Ive been a patient over a year now but at the Cherrydale office. I loved it there but my doctor left the practice and I had no idea. I made an appt at the Mauldin office and saw a new Dr there, Lorenzo Black. He was beyond outstanding !! He was very concerned, listened to all of my concerns and he was very thorough. He had the warmest demeanor and he is definitely a doctor that I feel like I would be able to talk to about anything. The whole experience was excellent. I recommend Lorenzo Black to anyone!!!

I have been going here for years Miss Libby the blood Lab lady is Great Dr Ana was great she moved to another facility unfortunately and Ms Jean the check in lady was Phenomenal but she retired smh... dont know whats going on now!

I’ve been coming to this office for years. And for years the doctor I saw told me the same thing. Found out later when Dr Kelsie came to the practice that I was misdiagnosed. She is very knowledgeable. How can you give someone a misdiagnosis for 10 years? That’s pretty scary. At my first appointment. I loved her immediately! She was very open and friendly. Felt like I had known her for years. I refuse to see any other doctor when I go there. If she’s too busy for a walk-in. I’ll just make an appointment. Now some of my family and friends see her. And they are all very happy.

Called several times to discuss my elderly father who is a long time patient of Dr. Bethi. Left several messages and no phone call was ever returned. My father is using a cane and has difficulty getting around, but Dr. refused to give him a handicap sign. He continues to write prescriptions that my father can not afford ($1300 & $700) for a three month supply. Oh and the insurance does not cover the medicine. WHAT a joke. Customer service was the worst.

Very kind doctor. I was having a panic attack about there being fluid in my ears and my doctor was very kind to see me after she was already on the way out the door. Her compassion means everything in a world like ours.

I must say I was sceptical at first. However once Dr Kelsie Fowler, greeting me with a professionalism, I havent seen in years. Her knowledge of my symptoms, turned out to be dead on. She was respectfully of my time, my concerns, my health benefits, and financial status. She was able to help me find a medicine that benefits me, my insurance company, and my wallet. Definitely a win win. If youre tired the run around, I highly recommend Dr. Kelsie Fowler.

My wife and I have been patients of Doctor Kelsie Fowler since shortly after moving to the Greenville, SC area, around October 2019. My wife has severe white coat syndrome in that her anxiety increases markedly whenever she goes to medical appointments. Dr. Kelsie is one of few doctors shes found that is calming, understanding, and really listens to her. Ive found Dr. Kelsie to, also, be very thorough and informative.My wife and I have discussed that if Dr. Kelsie were to go another practice, we would follow her. We feel blessed to have her as our primary care physician and highly recommend her, especially for anyone that feels uncomfortable going to medical appointments.

When doctor kim left its been really hard finding a good doctor. The doctor i have now is ok but her nurse is lazy and not all that friendly! One of the ladies at the desk is always rude with a attitude as well, Its hard getting prescriptions called in or any kind of paperwork filled out so with that being said im now in the process of finding another primary doctor.

I’ve been going here for years my Doctor was Dr.paten he passed away a few years back but i went yesterday and had the worst experience ever i had a Nurse practitioner Named Kelcy she was rude and yelling at me rushing me out and i still feel horrible didn’t send my meds to the right pharmacy and then decided not to give me Antibiotics without telling me

Agreed to do a blood test and after result, go toward A or B direction.No orientation gave to my wife after lab result.Called and no feedback.I will find another doctor from now on.

Kelsie is my primary and provides excellent care and medical advice. She is extremely personable and actually listens! She prescribed a medication for me that made me feel so much better after the first dose. Go see her!

My family went to the Mauldin office location due to a severe allergic reaction. There they waited unnecessarily long JUST TO SIGN IN. The Nurse Practitioner was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE....AND TRIED TO JUSTIFY HER BEHAVIOR AS WAKING UP ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BEDSO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Ive had experiences at both offices and have never had any problems. The front desk staff is always friendly and personable, both over the phone and in the office. Ive received care from Dr. Bethi and Dr. Moran, both have always taken the time to listen and address all problems and make me comfortable. I would recommend either office to those looking for family care/ primary care.

