I only took my dogs for the meet and greet but could tell there’s so much care that goes into this facility. The owners are so nice and the staff members love the dogs. It set me up to really feel comfortable taking my beloved pets there!

We love Dogtopia!!! We have a high energy little pup and he loves spending time with the team at Dogtopia Haywood Rd! The staff is awesome and clearly loves the dogs they take care of. We love being able to watch via the video feed! Would recommend to everyone!

One of the best doggy daycares in the area! We took our dog here when he was a puppy, but once he was 7 months old, we had to take him elsewhere due to the spay/neuter requirement. We are waiting until our pup is a year old before surgery, so we tried other places in the meanwhile that will accept him. Nothing is comparable. I trust all of the team members at Dogtopia and the facility is so clean!! Kinko never came from Dogtopia smelling stinky and I loved watching him on camera throughout the day, especially since they do activities with the dogs. 100% recommend this place for daycare and baths. We can’t wait to go back!!

Your dog will have a great time there, the staff are very loving to the dogs and care very much for what they do. With that being said, I happen to know a couple people who’ve worked there and I can confirm that this is true. Do NOT apply to work here, it is an unfit and overburdened environment for the staff. They have had children working there (under 18) working alone in long shifts with a room full of adult dogs. I am not just talking during normal hours, on the weekends they would have shifts where one person present in the building will care to the often more than 25 dogs, alone without anyone there to help in case something goes bad , which it has. This is an abhorrent danger and I will not remove this review until the issue is fully dealt with. This is because it has apparently been an issue since they’ve started, with little care to change by the boss. People have gotten hurt, kids. The “park” is in the back for a reason, many people get bit and none of which are documented and often times the owners do not treat the issue. I am speaking for your staff members because I know they care about what they do, and it seems outside intervention is almost necessary. Please fix this.

I boarded my 3 small dogs the week of the 4th of July. I picked up 3 dogs 9 days later sick and with Kennel Cough. I asked the owner Eric if he can help me pay the vet bill since the dogs where in his care. He immediately rambled on to say these things happen. Just like when you get a flu shot, chances you can get sick All 3 of my dogs went in perfectly well. There concern is if my dogs where vaccinated, yes! I provided what they needed and paid a good amount for there boarding. The least the owner could do was call the vet that boards with him and take care of my dog. One of my dogs came back with dried feces. The least they couldve done was called me to let me know of this and I wouldve added a bath. Ive boarded with Pet Paradise numerous times and never once did my dogs get sick. They had ample space to play and not a lot of dogs in the same room. They also have a vet on staff.I was also told after I picked up my dogs that one of the had blood coming out of its mouth. She went on to say the puppy lost teeth. I dont have a puppy. After confronting the owner Eric, he found out it was another dog with the same name totally different breed. He said, its a mistake, Ill have to tell my staff to ask next time for more information. My dogs where sick while boarding with you Eric. My mistake to give this place a chance. Eric the owner had to do was be a bit more considerate and kind to these dogs. To concerned about the money and not the animals. I wouldnt recommend anyone leaving there pets with this establishment. Shame on you Eric!!

Last minute plans allowed us to travel out of town for the holiday weekend, This was our first and last experience with Dogtopia.The staff is friendly, but the care they showed for our dogs was very disappointing. Our pets were covered in dried feces, underfed, and one of our girls has a serious eye infection.Regardless, if the uncleanliness was from the play room or came from one of our dogs, we expect at the bare minimum a phone call to let us know the situation. We would have been more than happy to pay for a bath. Instead the staff opted for the lazy way and let our dogs sit in filth. Undoubtably, this caused the eye infection. We separated food out in individual bags, and left instructions on feeding. To our surprise, food was sent home with us? The dogs were each shorter two meals during their 3 day stay. This included medication not being given twice to one of the dogs as it was included in their food.The friendliness that the staff showed to us does not excuse the mistreatment and carelessness they showed our pets being left in their care. I do not recommend you trusting your loved pets with this establishment or their staff.

