Dr. Graham is an amazing doctor and from my experience a very good person. She has a way of making you feel comfortable with her that I’ve experienced with very few other people. I don’t get the opportunity to meet very many people whom are genuinely happy with their profession. In her case, I think she is extremely happy and fulfilled doing what she does. Recently I had thyroid surgery from Dr. Graham and I heard one of her patients saying some very complimentary things to her while in recovery. Everyone I have have spoken to about her has sang her praises. If you have a need for an ENT doctor, please make time to come see Dr. Graham. I’m feeling extremely thankful and lucky that I have the opportunity to have her as my doctor.

Long wait but worth it Surgery was a success Dr Graham has a great bedside manner talks to you and gives information without her hand on the door knob trying to get away . I don’t mind the wait A+++ doctor 👩🏻‍⚕️ Worth it . Bring a book 📚.

Dr.Graham is such a wonderful and loving doctor. Its hard to find a doctor that really does care. She did my surgery first , so when my son had his surgery, I was not worried at all, I knew he was in good hands.

Dr. Graham is absolutely fantastic! We have not found another doctor that genuinely cares for her paitents. She has performed surgery on both my daughters. Dr. Graham herself is 5+ stars. The office administration could use some improvement. The wait time with an appointment is an hour at the very least if you are lucky. As I’m typing this we are at 1hour and 20min. I feel as if they have no regard for their paitents schedules.

Dr. Graham is a fantastic doctor but her office staff are an absolute nightmare to deal with. They constantly run over an hour behind, cancel appointments when you even call to make sure you still have one, and you will be left in a room full of people hours after your appointment time still waiting. It is unfortunate that her office can’t manage her schedule appropriately at the expense of her patients. There is no consideration for anyone’s schedule and having an appointment doesn’t guarantee you’ll be seen in a timely manner.

I am so upset with this practice, if i could give them 0 stars i would...Long Story short My mother had a VERY extensive surgery with this practice in the beginning of June that included tubes in her ears, stents in her nose, tonsils and adenoids taken out, some kind of cleaning in her vocal cords and biopsy. Now a month and a half later she IS NOT any better. She is STILL experiencing the SAME symptoms if not worse that even brought her to the doctor in the first place. She has had maybe 2 post op visit and again complained to the dr about not being any better and the dr just kinda chalked it off to healing takes time and wants to just do another biopsy in her throat and stretch her esophagus. Now i thought to myself and my mother that all of that surgery seemed a little unnecessary in the first place but she did it anyway because she wanted some relief, being that she hasnt been able to swallow or talk for months.Well...today she goes to another dr for a 2nd opinion (thank the lord) to be told that her laranyx was so swollen that he was surprised she could even breath, that her nose is not healed what so ever and that there seems to be a tumor but her throat but everything is too swollen to see. He was STUNNED that they did all of those surgeries at once And he is taking care of her ASAP.LONG STORY SHORT.....DO NOT USE THIS DR SHE IS JUST MONEY HUNGRY.
