It’s okay depending on what you’re looking for. I like to see the same person when I go so I don’t have to explain everything every time I go. I feel like you get more personalized care when you see the same person. Then the fact you have to pay $25 just for the Dr. to fill out a form so you can submit to your insurance company is, in my opinion, absurd.

Here is the story, I took my wife there for her 10weeks pregnancy check up, then they took blood then after they called us for the result me and my wife went back there then they said the baby is fine every thing is in good conditions blablablabla.....me and my wife went back home then after a month we moved down to raleigh Nc for living and we called another Obgyn in raleigh Nc and we explained everything to them and they told us bring my wifes medical history from greenville Obgyn. I said ok and ask them to send her medical history to raleigh Obgyn they said ok and they sent it .....then the raleigh Obgyn told us there is no indication from greenville Obgyn that indicates my wife has done blood work....I was like what?...huh they took blood and what is going on then I called greenville Obgyn and ask them why? The lady was repying to me with her lips shocking .....shame...shame.....shame on you Greenville Obgyn.

Honestly worst Office I’ve ever been to. Midwife Jennifer perry was rude every time I was seen by her. This is my first pregnancy and I had a few questions to ask and was cut off and rushed out each time. She yanked my pants down without even asking or telling me what she was doing. She pushed the heart beat monitor into my stomach very very hard. I was actually on the verge of tears. My appointment was early in the morning and I still felt punched in the stomach that night. I woke up very sore in that spot the next day. When I said it was hurting she pushed in harder. I have never been treated this way anywhere and certainly will not ever again. I will never come back here nor recommend it.

My wife has had a frustrating experience with Greenville OBGYN throughout her first pregnancy process. Over the last nine months, the office has lacked consistency, communication, continuity, and care from appointment to appointment. I have only been able to attend a few ultrasounds due to COVID protocols, but even those appointments and meetings with the doctors have felt rushed and, at times, like we were inconveniencing the office.Among the list of notable errors thus far: The office has forgotten my wifes appointment and made her sit near an hour in the waiting room, they have not communicated key details from tests done at prior appointments until weeks or months later, and shes been told she will do a certain thing at her next appointment, only to show up and be doing something completely different. On multiple occasions, my wife has reached out to the operations manager, both through phone and email, and has yet to hear back a single word. She has also voiced her concerns with people at the front desk, and little to nothing has been done about it.Overall, its been an incredibly disappointing experience during what should be a reassuring nine-month period for her from the offices standpoint.

Absolutely amazing!! It was my first visit to any doctor since moving here and it was amazing! Everything was smooth and efficient, from scheduling to check-out. Its been a while since I had such a nice experience at a doc office. Everyone was so kind and gentle from calling and opening the doors, to the exam room and out. Loved every minute. Dr. Coiner is very kind and explains things very well. I felt comfortable asking him questions and will know hell care for me in the future as well.

My appointment was at 2pm. At 3:15, I still hadn’t seen the doctor. Every time I go, it takes an hour to an hour and a half before the doctor even comes in. This is by far the best OBGYN I have been to. I spent my entire pregnancy with the midwifes here. I had such an amazing experience. They truly care about you, your health, and making sure you’re comfortable and happy. I have my own GP in Charlotte who handles all my regular care but she doesn’t do Nexplanon which I got for the first time in college. I’m on my 3rd implant now which means I’ve been to this office 3 times in like 8 years 😂 Deb Ward is phenomenal so kind and helped me and several friends through the procedure when we were hella nervous. Sadly Deb was suddenly out for my second appointment! It was ultimately a disaster and I would not see that provider again but I’m sure many folks find her lovely (some people just don’t click!) I was incredibly stressed and flustered going in last week for my 3rd appointment because once again the provider I had loved and trusted had to cancel!! (What are the odds right?!) Luckily I saw Dr Taft who was so fantastic about making sure my procedure was as pain free as possible and really made it a great experience. I was also really thankful for the incredibly kind office staff for all the grace they allowed me when I arrived late after losing my wallet (which someone found!!). Overall I’ve been referring friends here for years, now I’m just glad I have another provider I can confidently refer by name! Thanks y’all!

