Very disappointed. I’m not going to list any names, but the only experience I have had here is unprofessional. I went in for a late appointment yesterday due to some abdominal pains I have been having. Check up was usual. Was told that they would order a CT scan so it would be ready for me today or tomorrow if I continued to experience pain and discomfort. This morning I was still experiencing pain, so I called the office to let them know I wanted to follow through with it today. I live about an hour away, so I took off work in order to get the scan done. 8 calls between the office here and the imaging office, AND NOTHING. Finally the imaging office told me that they had received the order for the scan in the incorrect system that they do not use. That took 5 hours to finally figure out today after nonstop phone calls. Then I was told I wouldn’t be able to get the scan done until 6 days out! I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT TODAY. Furious, I called this office back to let them know I need a doctors note since I had to miss work for the appointment that was never set up. They wasted my time and money today. Finally, I show up after speaking with my nurse to get a note for work. I spent THIRTY minutes waiting for the damn doctors note that no one has heard of. My mom spoke with the nurse, who then said “the office is up front for her”. So there I go, back to the front desk who then claim they forgotten about me when I was sitting directly in front of them! This office is incompetent, and cannot even deliver a note from work with ease. If you can, AVOID.

Perhaps the best organized and efficient medical system that I have encountered in my 80 plus years! Great staff and quality care... I am amazed at some of the reviews as they certainly do not reflect the service my wife and I have received.

Imaging staff needs training on bedside manner especially in pediatric patients. My 2.5 year old, sick and nearing his tolerance level of doctors for the day, had to get a chest x ray. Of course he was scared like most young kids. It usually takes two people to help me hold him down. The man just stood at the end of the X-ray table staring at me while I was trying to pry my two year old off and get him to lay down. I mentioned I needed help and all he did was holler for someone else. I had to hold him down for the x ray and In the midst of all this, I didn’t even realize they didn’t give me a lead apron to wear! Horrible experience.

This used to be a good pediatric office now they are the worst place I’ve ever taken my kids too. Definitely went down hill canceling all future appointments and changing provider for my kids. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

I was not impressed, I hate to say that and I wanted to be impressed. I need a amazing local doctor BUT to come in as a new patient, be in pain, grilled for 5 minutes like I’m a drug addicted teenager only for the physical examination to show I indeed have 4 different things going on and they are shocked. Not impressed. Then to be told oh just take some over the counter meds, the ear infection is now worse, called about drops and no one called back, after hours answering service said sorry no help till the morning. Again not impressed..... have I mentioned I have no medication/ drug history AT ALL and all I got was see ya back in 2 weeks for a full work up. Umm nope!

Such nice people here. Never had to wait long. Always in and out. Clean. Easily accessible. Multiple services. Family physicians that care about your family.

Had a appointment for 11am as a new patient and got to the location at 11 and they told me I had to reschedule because I did not show up 30 mins prior to fill out paperwork. I explained that I had to leave work and drive over an hour to get there from McKinney and they did not care and told me to basically deal with it. Screw this clinic and the provider who did not care.

The doctor had no respect for the patient gave me a deep depression and tryed to kidnap and assult and battery the patient if you like being disrespected and doctors that never consider your full scope of health then this place is perfect for you but my visttoday was a waste of my time and money for 0 results

Was the best experience I have in the medical field since moving here 7 months ago from California.

This place is a joke and good luck getting your medical records transferred if your doctor leaves.

Got cutoff several times when calling clinic. Also, Humana Pharmacy also got cutoff when trying to contact Kelsi Mahan; also, there is no listed phone # for pharmacy companies to contact doctors for refills. These problems need to be corrected immediately!!!