We recently moved and needed a closer daycare for our dog. Did not even allow my dog a chance to meet other dogs or other staff before refusing her at a meet and greet. We made it specifically clear she is anxious and growls at new people at first. She has never bitten nor attacked anyone. They were even were able to pet her. But for whatever reason they must take her collar off and put a new collar on immediately? Barely tried to gain her trust before taking her in the back and trying to change a collar, seriously? This was made to sound like a tour and meet/greet. That wasnt the case at all. You meet my dog for two minutes, take her from me, and then dont understand why she growls at a stranger when you take her in a small unfamiliar room and try to change her collar? Based on less than five minutes, they denied her daycare. She has gone to two different daycares in her life and both have loved her and she has done well. This dog lives with small cats and is gentle with children, and they vilified her for being nervous on her first day within her first five minutes. This was an awful experience.

Took my dogs to Dogtopia and they had a fantastic time. They even had watermelon that day -- Im sure they enjoyed that. When I picked them up they were happy, tired and ready for a nice long nap.

Dogtopia is a great facility with staff that truly cares about the well-being of the dogs. Everyone is personable and great with the dogs. Exceptional staff at front desk that are always willing to help.The facility itself is incredible. It is well-maintained, clean and sanitized frequently.The team offers various fun activities for pups as well as focused training sessions used to reinforce behaviors such as name recognition.I have been impressed with the staff and facility and feel comfortable knowing my pup is in good hands.

My dog was boarded for 6 nights in August. When I picked him up, he was very sick with kennel cough and I was not notified by the staff. I also requested a bath on the day of pickup which definitely was not completed. I would not recommend this boarding facility.

I like being able to take my dog to Dogtopia. It is convenient and the people working there are friendly and enthusiastic. I mostly use their hourly options and it is well worth it. I appreciate their flexibility too.

Lukka & Maverick love it here! I feel safe leaving them in Dogtopia’s care. I love the social media posts and the special days. We’ve had story times and bacon days. The boys come home tired! The cameras to watch are a great feature.

My dog has visited this location twice , the first time he had a blast and made furry friends! However, his second visit wasn’t pleasant at all. He was boarded for a week while my family and I were on a vacation. When we picked him up, he seemed totally fine. A few hours later, we noticed a bite on his leg (assuming from another dog at dogtopia). He also had been scratching his ear nonstop for the passing hours. We took him to the vet to get checked out and turns out he had gotten a yeast infection during his stay. He needed to get surgery from the infection and is now deaf in one of his ears. Dogtopia neglected to let us know of any of the issues they had caused when we picked him up Don’t recommend this doggy daycare!

The most professional, kind, and helpful people you will every have the pleasure to meet! My puppy loves her playtime there and she is well taken care of. I am never concerned for her safety and well-being, she is definitely in good hands.

Dogtopia is the best! My dog is a rescue and experiences a lot of separation and general anxiety. I was nervous about sending her to daycare, but it has truly been the best decision! She has learned to play with other dogs and loves all the staff. I know that they genuinely care about each dog that comes. My dog loves having a nap time and all the fun activities they plan. I cannot recommend enough!

Boarded my dog, Future, here and they did a wonderful job with him! He’s not well socialized with other dogs, so they made sure to give him one on one attention with staff! They had nothing but good things to say about him, even though he destroyed his new dog bed! And also, my other dog, Charlie, comes to daycare a few times a week, and she loves it! Definitely recommend this place for all fur babies!

The best dog daycare I have ever used. The staff is friendly and responsive. The facility is immaculate and has no offensive odor (impressive that they can accomplish this). Your dogs dont come home smelling like 30 dogs. They provide safe and fun accommodation for your pets. Charley and Luci love it there. Their grooming service is top notch.

Hi everyone - I called Dogtopia near Haywood Mall this morning to get my dog a bath and good brushing along with nail trim. They were great and took great care of him. He was having panic attack and calmed him down. He was able get bath and everything else completed. They are really great and I highly recommend them. I will definitely continue to use them for day care and grooming.

I took my furbaby for her first free day at Dogtopia. The staff greeted us with smiles and were very friendly and asked questions about my baby. I felt very comfortable leaving her for the day. The Webcam service was awesome because I was able to witness the staff taking time out to spend with her one on one inside the gate where she finally allowed them to hold and cuddle her. It really warmed my heart to see them show her love and attention. At pick up I received a detailed report card and they also verbally let me know how her day was. Im looking forward to returning her. Dogtopia has an amazing team of people that truly show their love for dogs. #pawlife

Whenever we travel to Greenville from out of state, Lola always stays with Dogtopia of Haywood Road. The staff is great and truly care for the pups! Lola is ready to go when I drop her off and when I pick up, I can see through the glass partition how excited she is to be there playing with her friends! It’s truly her home away from home!