You are not just another patient to him, he really knows who you are(your whole complete name, all about who you are as a person, your health issues down to the t, any complications, how many surgeries you have had, fertility issues, how long it has taken you to conceive, and the list goes on and on). I personally have had fertility and female issues for years, I have seen over 10 specialists and Dr.Taft is by far the most loving, caring and helpful. The staff was very friendly and sweet. Dr Deborah however, seemed like she did not care what my issues were. This made it uncomfortable to tell her anything. She barley made eye contact with me or greeted me and then proceeded to ask me “why are you here” about my symptoms concerning my BC as if It were no big deal. She also questioned me about my symptoms as if I were lying about them. My regular doctor referred me to her and made the appointment for me to discuss a new BC because she didn’t want to give me a new brand that was worse. So when She walked in an I got the vibe as if she didn’t really want to be there or talk to be I was upset. She brushed everything I said off, never explained what my symptoms might come from and did not even explain to me how the new BC she was prescribing me to was different from the one I was on. I didn’t even know what kind it was until I picked it up. Idk if she was having a bad day but I feel like she was very unfriendly and did not make me feel comfortable with coming back. I feel like the way she was talking to me was unprofessional and she disregarded everything I said like I was dumb and what I was experiencing wasn’t true. I won’t be returning.

I was high risk and the physicians did nothing about it. I requested to be seen by the doctors but they repeatedly sent a midwife to see me at my appointments. They didnt refer me to any specialist or anything. I ended up losing the baby at 25 weeks(still born) with no explanation as to why. I had to deliver the baby and Dr. Whitley at the time of delivery looked at my baby and stated that it appears to have had Down Syndrome because the eyes were slanted. Well everyone knows that you cant look at the eyes alone and at one glance you cant tell if the baby has DS or not . My husband has slanted eyes. Go figure! With a second opinion and and more professional approach the baby did not have DS which was a relief to me. However, I do not have a baby now and if they cared enough about their patients, maybe the baby would be here today. After I delivered the baby, you would expect someone from the doctors office to call and check up on you or schedule a follow up appointment after such tragedy. They didnt! I have since stopped going to them. Too bad because I love Dr. Hale Stephenson. I now go to Greenville Womens clinic.

I would give them no stars if that were an option. The physicians maybe outstanding, but we’ll never know. Perhaps it is odd for a husband to go with his wife to an OB/GYN visit, but I did so specifically at the request of my wife. When called back, the nurse told us I was not allowed, as it was a HIPAA violation. That couldn’t be more of a farce if you know anything about HIPAA. First, my wife taking me with her hand-in-hand should’ve been a clue, then her verbal consent should’ve been a no brainer that she wanted me with her. So, I walked out. My wife then retrieved me and advised that I could go back as did a different staff member. Then the same staff member advised us this time that I couldn’t go back as the facility was to small.Which is it? We certainly couldn’t get a straight answer. We left and received a refund. We will go to another OB/GYN office that is more family oriented.

Found out I was pregnant at a regular check up. I was obviously in shock. The PA asked was I going to carry on with pregnancy pretty much as soon as a found out. I was prescribed an antibiotic by Dr. Whitley for an UTI because my urine “looked dirty”. It was never tested. When I got my results back, I never had an UTI and I was taking medicine that made me terribly sick for no reason. The medical assistant was in the wrong chart and had this huge concerned about my weight fluctuation and was asking about medicine I wasn’t even taking and it took me denying everything she was saying to verify who I was and that she was in the wrong patients’ chart. I had 2 wonderful experiences with Anna (ultrasound tech). The third time I seen Becky. I knew from the moment she called my name, I wasn’t going to be happy. As soon as I got in the room she asked me how far along did I think I was in a very condescending voice. I informed her that this wasn’t my first ultrasound there and according to previous visits, I was — weeks. So I told her this appointment was to check to see if everything was moving forward correctly. She then says “so we’re just checking to see if the baby even has a heartbeat”. After that moment I knew I was no longer coming back to that office. She then tells me a different due date and says “this is your due date now and it doesn’t matter what anyone else tells you”. I feel like she treated me like I was young and uneducated. I look younger than my age but I am 25 years old, married, and college educated. She said I didn’t need to see the doctor afterwards because I didn’t have any questions which was odd because I was given the choice every other time whether I had questions or not. I called the office manager/administrator to file a complaint and my call was never returned.

