Same trouble as everyone else here. The billing department is not competent. I get billed for the same procedure after already paying. I get notified by collections when Im already paid. Now I have a collection listed on my credit report. Very unhappy. Do better!

I am in the process of finding out who I really need to talk to this is considered fraud I do believe. It is illegal to charge and receive payment then charge again. I just received a bill for 155.00 my co pay is 150.00 I am not sure where the extra 5.00 comes in at since this was just sent to me. I will pay the 150.00 and dispute the 5.00 but I am waiting to see if I get another bill, In the meantime I will do my homework and find out how to properly report this.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RADIOLOGY GROUP! Their billing system is totally and utterly unprofessional, and they will attempt to ruin your credit if they have the opportunity. After billing my insurance, they say they sent ONE statement, which I did not receive. No courtesy phone calls, no second attempt to collect. I had no idea I had a $79.57 balance. They sent me to outside collections. I AM FURIOUS. ZERO STARS.

DO NOT USE - Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They make it so you cant pay your bill online, claim they send you statements in mail but dont, and then only accept payment via 1980s hackable chat or by phone (automated). After asking four times they admitted they would send to collections and I had been trying to pay online for over a month which they simply tell you they just have issues with their online payment system. Also setting up a payment plan I had to contact three separate times which I was told three separate answers. DO NOT USE

Billing service is horrible and I will ask my doctor going forward to use a different radiologist if possible. I have yet to get a bill from them, just nasty letters to demand payment. I have only known in the past I had an outstanding balance because of the EOB from my insurance. If this is a truly an upstanding medical practice, you need to find a new billing service because the one you have is making your business look terrible.Edited to add that their payment website does not work and when you call any of the numbers provided in their letters, nobody answers. Poor customer service is unacceptable in this day and age.

Sent me a bill for an ultrasound so I paid it. Two months later I received another bill for the same procedure but coded differently, so I have to pay twice! I’ve called my insurance company and was told since it was submitted with a different code I have to pay it. Grrr. Next time I need an ultrasound I will ask my doctor not to send me here.

They sent me a bill for $12.02. The next month they sent me to collections. Collections wanted to charge a $5 fee to pay by phone. I called them directly to pay. They had me call their management company and I insisted on paying them directly. There was no added fee.

I also didn’t received an initial bill from this company, but a collection notice. Then 2 days later, I received a bill from UR and it’s less than the amount initially charged. How do they send someone to collections, and they made a mistake on the amount charged? Had I received and paid the bill it would have taken them probably 90 days to refund my money.

I had some X-rays done here. They submitted to insurance and Insurance denied because I had secondary insurance. Instead of following up with Insurance company or notifying me, they turn it over to collection agency! I hear about it a year later when I check my credit score. Because its been over a year, I have to fight with my old Insurance Company. The billing department is incompetent! Very disappointing. Very unprofessional!

Horrible billing service I have been dealing with them for over two months on an issue and they also dinged my credit report, all due to an error on their part. the staff over the phone is unwilling to help (even though they admitted it was on issue on their part).