I sat in the lobby for almost an hour before being seen. They had me fill out new patient paperwork (name, address, consent) but did not have me fill out anything for my medical history. I found this to be odd given Ive never been there before and this is the first place Ive been to that doesnt ask for a medical intake form.When I went back, my doctor/NP came in and lazily apologized for the delay. She did not have a good bedside manner and seemed disinterested and in a rush to get me out of the office. She implied that I was not able to tell the difference between stomach cramping/uterine cramping (I am 16 weeks pregnant) even as I insisted that the pain was similar to what Ive experienced with food poisoning and GI bugs. She told me to call my OBGYN and get an ultrasound because something could be wrong with my baby I called my OB and turns out I was just having painful cramping due to excessive constipation. I guess I do know the difference between stomach and uterus pain after all.I am concerned with the professionalism of this practice, and did not feel as if the person I saw listened to me or fully respected my needs. In hindsight, I should have gone to my gyno to begin with and should have heeded the negative reviews on this place as they proved to be accurate.

I am beyonnndddd disappointed by this place. My family and I have been coming here for several years. Some time in 2015 it seems they had billing issues and are now placing the blame on their patients. We’ve always had insurance, never lapsed or anything, but now they are claiming I didn’t have insurance. Which I have proof that I did and now b/c it’s been 5 years blue cross blue shield won’t process it b/c it’s outside their limits. How convenient for Greenville Medical. Instead of trying to get over on patients, teach billing to process things in a timely fashion so people won’t have issues like this. I was just denied seeing my dr who I truly am comfortable with b/c minti put a note to make me pay before I be seen. BS. I just drove through crazy traffic to get here and she could have told me this on the phone.

The office manager is rude and only cares about money. I let them know of a big typo that was made and instead of correcting it they refused as if it was correct although there are multiple typos considering the Drs rush and are typically behind. Dont go unless you enjoy bad billing, long wait times, and people who dont care about your health but just your money.

Mauldin office is and was horrible. Hands down the most unprofessional team of idiots I have ever seen. They were completely unorganized. The front desk didnt know how to give me proper information on any of my questions. than when I asked who managed the facility and who we speak with about malpractice she wouldnt answer me and gave me their number on a card their nurse practitioner didnt even see me and they billed my insurance than escorted me out to the lobby and told me she couldnt help me.

Had a very good experience at this facility. Was seen promptly, and the staff was very professional. I saw Dr. Moran and was impressed how much time she spent with me. Will definitely see her again when needed.

Every single time I come here I have an unpleasant experience. The staff is not friendly. I can’t ever get prior authorizations on medicine without stalking their office, and the wait is usually at least an hour every single time I come here. What’s the purpose in an appointment?! My last experience has literally prompted me to want a completely new doctor. None of the doctors or nurses except for the one taking blood is friendly or has the even slightest customer friendly bedside manner. I come here and I feel like my doctor just wants to add charges because my insurance pays.

Amazing staff! I personally see Moran as my practitioner, but everyone there has always been helpful and understanding especially when ive been sick. Billing department is always helpful when insurance has caused isssues and worked with me on any payments needing to be paid. Overall i feel this office is great for the community and its people.

Dont ever go to Greenville Medical Associates on 545 W Butler Rd. Ones reception lied three times to face on August 24Th about how much the first visit would be in cash, she said $60. I repeated to her 3 times if she was sure, and she yes. Then she made my son an appointment at 9:00a.m when I left the office I came and call Medicaid to change to Absolute Total Care plan, because that office wont accept Blue choice, so after I got the phone and call Greenville medical Associates back and told her I made Medicaid Changes wasnt no problem, And for the 4th time I ask her once again I would need $60 in cash for the first visit, she said again yes. Then my son and made the 9:00a.m visit. Filled out out the paper work, the long dark haired lady wanted our I.D.a and then told me the cost would be $75. I pointed at the light brown reactions and explained what she told me and the that reception lied about she didnt tell me and dropped her head and said I misunderstood. And to Top everything off the dark headed reactions didnt bother giving our my son and I our I.Ds back. They didnt even try to return our I.Ds or even call us. So my had another Doctors appointment this morning at 10:00a.m and with out his I.D hes cant been seen for chest pain. So I called that greenville medical Associates and the reception, said yes they have them. This place is way beyond responsible and they are absolutely AWFUL!!!! I fell like Im dealing with dumb Lying clowns, that cant take any kind of responsibility for anything not even owning up to the lies. Theyre Irresponsible at this place.