Im blessed to be having a normal, healthy pregnancy. I am a Medicaid recipient and heard that this clinic accepts 5 clients per month. I walked to their office and applied in January for February review. Two weeks into February I call for a follow up. First, the Nurse who handles Medicaid clients says she cant find my application. So I informed her that a copy of my medical records from my current caregiver was also taken so maybe look for that as well since it has my personal information. She then says let me check with Brandy. Brandy magically finds my paperwork and says they tried to call me but I didnt have a voicemail set up. I inform her that since applying Ive received many voicemails from my primary caregiver among other callers. She then says I was denied. I asked her why and she says she cannot tell me. Why cant I know why my application for care was denied? Because its a decision made by the doctors. I asked to speak with the doctor who made the final decision? Apparently shes out of town for the week and she said shed get back to me when she returns. She then advises me to keep my primary caregiver because its important to receive prenatal care. Rude and insulting. Im obviously seeking the best care for myself and my baby. Its been over a week and still no word and Im not holding my breath for a call. Im somewhat glad I avoided being in their care if this is how Im treated as an applicant.

This ObGyn prides itself on being able to handle all women with all types of medical conditions. However, I began having acute bouts of my illness during my third trimester, and I was pretty much told to go elsewhere for care for my condition. As a result, Ive had to suffer tremendously. After seeing Dr. Gay for 2 minutes, I decided that this is not the practice for me. He lacked compassion, and seemed to not care about my medical concerns. I would highly not recommend for mothers with health conditions.

The staff are not friendly. The nurses are not personable and dont explain much of what they are doing, just feels routine. Had a physicians assistant and a doctor check me out due to not knowing an issue, was told to have blood tests taken and they would follow up. One week later I get two letters letting me know my blood was normal. No phone call, nothing about what I should do next, yet I still have the same problem. Never going back.

Will never go here again. Went here to seek help but instead, got criticized. If I could give zero stars I would. Ive worked everything from law enforcement to medical field. I would never treat an inmate or patient the way they treated me today. The woman who scheduled me an appt was reluctant to even do that bc I recently received a pap....thats besides the point. Im having complications NOW. Its a shame that I drove from wake county for this BS. Never again.

Would give -1000 stars if they let me. I went here about problems I was having with fibroids. At first I was hopeful because i had a bunch of test that confirmed my issue but then the doctor said there was nothing he could do except give me a depo shot because I was overweight. I told him that I had the depo shot before and it was part of the reason I was overweight. He accused me of lying, said there was nothing he could do and then walked out. I was in tears because the fibroids have really affected my life and someone i was giving my money to didnt want to help. Fast forward a couple months and Im in the hospital with severe stomach pain. I now have a hernia that was the result of the fibroids and on top of that one kidney is almost fully blocked. I had to endure a painful surgery that kept me out of work a month and i lost my damn belly button! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE BLACK OR OVERWEIGHT!! THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AND STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I have been with this office for many many years. Cant remember when I started but Ive had nothing but good experiences from them. I started out with Dr. Bane & she was excellent. Had my baby in 2010 with no complications @ the age of 45. Hated that she left. Now I see Dr. Haskins who I will highly recommend. Shes very friendly & concerned about her patients. The only concern I have now is the staff @ the front has changed & they dont seem too friendly but as long as I get to the Dr Im cool.

So far, I love this practice!! I have only been once, but its a drastic change from the not so nice environment at Greenville Womens. The front office staff at Greenville OBGYN were so kind, helpful and welcoming, completely opposite from the formerly mentioned office whose front office staff were just plain cold and acted like it just ruined their day that someone would even think about talking to them... or heaven forbid.. ask a question. They were so nasty to me over the phone about my switch in insurance to tricare and when I mentioned that I dont have a separate insurance card, I just have my military spouse ID, in not so few words basically said too bad, we cant see you without an insurance card. Funny how I called Greenville OB right after and I was afraid it was going to be the same ordeal since theyre under the same umbrella. .. to my surprise, the person on the phone acted as if all they took was tricare, no questions, no hassle, easy peasy! I was so relieved.I cant forget about the upgrade in care I recieved from Dr. Ward compared to Dr. Rowe. After meeting Dr. Ward, it broke my heart a little to hear that she doesnt do OB, since my husband and I plan to start trying later this year. She was just the nicest most considerate doctor I think Ive ever had. I had mentioned to her about starting to try to get pregnant soon and she said Youre nice and healthy, I dont see why you would have any problem getting pregnant. And went on with helpful practices on how to do so. When I saw Dr. Rowe a couple of years ago on the other hand, she rattled on for 10 mins on how to get my weight under control... at the time I was probably 55 165 lbs. Now a little over 2 years later, I weigh 15 more lbs and Dr. Ward didnt mention it at all. She has no idea how much I appreciated that.Anyways... I love this practice! And Im excited to continue going here. Hopefully they have an OB doctor that I like just as much in the future!
