Abouslutely the best experience ever. Went in , got treated like a queen. I had peace going into surgery for my shoulder. .Going back for my knee.

Dr. Keeley is great. I broke the 2nd Metatarsal in my foot and he has been very attentive and forthcoming on the healing process - informative and takes time to answer questions. The staff has been very friendly and on point upon arrival, during appt. and at check out. I would recommend this office to anyone. I am a very active person and needed someone with bed side manners and be straight to the point as well - Dr. Kelley met both needs .

I went to this place about 3 week ago and everybody in here was good to me they treat me very kindness specially the lady who works in x rays thanks for everything

Dr. BOYETTE is the best SURGEON and cares deeply about her patients. She does not have to be Miss Congenilaty she has to be an EXCELLENT surgeon! She has worked on me 3 times for various reasons. Very pleased with all. Her PA Grey Beres is knowledgeable and funny. Highly recommend Ortopedics and Sports Medicine!!!!

Great service very friendly gets right to the point

I made an appointment with this office because I was having terrible knee issues. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, but had no idea Dr. Boyette would have been so condescending and cold. I preceded to explain my knee issues to her and she would abruptly cut me off. I know doctors have to ask questions, especially since I was a first time patient, but they should also listen to their patients.So after her grilling me and letting me how blunt she was, she told me I would be getting x-rays done and wed go from there. The x-rays showed all my issues and she said the only thing that would help me would be a total knee replacement, which I figured anyway. But she told me I would have to lose weight first or the surgery wouldnt be successful. I kind of assumed that already because almost every doctor Ive ever seen blamed whatever health problem Ive ever had on my weight. She was telling me her husband helped people like me, with weight problems and she would give me his card. In the meantime, she asked if I wanted a cortisone injection in each of my knees. I wasnt crazy about the idea, but she didnt want to prescribe anything for my pain. Ive had those shots before, not a good experience at all. I tried to ask her could she do it without hurting me, but all she could say was is that I would feel some discomfort. She said her PA was out that day, but he could have done a better job with the injections than she would. At any rate, at that point, I didnt have much choice. I needed some relief. So she left out and came back in with a nurse or one of her assistants. This lady was much more cordial than Dr. Boyette. She spoke to me like I was a human being. I thought she was going to give me the shots, but Dr. Boyette did it. It wasnt the worst pain I had ever felt but it did hurt when she did it. I was making a sighing noise while the needle was in my knee. After she did my other knee, with no compassion or bedside manner, she asked me was I crying because she couldnt stand to see people cry. Then she said dont be a wimp....I couldnt believe she said that, but she did. I told her I wasnt crying, nor was I a wimp. I just didnt like needles or being hurt by them. All she could say was well no one likes pain or needles. Wow! Arrogant much doc?! Then she just walked out of the room. The nurse asked me if I was okay and tried to comfort me somewhat. I made up my mind before I left that office that would be my last visit there. I paid them a $50 copay for the pleasure of getting talked down to and called names. Never again. Theres too many other orthopedic doctors that Im sure will treat their patients much better than Dr. Boyette treated me. I will not be recommending her to anyone!

Dr.Boyette did both knee replacements. My left knee was fine. When she did my right my leg was curved inward and longer than my left. I walk with a limp and I can no longer stand straight with my feet together. Needless to say it looks terrible. I would never recommend her.

Love Dr. Boyette, she did a wonderful job on my grandson; and when Igo, I love to see Greg Beres. They are very caring and thorough.I love that they are not part of Orthopedics East.You will not be disappointed.!!!!

Would be a 0 if I could. Scheduled a follow-up appointment for my son from an urgent care visit on Saturday after obtaining a sports injury. I read off the diagnosis when I scheduled the appt. When my husband takes him, they see him long enough to get their $94 copay and to tell us that they cant see him for his injury. We would have to go to a different orthopedics. Really????

Dr. Boyette is awesome always gets straight to the point listens to your concerns and tries to help the best way she canWorkers comp assigned her and I was worried because they dont always look out for you but Dr. Boyette proved she is doing whats best for me not the insurance companies

They dont like patients asking questions about over-billing or other irregular charges, also dont want to assume responsibility of failed interventions that lead to major complications. VERY unprofessional, I wouldnt recommend them as a practice. One of the PAs Ive dealt with for years ,quite competent, too bad hes still with that practice.

I never saw Dr. Boyette and wouldnt have except for a Pre-Op appt and the surgery. All other times I would see her PA and that was the problem. My first and only appointment with them was from start to finish 10 mins. I tried to ask questions and stated I wanted them to explain what I was looking at on my MRI and he said he couldnt open it and couldnt take me to where I could due to HIPPA. I had the disc with me so not sure why he couldnt pull it up on the computer he had in the room! He was very uppity and didnt seem like my injury was anything bad and I asked him what she would do in there and he said take out the bad stuff. Really? I left out of there in tears and had to take two Ativan to calm down! So, needless to say, I am having a very renowned orthopedic surgeon do my surgery! I will never return nor recommend them to anyone!I so have to say this...the x-ray tech was AWESOME! I would give her 5 stars!