This place is Awesome the staff is always friendly and willing to help. FNP Moran is by far one of the most caring Drs I have ever been to and willing to help you with anything. She always takes the time needed with her patients and always make sure the outcome of your health is first and foremost. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family physician.

They sent out a flier that made them sound caring and family friendly. What they didnt mention was they are money hungry and cooperative with your Cigna insurance. Greedy and uncaring. More foreigners taking advantage of Americans.

My time is important too. Left after a half hour and the doctor just showed up with a room full of people. The doctor office is run down. Storm seats carpet is fraying all over.I deserve better. I am paying for it.

Worst experience I have EVER had! the doctor told me I needed a physical done I had all 3 of my children and I told him no and his response is I do what the doctor says then he cheats me out of my medicine because I would NOT allow a physical to be done he does NOT need to a doctor AT ALL

They dont even deserve that one ⭐️. Appointment or not the wait can be as long as 2 hours in the waiting room and then another 30 to 45 minutes in the room waiting on the doctor. My family have been going there for over 14years and it gets worst every year with the rude staff not going to mention names. My daughter over heard a grown lady talking about her which was one of the staffs while waiting to have her X-ray done by this person. Lately all the sickness she have had was found from emergency daughter after been hospitalized for 2 weeks from a problem she was seen for about 3 times back to back. All of her specialty doctors appointments was made by me because they like for you to keep coming back to get the money instead of referring you so you can get better. With me in healthcare for over 20 years I have found that some of the nurses lie about blood pressure there. They wasnt checking her vitals but they were chatting them. Its only 2 nurses that have ever checked her vitals and one of them name is Theresa whom is Dr.Kim nurse and the other one not sure of her name but she is the NUrse practitioner nurse. Dr. Kim is awesome she really gets down to the problems if it wasnt for her we would of been gone but she came a long. I am still moving our services because its best for my daughter because when she is hospitalized and have to see Dr. Pattnam he still acts lost I basically have to tell him what to do and I dont have DR. In front of my name I just seen a lot in medicine and experienced a lot. I hope this helps and if you dont believe me just go and see😄

Despite the negative comment(s) and reviews read I would have to say that I disagree. I have been with this doctor for over 10 years - there is no better than this practice. NO they dont write narcotics (thats what Pain Management is for = PAIN) - The hours of operations (Exceptional) and Days of Service - Unbelievable! Conveniently in 2 locations (Mauldin & Cherrydale) - Even when you dont have a scheduled appointment - Walk-ins are always welcomed and ever single time they have took care of my needs - appointment or not! If you want an experienced doctor - you should give this practice a try! They have the friendliest staff - they are very professional and will take care of you needs as well. Come on - its a doctors office - if you have to wait its because they are giving someone else the time needed to address their issue thoroughly - the same thing you would expect - Dr. Bethi and his entire staff are top notch - hands down!

Open 7 days a week and have late hours. All doctors there and Nurse Practioners are great.

I went here for over a year. little problems here and there wait times and stuff but this last time was diffrent the dr acted like she didnt wanted to be bothered by me she didnt want to answer my questions or adress my concerns she was more worried about leaving the room and she was not very friendly. I left feeling like i didnt matter . she stayed in the room not even 3 min. I guess its time to find another dr. One who cares and will help me understand . you dont treat people like that they should never leave with more questions then answers. If you dont like your job anymore then leave .