So my Bullito(Bull Tierrer) LOVES Eric! But so those the other dogs in the Play area. Eric is an awesome and what appears to be true DOG LOVER. Thats just a couple of reasons from so many I can name in only two visits. Eric cares for the owners concerns when I call about my Bullito. He , Eric, quickly took care of it! Eric is very informative and awesome at what he does, not only at the front desk, but in the play area. The dogs gets so excited when he steps in bc he actually would give them ALL attn by playing w them, pet them, while at the same time, ALERT FOR THEIR SAFETY. Eric, is a gentleman caring ppl person. One of my visits, it was raining when he step out w an umbrella to make sure my husband Derrick and Bullito did not get wet. We def need more people like him in the yard w the dogs and great CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front desk!! Thanks Eric for caring and taking care of a couple concerns I had and answering my calls, and questions!

Dogtopia in Greenville is awesome! The place is immaculate, the staff is so friendly and pay close attention to making sure your pet is safe and well cared for but most importantly the dogs have so much fun when they’re there. I love that they have closed circuit so you can watch your fur baby having the time of their life!

The staff is so friendly and especially loving to my dog! The facility is kept very clean. Even if they didnt have webcams I feel totally confident that my dog is being cared for just as well as I do. The webcams however are an awesome bonus!

Staff was very welcoming and attentive to me and my dog. They did an assessment of my dog and gradually initiated her interactions with other dogs. The staff is knowledgeable, conscientious and constantly interacting with the dogs. It is very obvious that they love dogs and I am very comfortable leaving my dog in their capable hands. Very highly recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. If you have a dog, GO! Clean, friendly knowledgeable staff. Separate areas for large and small dogs. Very attuned time how the dogs are playing with each other. AIR CONDITIONED. My dog needs to get some energy out in a hot day. Had her bathed as well. They are wonderful!

I still RAVE to everyone I know about my furbabies daycare. My dog, who is pretty well trained, almost pulls me down every time he sees Amber. Everyone there treats him as if hes their own furbaby. This is not only done in front of me, but I see it every time I check the cameras- I love that I can see him throughout the day enjoying himself. And the ultimate test came last week, and speaks beyond volumes: so we had a miscommunication regarding bath services. Everyone working there is human, and therefore mistakes can happen. I let them know that I wasnt happy regarding the miscommunication and that my dog didnt receive an additional service I had requested, so I sent an email over to the entire staff. The OWNER CALLED me, not a simple email back, sincerely apologized, and offered solutions to make it right. Further, he even asked me if I wanted more (this shows his desire to make me happy and keep me as a customer) to ensure he was making it right for me. I declined because his solution was already above and beyond what I had expected. This just confirmed that I had chosen the right place for my baby and that they really and TRULY CARE. I could write a novel of how great this place is. Very happy client over here.

Every time that we pickup Nelly, the staff has some sort of report on her day. We love knowing that she is getting attention throughout the day. The play areas are climate controlled, the rubberized floors are a great touch, and the cameras are great too. Overall, top notch.

We absolutely love Dogtopia! My two dogs have never been to daycare before so I will admit I was a little nervous. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. The owner knows us by name and knows our dogs by name. I love seeing the girls get belly rubs and attention all day! The webcams allows us to check in and see how much fun they are having. I love and trust taking my puppy to Dogtopia. He is 8 months old and he gets the chance to run around. I love that he is always supervised and gets one-on-one attention. Hugo loves coming to dogtopia and playing with all his friends! It so convenient for us as dog parents to know that he can also get grooming services while he is there to play. The prices are the best I seen and they always runs specials. I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone who is looking for dog care.

Our pups, Ruby and Louie have already boarded twice at Dogtopia. They have also enjoyed several days of Doggie Daycare there. The owners and staff treat our pups as if they were their own. This has been their first experience staying away from home and socializing with other pups. They have already made some BFFFs at Dogtopia. Ruby took a little more time to be comfortable with other pups, but the canine coaches worked with her gradually and encouraged her to make some furry friends at her own pace. By the time the pups left yesterday, I was happy to see Ruby romping around and playing with the other pups.As we find ourselves traveling more these days, it is so reassuring to know we have a safe and fun-filled place for our pups to stay. I highly recommend Dogtopia!
