My wife had gone here for about 40 years. I had gone here for about 30 years. They used to be good, but recently two of the three doctors retired without replacements. The remaining doctor is not worth going to. Over the past year or so, anytime my wife needed to go to the doctor, he would never try to work her in, telling her that she could go to urgent care or wait two weeks. If you are sick, you need to see the doctor. Not with the doctor they have left.The nurse practitioner is good, but not good enough to keep going there. So glad we have a real doctor now.

For over 40 years Lyn Hammond and Pelham Family Practice have treated my family, especially my Mother, with love and care and wisdom and excellent medical care! They listen! They Care! They tell the truth!

Cant get anyone to answer the phone anymore. Very frustrating

Dr Edmonds has been my FP for 8-9 yrs. He is a wonderful doctor. He listens, he explains and we talk about issues and treatments. He faithfully updates my Rx list. I see other doctors who prescribe Rx as well. Couldnt imagine a better doctor.

Been a patient for 20 years. Dr.Hannah is absolutely the best. I have never felt rushed when speaking with him and have even gotten follow up calls from his personally. He always calls with test results not a nurse and then takes the time to answer any question. I have been blessed to have Dr.Hannah in my life to maintain my health.

I had an appointment at this office yesterday and couldnt believe that some of the nurses didnt wear mask! I called the office manager the next day to complain. First, I was told that the nurses in the exam room wore mask, but the person who told my blood pressure and my temp didnt wear a mask. She actually asked me to remove my mask ,so she could take my temperature. Then. the office manager started this long list of reasons why they didnt wear mask. It was like a visit to the twilight Zone

Dr. Edmonds is outstanding with his empathetic bedside manner and personality. He truly cares for the patients he sees. I feel that hes listening when I explain the issue Im there for and his medical experience shows in how thorough he is. Highly recommend if needing an awesome family doctor. His front staff is very kind and helpful as well.

Horrible practice. Dr. Edmunds flat out refused to speak to me about getting a referral for a colonoscopy. Instead of speaking to me he sends his office manager, who has absolutely no business discussing medical decisions with me. My insurance called them, same wench took the call. Had the nerve to say its unusual for a 28 year old to be getting a colonoscopy. My father had stage 3 colon cancer. Im black meaning Im at higher risk. Not to mention research has shown rectal cancer is on the rise in younger patients. Earlier this year they forced me to come in for routine prescription refills for maintenance meds Ive been taking since I was in second grade for allergies and asthma. 100 dollars out of my pocket for the visit. And now they wanna force me back in this year as if they havent seen me. Nothing has changed since June. Its nothing but a money grab. And I will be reporting them because she had no business taking that call. Despicable.

Ive been a patient for 35 + years and never had a complaint. Dr. Hanna has kept me well all this time. Wouldnt go anywhere else

I’ve been going here for years. Dr Edmonds is friendly and such a great doctor. The staff is also very accommodating. Also you don’t have to wait all day for your appointment.⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would not recommend Edmonds. He gaslights patients when he does not understand their conditions instead of listening to them and accepting that he is not almighty and all-knowing. His dismissiveness and implicit bias lead to lack of care and wasted time here.He treats younger POC women in a belittling and condescending manner, constantly referring to you as sweet girl.He has rolled his eyes at me, scoffed and laughed in the past and I regret ever going to him. Its unfortunate that he hasnt kept up with modern medicine and stopped studying after he left whatever medical school took him in.

Very rude staff, unhelpful and curt. If that was any insight to the practice as a whole, I definitely dodged a bullet by not even setting up an initial appointment as a potential new patient

The Doctors their are personable, respectful, and very friendly. Dr.Hammond in particular has been tending to my family for years and makes appointments a very comfortable experience. Highly recommended.

The staff is awesome and the Doctors are not only honest and ethical but know what they are doing and do it first class.

Dr. Hammond, his partners and staff are nothing short of excellent. I’ve been a patient there for 42 years so I feel confident in my assessment that Greenville is lucky to have them!

When I called to make an appointment with Dr. Edmonds, The receptionist asked me why I needed the appointment. I told her expecting to be told it might be a month wait and that was okay. I was surprised when she said can you come in at 4:30 today. I went into the office, filled out my papers , saw a rude nurse, and then Dr. Edmonds walked in. First thing he says to me is We are going to make this short and I am just going to take a few notes. Who recommended you to me? I told him. Then he said you know this isnt a Urgent Care ? I was stunned. He asked me what was wrong and I told him. I also said something about my health and he said who put you on all this medication? I started to tell him , but he did not let me finish. He didnt even give me a chance to say I moved here from out of state. I still havent received my results from the test he took and it has been over a month and $400 later. I think he is rude, egotistical, and I will never go back.

Pros : 1- close to my home, 2 - short wait timecons: 1- Dr. Phil needs to learn to be a bit more professional. I do not want to say anything too negative here, but patients do not visit his clinic to hear his uber conservative biased opinion . 2- He needs to listen to his patient(s) before he immediately ignores what he/she needs to say. Some patients educate themselves about their problems etc, they know what their problem is. 3- He needs to give up that attitude of I am the doctor ... yes he has a degree but he is not the only doctor in Greenville ...I visited his clinic a few times because he was recommended to me by a coworker ... It is okay if you share the same political views with him ...

I have been going to Dr. Hanna for 30 years and I trust his judgement more than any other doctor I have seen. He is very efficient and no-nonsense.

Disgusted in the treatment and rejection my mother received from this place. Insinuated that my mother was doped up but she was sick with a head cold. God forbid you have to spend longer than 15 mins with a patient.