Terrible experience. I had a Doctor visit in Dec 2014 and the billing department submitted by bills multiple times due to errors and got paid more than once. After that when the insurance wanted to get paid back, the billing department called and asked me to pay including doing a skip trace and calling my family member to get my billing address. i would not recommend this place to anyone for the poor billing management. It is more than a headache one would want to sign-up for. Beware of them - they will get paid more than once by the insurance and then call you say the Doctor is willing to settled, etc. Terrible experience.

I go to the Cherrydale location for Dr. Moran. She is a wonderful, truly caring doctor. Her nurse is always pleasant and thorough. The office is always nice and clean. I am uninsured and they always manage to keep my costs as low as possible. Ive only gone to the Mauldin location once but I dont remember having any issues there. The only times Ive had any issue at all had nothing to do with the staff...it was usually some rule or regulation in place that make the jobs of the doctors and nurses jobs very hard. Very pleased with my healthcare.

Revune takes priority over patient care. There are reasons this place is rated so poorly, and I hope you take the time to read this before making an appointment with this office.1) The primary doctor arrived late to TWO of my morning appointments.2) They require lab work every 3 months for cholesterol medications, even though guidelines suggest 6 month. This results in the office getting paid 4 times yearly instaed of twice.3) They charge the patient for electronic or printed copies of their own medical records. Charging for electronic records is a direct violation of HIPPA.4) Medication refills are not issued outside of an appointment....Even if its 1 month after your last visit.There are countless other reasons to avoid this practice. STAY AWAY!

In my experience the somewhat holistic approach described of their MDs on their website is BS. This is especially disappointing because its why I chose them. Ive met with 3 of their 4 listed medical staff. With the exception of their FNP, Moran, they did not use the person-centered approach whatsoever. Perhaps they were having off days, but I found them to be highly dismissive...again this excludes Moran who has been of some help.Their office is also extremely disorganized and requires constant follow up and calling back to get anything done. You can also expect to wait twice + as long as you would at most other office.They are terrible at returning phone calls and voicemails as well as more recently...a transfer of medical records. This was originally requested so I can receive a second opinion, but due to yet even more unprofessionalism and disorganization... has caused me to say enough is enough and leave the clinic altogether. It has been almost 3 weeks since my new doctor requested my records...and nothing. (They also attempted to charge me $35 for transferring my medical records to another doctors office, when Im aware that such fees are charged only when a patient self-requests their own records.)I gave them a year and am very disappointed.When it comes to your health please do not settle for subpar service. You are your number one advocate. People deserve better and should demand as such. Find doctors who care. They do exist.

WORST experience ever. Im not a patient here but my mother is.Ive been twice with her for her appts and from the time you walk in with the receptionist all the way til you are worked up you are treated with a NASTY ATTITUDE. Specially the radiologist!!!!! She has the worst attitude and does not act like she wants to be there, NOT a people person at all. One time i thought she was going to knock my mom out with the x ray machine. Will not be taking her here again.

My personal opinion on some of these comments, well first we have a great staff and we work endlessly to help our patients. Now for the ones who say our billing dept is poor, the front desk is poor, the drs/nfp dont listen or just dont give u what you want, well let me tell you, we have policies and rules we go by. I personally do not bend them for no one not even my family members that go there. We get alot of heat from drug seekers and people who dont want to pay for their visits and or on their bills, and this is everyday we deal with it. So unless you have worked in Healthcare or behind the desk like us, then you have to understand where we are coming from or simply find another dr! Simple as that!!

This is one of the best docs in greenville always on top of my health issues in2013 he saved my life as he recognized I had a cellulitis infection sent me to er immediately and called me to chk on me afterwards great doc in my book ty dr bethi

Totally agree with the most recent reviews. Horrible experience from the reception desk to the doctor. Bad attitudes, and they speak Spanish -- about you, about your care -- in front of you. The doctors attitude is very arrogant and condescending. Never again.

Patnam has the worst nurse staff! They dont follow up with test results.
