old pup off – he’s got arthritis in his back so please watch his play and keep an eye on his nails. Our dog is a house pump and after time on the concrete floor his pads have had issues in the past.We were assured that they would watch him and make sure he was okay.When I picked him up after 2 days he was leaving little bloody marks wherever he walked because his nails on the rear claws were worn down to the quick. Odin had 8 claws bleeding, 2 completely raw patches on other paws and an 8” scratch down his side from another dog.They saw the day of pick up that he was bleeding. They removed him from the play area, isolated him until the bleeding stopped and then put him BACK ONTO THE CONCRETE. Yes, you heard it folks, the exact same thing that caused the bleeding in the first place!After questioning the front desk staff that had no answers I discussed this with the manager. She was apologetic but offered no explanation on how this could have happened. We had our two kiddos boarded for 5 daysThe camp has several doggy play rooms, with cameras in each room (multiple cameras in some) which allows you to track your pet via an android and apple app! Limited to store hours 7-7, but is a welcome feature. Several times in the five day stint, our dogs were transferred to different rooms as they were stressed out to be among larger dogs: the staff make sure they tend to your pet. They offer to feed your dog during boarding. The rooms are kept clean, with personnel cleaning up immediately after. Boarding two dogs cheaper than single. Boarding over 2 days provides a 10% discount. They have a fresh and clean doggie bath before pickup, and they had done a great job. Free teeth and ear cleaning included. They also offer doggie training and grooming services.In all, a place I would totally trust my pets with. 5 stars.
