DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Worst Doctor I have ever been too. The office is not up to date, they do blood pressure manually. So if you have high blood pressure they will give you the wrong results because they dont pump it to the right number for high blood pressure which is dangerous and can be deadly if you are unaware. They over charge for simple bloodwork. They charged my insurance over $800 and charge my fiancé $125 for the same type of blood work who was paying out of pocket. This office is very much money hungry. They dont call to make follow up with your lab results but they will call about a bill. My cholesterol was very high they never call to discuss it, I only seen it because i looked at my own labs. But they did call to put me on vitamin d because my levels were a tiny bit below average smh. Theres only one doctor, he is the worst. even before the pandemic he has never physically touched my body he stands in the corner of the room , giving off the feeling he is in a rush. Im a diabetic I never got a full physical I should. He never even took my urine. My fiancé didnt have insurance and wanted medicine for high blood pressure and told them he could afford to come in for a visit, which they was forcing him to do to give him the prescription. After explaining he couldnt afford visit 100 times the doctor finally told him to come in to pick up some samples of a medication the doctor had. We found out the medication was $500 a month. VERY MONEY HUNGRY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS

Probably the worst doctor in Greenville. I have been out of my medication for a month because the doctor was “out of town”. They told me I needed to come in for a office visit before I could get it refilled. I had to sit in my car the entire time and my appointment lasted probably 2 minutes AND I had to pay $90!!! He walked outside and told me he sent my meds over for refill and just walked back inside. This place is horrible. I will be finding another doctor for sure.

Took my husband in for his appointment. None of the office staff are in masks which is fine. However they demand their patients and anyone in the waiting room be masked. What hypocrisy. I think we will be finding someone else.

I travel for work. So in the past 20 years I would simply go to a doctor near me. After stumbling in Dr J 5 years ago I only see him. Hes intelligent, interested and cares about his patient. Highly recommend.

Charles J is the rudest doctor ever! He charged my mother over one hundred dollar for her test results. (Which shouldve been free). Then while on the phone with her, he hung up on her when she still had more questions. Unprofessional! They will scam you out of your money! Im switching her doctor immediately.

Went in for a free annual check up...... Left with a bill. Didnt know till I got it in the mail smh. Scammers

I have been going here since 2011, started seeing Dr. J and later Jennifer. My experiences have been overall pretty good. I usually always hear back from them when I call about anything. Scheduling was only an issue once or twice if they are booked up but for the most part they try very hard to squeeze you in. Its always nice to have a doctor who knows you and your history and not have to see multiple people and explain everything all over again, its a nice feeling and this is a good practice, you should not base the practice on actions of a few insignificant people. The doctor and their knowledge and care is what matters, not a rude receptionist. Report them to the doctor, Im sure they would not be happy to hear their receptionist is rude, it hurts their business.

Doctor J is one of the Best doctors, He spends time with you, goes above and beyond for his patients! Allison is so helpful and is a great person! Doreen tries to always help in the best way that she can. she is the office manager and takes her time no matter what to try and make everyone happy. most people dont even know what insurance that they signed up for, they dont know what a FREE physical is, most people dont take the time to call and find out whats covered and clearly some of you dont know that you have to wait a complete year for a FREE physical for it to be covered. most people also dont like to admit their faults. most negative reviews are one sided.. you will not get this care anywhere else that is why Dr J has 15,000 patients and a great rep! Dr. J. is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He’s a good doctor and really cares. However, his staff is not accommodating at all. I had a very painful condition, that was really inhibiting me from doing my job. They wouldn’t even try to fit me in until a week later. They also are not the most welcoming. I walk in the office and immediately feel like I’m burdening them by showing up... it’s definitely disheartening when caring for patients is the entire purpose of their job.

Fast and convenient appointments. If you are actually sick or are having severe physical issues after a traumatic event go to urgent care because you will end up there any way. If you need a referral to a specialist, you wont get one or you will get sent to the wrong one.

Always had great service. I always get calls returned. Easy to get an appointment. Always feel better when I leave. .Great Staff.

Me and my family moved to Greenville NC 13 years ago. We started with Dr J then and will never go anywhere else. He makes you feel like family. He cares. Cant thank him enough for all the years of trust built.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I have never met such a rude, condescending, and incompetent office. They could not understand my insurance or how to code the visit. They kept talking to me while I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to get it in terms they could comprehend. There is not a patient advocate employed by this office. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and would not be employed today if I treated my patients they way this office apparently does on a regular basis.

Love love love these Drs. Jennifer and Dr J are the best. I always truly feel welcome there no matter what the issue. I started out seeing Dr J who was awesome and one day met Jennifer she is now my full time Dr! Shes the best takes time to listen and I really feel like she does everything in her power to help. Ive been there for emergencies(chest pain) they immediately did an EKG on me, Ive most recently had a bulging disc in my back and Jennifer is been the best! Shes taking steps to make sure that when and if there comes a time of needing an MRI that it will be covered thru my insurance. Highly recommend!

I have come here the last 5 times trying to get my severe anxiety under control. I see my doctor and tell her my medication have not been working. Then she suggest to up the dosage and use the same medication. It does not work as i have explained to her numerous times. Nonetheless you all refuse to give out any kind of controlled substance based on all the abuse going around. What about the people that need them to make there overall lives better. We cant get them now?

I attempted to walk in at 4:25 and the front desk assistant told me they stop taking patients at 4:00. i find that incredibly ironic, considering their door is open till 5pm and she was still sitting there behind the counter and with only two people in the waiting area. Goes to show you how much they care about their patients. When it comes to healthcare in Greenville, youre better off finding your physician on the street it seems.

I have been to this dr. Jay and Jennifer in a series of 4 visits over a month and a half for unusual symptoms. The front staff is very rude and cold most of the time.. I waited 3 days for a call back with a serious condition going on. They would not get back to me if my blood work was normal regardless if my condition was still happening. Jennifer actually seemed to care and wanted to know what was wrong with me but I didn’t feel the same from Dr Jay. Nonetheless my overall experience has been terrrible and my symptoms are still occurring and I’m waiting for a call back for next course of action tomorrow will make it 4 days.

I completely agreed with OTW, this firm is completely unprofessional.I dealt with Allison and Doreen (the manager) and both were rude.On Thursday June 22, 2017, I called about my bill, a week prior I received a bill stating that I did not paid for one of my visit when vivid remembered that I did pay. Allison insinuated I was a liar and Doreen called me hypocrite. Who in their right mind would call customer names like that, regardless of the situation?!At the end, they found my paid receipt attached to someone elses paper work. Instead of an apology I got called liar and hypocrite.Sum it up, they need to find other line of work.My advice for new customers is to go elsewhere for your medical treatment. And current customers, staffs must do better to keep you there.

This offices billing practices appear to be unethical for ordering additional unnecessary services to claim against your insurance to maximize their payout. I went for my annual physical to renew my annual prescription and they billed it as an office visit so they now can bill me for additional services if I were to go back to get my annual physical on record. Will never darken their doors again. Additionally, when you question why and how they billed for their service they treat you unprofessionally and like they do not care about having your business.

Absolutely terrible experience. They dont provide full information about cost of services and the office visits are not informational at all. Never again..

Dont go to this place, they act like you need them more than they need customers. Allison who works at the front desk is so rude. As I was asking her a question, she turns around and talks to her colleague instead. Rude!!!
